Abstract: Systems and methods for processing customer requests to access purchasable items using financial assessments are described. A customer using a mobile device can identify a good of interest and transmit a request to access and test it. A financial institution computing system with a database of customer financial information can generate a financial assessment of the customer and the customer's identified good, which can then be used to determine whether the customer's request should be granted.

Abstract: Vehicle data systems for the rule based collection of vehicle data from across a distributed heterogeneous computer network; rule based filtering and enhancing of that data; determination of rule sets pertaining to determination of pricing likelihood; and the real time presentation of accurate pricing likelihoods for specified vehicle configurations over a computer network using those rule sets are disclosed.

Abstract: An exemplary system and method provides a product notification and recommendation technology for monitoring a computing device to detect particular use-cases of device activity and providing a notification through a user interface that indicates at least one product corresponding to the detected particular use-cases. In this way, the product notification and recommendation technology adds a new dimension of usage-based personalization to targeted advertising that results in timely product and service recommendations.

Abstract: A seller device executing a seller module captures an image of an item available for purchase and uploads the image to a host machine. The host machine receives the image of the item and provides the image and a seller address to a buyer device. The buyer device executing a buyer module presents the image and the seller address to a user. The seller address is usable to initiate a communication with the seller of the item. The host machine may provide the seller module to the seller device, and the host machine may provide the buyer module to the buyer device. The host machine may also communicate the image to an advertisement server configured to publish the image as a listing of the item.

Abstract: A shared “universal” virtual shopping cart (“the cart”) may be provided by a host to enable information sharing between multiple disparate electronic marketplaces provided by various merchants. The host may obtain user information via the cart to improve interactions with a user. The host may recommend an item to the user that is offered at a lower price and related to an item retained in the user's cart. The host may also recommend items based on a user's purchase history, such as complementary items (e.g., up-sell items) and items other users may recommend. In some aspects, the host may compile best selling lists based on data from multiple electronic marketplaces. The host may also perform user specific operations such as indicate an item in a cart is a duplicate of a previous purchase and monitor a price and/or available quantities of an item in the cart.

Abstract: A method for providing purchase suggestions to a customer is provided. The method may include a computer server associated with a store receiving multiple receipts for past purchase transactions from a customer. The server may identify products on the receipts and analyze the products and receipt dates to determine a frequency with which the customer purchases a particular product. The server may also determine a date when the customer last purchased the particular product and transmit a purchase suggestion for the product to the customer at a time correlated with the customer needing to purchase the particular product based on a date when the customer last purchased the particular product and the frequency with which the customer purchases the particular product.

Abstract: Price searching and intelligent shopping lists on a mobile device is provided. A system for providing a shopping list comprises at least one subsystem that receives input data containing product identification information, at least one subsystem that determines location information of a product identified by the product identification information, and at least one subsystem that determines a proposed route from a particular location to a location of the product identified by the location information.

Abstract: Methods and systems for facilitating collaborative shopping are described. A user creates and shares a shopping list containing desired items. The shopping list includes quantities of the items and deadlines for purchasing the items. When the user or one of his or her friends are at or near a location selling a desired item, they are alerted to purchase the item. As items are purchased by the user and his or her friends, the shopping list may be updated, and notes may be posted to the shopping list. Such updates and notes may include information regarding visited locations, prices of items, availability of items, restock or delivery dates, dates that locations were visited, etc.

Abstract: A method and system for recommending a size of a wearable item uses a data set of wearable items, in which the data for each wearable item comprises a size and, for each size, one or more additional parameters related to the fit or feel of the item. A processing device receives a selection of one of the wearable items and a size for the selected wearable item from a user, accesses the data set to analyze the one or more additional parameters for the selected item in the selected size, and prompts the user to provide personalized sizing information. Based upon the personalized sizing information, which can include primary and secondary sizing information, the processing device provides a recommended size in the wearable item for the user. Additionally, the processing device can determine if the wearable item runs true to a standard size and, if not, adjust the recommended size accordingly.

Specifically, in certain embodiments, historical transaction data associated with a particular vehicle configuration may be obtained and processed to determine pricing data associated with the vehicle configuration. The historical transaction data or determined pricing data may then be presented in an intuitive manner.

Abstract: Embodiments of sales generation, including sales generation employing reverse lead generation using vehicle data systems and methods, are presented herein. In particular, in certain embodiments a user may utilize the vehicle data system to obtain pricing data corresponding to a desired vehicle configuration. When the user is presented with the pricing data associated with the specified vehicle configuration the user may additionally be presented with an upfront price offered by a dealer, where by providing their personal information the user may obtain the name of the dealer offering the upfront price and may additionally be offered the opportunity to purchase the desired, or similar, vehicle at the upfront price.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for the aggregation, analysis, display and monetization of pricing data for commodities in general, and which may be particularly useful applied to vehicles are disclosed. Abstract: The present subject matter relates generally to systems and methods for adding interactive functionality to a website, other digital media objects, and computer processor applications. Systems and methods for adding functionality to content served by a first server, may include receiving, at a second server, a request from a client-computer for code to add purchase functionality to the content. The code may be sent to the client-computer based on the request. A further request may be received from the client-computer containing information about objects identified in the content as relating to the purchase functionality and a request for information about the objects. Information about the objects may be sent to the client-computer based on the further request. An instruction to complete the purchase may be received from the client-computer, and a confirmation of the completion of the purchase may be sent to the client-computer.

Abstract: Technologies are presented that provide automated non-monetary bidding based on bidder-specific data. A method includes receiving, from a bid acceptance server, an information request associated with a bidder; collecting and analyzing data regarding one or more data points associated with the bidder and requested in the information request; packaging analysis results into a bid; and providing the bid to the bid acceptance server. The data points may be limited based on input from the bidder. The data analyzed may include electronically-available data associated with the bidder. The method may be performed at the bid acceptance server, at a device of a bidder, or at a combination of the two. Submitted bids may be ranked by the bid acceptance server according to a given algorithm.
