Abstract: Embodiments herein are jacket systems with interchangeable elements that can form a jacket with configurable or swappable components. For instance, a customizable jacket that includes components of the jacket system includes a jacket body, a sleeve-receiver fastener, and a waist-receiver fastener. The jacket body is configured to fasten into a closed configuration and to unfasten into an open configuration. In the closed configuration, the jacket body defines an inner space interior to the jacket body. The sleeve-receiver fastener is integrated with the jacket body at a shoulder of the jacket body and is configured to attach a detachable sleeve, such that the detachable sleeve is toollessly detachable from the body. The waist-receiver fastener is integrated with the jacket body along a lower portion of the body, and the waist-receiver fastener is configured to attach a detachable waistband, such that the detachable waistband is toollessly detachable from the body.

Abstract: A hat and/or cap modification system for modifying existing headwear to be wearable by wearers having curly hair, voluminous hair or otherwise challenging hair for wearing hats and caps in their standard orientation. The system includes a ring, cap plate, a securing platform or band, and a semi-rigid head band for modifying caps, such as graduation caps, so that anyone can wear it regardless of hairstyle.

Abstract: A surgical helmet assembly (30) to be worn by a user during surgical operations. The surgical helmet assembly includes a frame assembly (40) having a helmet shell (42) to be worn over the user's head. A fan (44) is coupled to the helmet shell to circulate air around the helmet shell. A headband assembly (78) is coupled to the helmet shell to secure the surgical helmet assembly to the head of the user. The surgical helmet assembly further includes an adjustment assembly (100) to adjust a sagittal fit of the helmet shell and the headband assembly to the head of the user while keeping a center of mass of the frame assembly in close proximity to the head of the user. The surgical helmet assembly further includes another adjustment assembly (118) concentric to the first adjustment assembly to adjust a circumferential fit of the headband assembly to the head of the user.

Abstract: A unitary sleeved partial undershirt may be configured to be worn as an outer garment or beneath an outer garment. The partial undershirt may include tubular first and second sleeves of at least 12 inches in length, each having tubular construction that is void of any fastener. The first and second sleeves may be sized to conform to contours of arms of the wearer. The partial undershirt may additionally include a yoke including a front yoke portion, a back yoke portion, an undershirt neck edge defining an undershirt neck opening, and an undershirt torso opening edge defining an undershirt torso opening. Abstract: A hood for a hooded garment may include apertures in the hood to improve a sealing connection between headphone earpieces and the outer portion of the user's ears while using headphones while also maintaining the hood's ability to retain body heat when not using headphones. While using the hood with headphones, the apertures may improve the sealing connection between the headphone earpieces and the user's ears and, thus, improve the function of the headphones (e.g., sound translation or sound deadening). While using the hood without headphones, a portion of mesh fabric sewn into the hood over the apertures allows the hood to retain the user's body heat and thereby mitigate heat loss through the hood caused by the apertures.

Abstract: A lightweight, breathable glove for baseball or softball is provided that generally includes a strap that extends over at least a portion of an opening in which a wearer may place his or her hand. The strap is at least partially made of an elastic material so that the strap can extend and contract. The glove may thus have a reduced weight to provide superior ease of use. Further, the conforming fit of the glove provides for enhanced control of the glove, which provides superior utility and performance for the glove, as well as other advantages. Alternatively, the glove may include a thong which may extend from the glove and may engage an elastic band at one of its ends. Thus, the elastic band may engage both the glove and the thong so that the size of the opening can increase and decrease due to the strap and/or elastic band.

Abstract: The device herein disclosed and described provides an eight point military utility cover that does not require pressing to maintain its shape. The utility cover has a cup-shaped crown portion, an outer circular rim portion, an inner circular rim portion and a semi-rigid bill portion. The crown portion is prepared from a first piece and a second piece of cloth, wherein a plurality of separate semi-rigid material sections are adhered to the first piece of cloth; one section on the front, one section on the back, three sections on the left side and three sections on the right side. The second piece of cloth is adhered to the plurality of separate semi-rigid material sections on the first piece of cloth forming a three layered sheet. This three layered sheet is folded into the cup-shaped crown and the folds are stitched to maintain the cup-shape of the crown.

Abstract: The present application discloses a helmet retention system for securing a helmet to the head of a user. In certain versions, the helmet retention system comprises a rear portion connected the rear of the helmet, a chin portion configured to receive the chin of the user, a first side upper strap extending from the rear portion to the front of the helmet, a second side upper strap extending from the rear portion to the front of the helmet, a first side lower strap extending from the rear portion to the chin portion, a second side lower strap extending from the rear portion to the chin portion, and an adjustment device operably attached to the rear portion. The adjustment device is configured to selectively and simultaneously adjust the length of the first side upper strap and the second side upper strap between the rear portion and the front of the helmet and simultaneously adjust the length of the first side lower strap and the second side lower strap between the rear portion and the chin portion.

Abstract: The invention relates to a protective helmet, comprising an outer shell (1) for distributing impact forces and an antenna (2) for transferring a radio signal, which antenna is arranged at least partially inside the outer shell (1). The outer shell (1) consists of a main material in a main region (5).
