  • Patent number: 10475000
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for providing suggested files in relation to a calendar event. An electronic device receives an input related to the calendar event. Calendar event information, such as attendees, subject, and the date, are obtained. A search is performed for files related to the calendar event information. The related files can be ordered or ranked according to confidence values. The files are then displayed as suggestions. Links between suggested files and the calendar event are also formed.

  • Patent number: 10373209
Abstract: A method includes receiving an input identifying a target audience segment (e.g., reflecting a behavior, perspective, or opinion an advertiser would like to influence/increase). The method further includes identifying a first attribute measured by a measurement system, where the first attribute is determined to correlate to users tracked by the measurement system and that belong to the target audience segment, which reflects the behavior that the advertiser wants to influence/increase. The method further includes identifying a second attribute that corresponds to the first attribute, where a messaging action directed to the first attribute, the second attribute, or a combination thereof is available at one or more digital networks. The digital networks may require payment for message delivery or may allow such messaging for free. The method further includes initiating the messaging action aimed at driving behavior directed to the first attribute, the second attribute, or a combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 10332057
Abstract: Evaluation of output-producing-asset production may be performed at least by incorporating knowledge of operators of the output-producing asset into the generation of values of performance-based metrics for the output-producing asset. Since such knowledge may be only known by the respective operators, mechanisms, such as a graphical user interface (“GUI”), may be provided by which an operator inputs such knowledge and by which such knowledge is incorporated into the generation of values of performance-based metrics for an output-producing asset. A results screen may be generated to display values of performance-based metrics in a configuration that facilitates quick and simple understanding by a decision-maker or other user on how to improve return on the investment (“ROI”) in an output-producing asset.

  • Patent number: 10275732
Abstract: There is provided an apparatus caused at least to acquire information of a supervisor identifier allocated to a supervisor who is registered to a network environment accessible by a plurality of supervisors and by a plurality of clients; acquire information of a different client identifier allocated to each client registered to the network environment; associate at least one client identifier with the supervisor identifier on the basis of a notification of whether or not the client is co-operating with the supervisor; acquire at least one activity metric related to the at least one client corresponding to the at least one client identifier associated with the supervisor identifier; and determine a performance level of the supervisor corresponding to the supervisor identifier at least partly on the basis of the acquired at least one activity metric.

  • Patent number: 10217160
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing charge options to drivers of electric vehicles are provided. One method includes receiving data concerning charge providing availability from charge locations and receiving a request from processing logic of an electric vehicle, the request identifying a desire to obtain charge. The method includes determining a current location of the electric vehicle and determining identification of charge locations in proximity to the electric vehicle. The method further includes determining any sponsored rewards offered by the charge locations and communicating to the electric vehicle a path to one of the charge locations, where the path is identified with a sponsored reward offered at the charge location if the path is selected and charge is obtained. The method can be processed by a server and paths are communicated to vehicles to alert drivers of the electric vehicles of rewards or discounts if charge is obtained from certain locations.

  • Patent number: 10181974
Abstract: A method for reserving agents for handling calls in a distributed contact center environment. A first module identifies, through interactions with other modules, an agent suitable for handling the call. A second module executes a hash function to identify a third module responsible for the agent, makes a request to the third module, to reserve the agent, and routes the call to the third module if the request is granted.

  • Patent number: 10102536
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems and methods for automatically rolling-up data associated with one or more geographic units, such as ZIP+4 codes, such that the rollup comprises a minimum number of households to protect anonymity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations, while preserving variance of the underlying data associated with the geographic regions. Data attributes may include demographic data, socio-economic data, lifestyle segmentation, psychographic data, behavioral data, credit data, and other data. The rollup process may involve identifying one or more geographic units with a number of households below a minimum or threshold amount, applying filters to find candidate geographic units for rollup, scoring candidate geographic units to select best pairings for rollup, and repeating until the rollup group has at least the minimum number of households. The process may make trades off between granularity (e.g.

  • Patent number: 10095993
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for configuring the granularity of key performance indicators that are available from a monitored component. A granularity of a key performance indicator provided by a monitored component can be configured by creating a plurality of instances of a statistics collector object, wherein each instance of the statistics collector object collects information for a different context of the key performance indicator; updating an indicator value for a corresponding instance of the statistics collector object when an activity occurs for the context of the key performance indicator; and providing the indicator value for a given context of the key performance indicator to a monitoring object. The configurable granularity can be specified by the product, for example, using an application programming interface.

  • Patent number: 10057736
Abstract: Techniques for triggering an action associated with a task items are provided. A task item associated with a triggering criterion is provided. The triggering criterion requires an occurrence of any of a plurality of communication events. The plurality of communication events includes a telephone call. In some implementations, at least two of the plurality of communication events are of different communication types. In some implementations, the different types are telephone calls, emails, and text messages. The occurrence of a first communication event of the plurality of communication events is detected. It is determined the triggering criterion is satisfied. In response to the determining, a notification associated with the task item is caused to be presented to a user of the electronic device.

  • Patent number: 10032120
Abstract: A communication system for workforce management is formed of a system controller managing a plurality of badges associated with workplace devices and employees within the workplace. The controller receives event indicators from the badges. These event indicators are analyzed by the controller to determine whether a task should be created and performed by at least one of the workplace devices and/or at least one of the employees. Task lists and device assignments are dynamically updated in response to current workplace conditions.
