Abstract: Systems and methods are provided herein for autonomously determining and resolving a customer's perceived discrepancy during a customer service interaction. The method can include receiving an incoming communication from a customer; extracting, by a Natural Language Processing (NLP) device, a perceived state and an expected state of a product or service based on the incoming communication; determining by a discrepancy determination device, a discrepancy between the perceived and expected state of the product or service; verifying, by a rule-based platform, the discrepancy; generating a response based on the discrepancy, the response comprising one or more of: a fact pattern response related to the perceived discrepancy and a confirmation or correction of a verified discrepancy; and outputting, for presentation to the customer, the response.

Abstract: An embodiment for managing peer-to-peer (P2P) donations in an online transaction is provided. The embodiment may include receiving data relating to a donation agreement from a donor. The embodiment may also include selecting one or more authentication techniques to identify a donee. The embodiment may further include generating a unique redemption authentication token for the donee. The embodiment may also include creating a transient donee account including the generated unique redemption authentication token. The embodiment may further include transferring monetary funds to the created transient donee account with instructions to redeem the transferred monetary funds. The embodiment may also include receiving a request from the donee to redeem the transferred monetary funds utilizing the generated unique redemption authentication token. The embodiment may further include in response to determining the donee is able to be verified, approving the received redemption request.

At least one operating feature of the configured user computing device is disabled or enabled, as a function of the user's compliance.

The computing platform may analyze the steps taken, and determine whether the steps resolved the troubleshooting. The computing platform may filter ineffective steps, and store steps associated with successful solutions in one or more distributed databases. The computing platform may receive information identifying a problem faced by a different system. The computing platform may analyze the distributed database to identify similar steps that successfully resolved the problem in the past, and mitigate the problem using the similar successful steps.

Abstract: A waste management system includes a waste management device, a monitoring unit, and a communication unit. The waste management device includes a collection unit, a classification unit, a segregation unit, a plurality of sensors, a power unit, and a plurality of waste bins. The collection unit collects one or more waste articles. The classification unit utilizes a machine-learning model and identifies a waste category of the one or more waste articles. The segregation unit transports the one or more waste articles to a particular waste bin corresponding to the identified waste category. The power unit supplies power to the waste management device. The monitoring unit monitors the waste management device and controls a resultant action. The communication unit communicates one or more data between a control station and the waste management device using a plurality of IoT devices.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for streamlining baggage screening across modes of transportation. The method includes scanning a baggage item at an airport by a first security authority (FSA) and uploading scanned baggage imagery and license plate identification to a secure cloud storage system managed by a second screening authority (SSA). The SSA generates a screening manifest from the license plate identification, which lists additional modes of transportation requiring different screening rules. The SSA reanalyzes the stored baggage imagery according to these rules, determines compliance, and creates a baggage authorization record. Based on the compliance result, represented by an indicium affixed to the baggage, a trusted custody handler can directly deliver the baggage to the next mode of transportation without additional screening, or direct it for further physical screening if non-compliant. This system improves efficiency and security in multi-modal transportation networks.

Abstract: Techniques are described that provide a centralized system to coordinate disparate teams involved in handling various tasks, including, for example, the tasks relating to settling the affairs of an estate. In one described example, such techniques provide a centralized estate resource system (ERS) to create, manage, track, and coordinate task checklists and actions for each of the teams including interactions between teams. The ERS may assign specific personnel within each team to a given estate, send notifications and warnings to appropriate team members when tasks are due or complete, and facilitate messaging between team members to communicate when information is needed or has become available. The ERS may provide updated status and information across teams without violating privacy or security regulations, as may be the case with email, text messages, or voice messages.
