Abstract: A method and a server system for facilitating implementation of regulations by organizations is described. Regulations are sourced from data stores associated with a plurality of regulatory authorities to configure a corpus of regulations. A plurality of enriched regulations is generated from the corpus of regulations. A user is enabled to create a construct related to at least one of an organization and an industry associated with the user. The construct is indicative of corresponding functional constituents and relationships among the functional constituents. Search and discovery of one or more regulations applicable to the organization or the industry is facilitated. Subsequent to the discovery of the one or more regulations, a linking of clauses of a respective enriched regulation to at least one functional constituent of the construct is enabled for facilitating implementation of the one or more regulations applicable to the organization or the industry associated with the user.

Abstract: A computer system including sensor and alternative power technologies for enhancing waste disposal and energy efficiency using is provided. The computer system may be configured to receive waste data and recycling data from at least one sensor located proximate to a waste bin, and determine a level of waste in the waste bin based upon the received waste data, and a level of contamination of the waste bin based upon the received recycling data. The computer system may be also configured to determine whether collection of waste in the waste bin or decontamination of the waste bin is required. The object is produced to include a detecting device that detects a condition of the object, and wirelessly sends out the detected condition of the object, so that a dealer shop may receive the detected condition of the object, and send the same to a server. The server determines whether the object has worn out based on the detected condition, and sends a message to a mobile device related to a consumer of the object for notifying the consumer that the object has worn out, thereby motivating the consumer to recycle the object.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for performing negotiation task using reinforcement learning agents. Performing negotiation on a task is a complex decision making process and to arrive at consensus on contents of a negotiation task is often expensive and time consuming due to the negotiation terms and the negotiation parties involved. The proposed technique trains reinforcement learning agents such as negotiating agent and an opposition agent. These agents are capable of performing the negotiation task on a plurality of clauses to agree on common terms between the agents involved. The system provides modelling of a selector agent on a plurality of behavioral models of a negotiating agent and the opposition agent to negotiate against each other and provides a reward signal based on the performance. This selector agent emulate human behavior provides scalability on selecting an optimal contract proposal during the performance of the negotiation task.
