Abstract: A workout aid including a beverage container, and a band secured about the beverage container, the band comprising a first surface and a second surface, wherein at least a portion of the first surface is matingly engaged against the beverage container, a first end and a second end, a means for detachably securing the first end of the band to the second end of the band, and wherein the second surface of the band is opposite from the first surface and has a schedule printed thereon or viewable therethrough, wherein the schedule includes a plurality of cells arranged in at least one column and at least one row.

Abstract: A package is provided that is able to contain tablets or like separate dispensable items in a manner exhibiting child-resistant and senior-friendly dispensing properties. The package includes a card, such as a blister card, and a protective hollow sleeve. The card has a base strip on which a plurality of spaced-apart compartments are provided for holding the tablets or like items, and the sleeve has an opposed pair of side edges extending between opposite ends with at least one of the ends being a dispensing end of the package. The sleeve provides a protective housing for the card when the card is in a storage position within the sleeve, and the card is slidable relative to the sleeve between the storage position and a dispensing position in which the card extends at least partially outside the sleeve to expose at least one of the compartments.

Abstract: The invention provides a tray organizer apparatus for safely organizing routine expendable medical supplies for in hospital patients disclosing a plurality of variants in the form of a non power embodiment of a surface tray with shaped recesses for retaining medical supplies and power embodiments with 110 ac volt supply with a multiplicity of 110 volt outlet and a plurality of USB ports, Firewire port, and other devices such tiltable LED illuminated mirrors. The tray organizer is formed of injection molded plastic, folded sheet metal or other equal structures and incorporates a peripheral upstanding rim connected to a lower planar surface from which a number of recessed openings are formed with enclosed bottom surfaces to retain expendable supplies in a variety of shapes.

Abstract: A preferred form of slip sheet (62) for use between layers (L) of containers, especially bottles (20), in a palletised load, comprises a rectangular board (63) having marginal portions (34) formed with corrugations (65, 66) extending perpendicular from their edges and merging into the general plane of the board (63), whereby, in use, a ‘throat’ (TD) is formed between the upward corrugations (66) on a lower slip sheet (62) and the downward corrugations (65) on an upper slip sheet (62) which prevents ‘walking’ of the outermost rows of bottles (20) in the intervening layer. Curved corners of the board (63) are provided with diverging corrugations (65X, 66X) to prevent ‘walking’ of bottles (20) from the corners of layers (L). A plurality of such slip sheets (62) can be stacked compactly and with great stability by virtue of the corrugations (65, 66) nesting in the corrugations of neighbouring slip sheets.

Abstract: A contact lens storage case comprising a case body including a pair of chambers for containing contact lenses therein, and a pair of lids for closing and opening the chambers, wherein inner faces of the chambers of the case body are formed by a synthetic resin including a silver based inorganic antimicrobic agent comprising a silver based compound carried on an inorganic carrier selected from the group consisting of a zeolite, a water soluble glass, zirconium phosphate, silica gel and activated charcoal. The contact lens storage case inhibits acanthamoeba.

Abstract: In an air enclosure and a check valve capable of being filled with high pressure air, two first inner films are installed between two outer films, and two second inner films are then stacked together between the two first inner film. The two outer films and the two first inner films are adhered together by means of hot sealing to allow the two first inner films to be positioned between the two outer films and an air cylinder to be formed between the two outer films; the two second inner films are adhered to each other by means of hot sealing to form a second air inlet between the two second inner films. Thereafter, an air filling tool may be used to force high pressure air into the second air inlet and into the air cylinder, causing the air cylinder to fill with air and expand.

Abstract: A biodegradable jar has an enclosure wall with a cap that form ajar that holds a semi-solid material. In order to prevent the biodegradable wall from being weakened by the semi-solid material in the jar, both an exterior surface and an interior surface of the wall and the cap include a permeation barrier material that substantially prevents the semi-solid material from seeping through the walls of the jar. The enclosure wall could have an inner wall that is shorter than the outer wall which forms a ledge that a separate cover for the semi-solid material could rest upon.

Abstract: A tray for containers, such as beverage bottles, includes a base and a plurality of interior columns extending upwardly from the base. A plurality of columns extend upwardly along at least a portion of the periphery of the tray. Side walls extend along the sides of the tray and end walls extend along the ends of the tray, the end walls connected to the side walls by corner walls. The corner walls protrude upwardly higher than the side walls and end walls and include an opening at a lower edge thereof for receiving a corner portion of an identical tray nested therebelow. In another, independent feature, dividers and/or the walls include recesses along uppermost edges to reduce the overall footprint of the tray.

An indicator is associated with the ending group, wherein the indicator can inform a user that the ending group is adjacent the second end of the strip.

Abstract: An improved substrate transport pod for storing or transporting semiconductor wafer substrates during semiconductor wafer processing has a main body defined by a plurality of side panels. A substantial portion of at least one of the side panels being formed of a semi-permeable membrane allowing any corrosive gas molecules introduced to the interior of the pod to diffuse out of the transport pod through the semi-permeable membrane while preventing particulate contaminants from entering the transport pod.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a means for storing condoms that will protect and conceal the packaged condoms while they are carried on the person or stored by the consumer subsequent to purchase but prior to use. According to the present invention, the storage means, or condom card, comprises two separable half portions each containing a storage compartment for storing at least one condom therein. The two halves of the condom card are separably attached together by known means in the art, such as juxtaposed tabs and slots.

Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of cleanly dispensing the first tissue in a pop-up dispensing tissue container, a relatively high strength sacrificial top sheet is interfolded with the tissue clip. The sacrificial top sheet is adhered to the underside of a removable surfboard in the top of the container, such that when the surfboard is removed to access the tissues, the sacrificial sheet is simultaneously removed, which causes the first tissue to pop up into a ready position for subsequent dispensing by the user.

Abstract: The sterilization pouch includes a sealable inner space for receiving one or more medical instruments, a preferred instrument being hinged pliers. The pouch is generally comprised of first and second layers, the layers being sealed around a peripheral edge except a separation in the seal to form an opening for accessing the inner space and a flap for closing the opening. The pouch has an upper portion and a first and second lower portion extending therefrom, the upper portion being comprised of a vertical length just as long or longer than the lower portions to allow for insertion and removal of the instrument through the opening, wherein the opening is along the peripheral edge of the upper portion. A recessed portion separates the first and second lower portions, such as to permit the inner space to connect the first and second lower portions only through the upper portion.

Abstract: Each of a plurality of boxes has at least one side that is configured to matably engage a corresponding side of at least one other of the plurality of boxes. The plurality of boxes each has a top that bears indicia. When the sides of the boxes are in matable engagement, the indicia appearing on the tops of the boxes cooperate to form an image. The image forms a symbol, such as a religious or patriotic symbol. To celebrate an event, memorabilia are placed in the interior volume of each of the boxes and the boxes placed in matable engagement, forming the symbol. After a ceremony commemorating the event, the plurality of boxes is separated and each box provided to a one of a plurality of persons.
