  • Patent number: 10379033
Abstract: The invention provides the use of instrumentation and methods for the rapid separation, detection, and identification of chemical compounds by coupling a well-established chromatographic separation science technique, TLC, with mid-infrared (MIR) QCLS for the analysis of explosives, pollutants, and other threat chemicals. The stationary phases were silica gel adhered to metallic aluminum supports. The mobile phases consisted of organic solvents and their mixes. The position and spot diameter of the TNT samples on the plate containing the adsorbent silica film were measured and compared before and after the chromatographic runs. The MIR vibrational identification of TNT was performed through reflectance measurements using a widely tunable three-diode source. The symmetric stretching vibration of the nitro group [?s(NO2)] centered at approximately 1350 cm?1 and the asymmetric stretching vibration of the nitro group [?as(NO2)] at approximately 1530 cm?1 were clearly observed.

Abstract: A thickness detection experiment platform, including: a motion simulation module adapted to drive a product to be detected to perform a predetermined simulation motion simulating various motions of the product on an actual production line and a thickness detection module adapted to detect a thickness of the product driven by the motion simulation module. The motion simulation module may drive the product to be detected to simulate various motions of the product on the actual production line. Thus, conditions of the product on the actual production line may be simulated and reproduced in the laboratory. As a result, the thickness detection experiment platform may be debugged offline in the laboratory without debugging online, normal production of the actual production line is not affected, and debugging of the thickness detection experiment platform becomes easier.

  • Patent number: 10352873
Abstract: An industrial visual stethoscope system and a detecting method are provided. The system has a base, a workpiece support, a single-color lighting device, a camera module, a rotating device, and an analyzing device. When the single-color light irradiates the workpiece, if the single-color light irradiates into the crack which is relatively deep and narrow, the single-color light is rarely to be reflected out of the crack. But if the single-color light irradiates into the scar, the single-color light is reflected out of the scar due to the specular reflection. During the relative rotation, when the reflected light enters the camera module in parallel, the energy of the light is concentrated, causing overexposure and forming obvious white light. Thus, the analyzing device can identify the recess is a scar formed by hit rather than a crack formed by heat.
