The instructions include, in response to receiving a request signal from a user device, obtaining a set of asset identifiers corresponding to a first index indicated in the request signal and filtering the set of asset identifiers based on a first category indicated in the request signal. The instructions include generating an adjusted set of asset identifiers by, for each category represented in the filtered set of asset identifiers, adjusting a representation ratio of the asset identifiers associated with the corresponding category in response to the request signal including the representation ratio associated with the corresponding category, and transforming an interface of the user device by rendering a graphical depiction of the adjusted set of asset identifiers.

An AI system provides a loading point in the sequenced image frames based on an analysis of the frames input to the trained AI system. Image diversity and saturation measurements are calculated on consecutive image frames from the sequenced image frames resulting in an image change analysis. Native webpage events and times are detected from webpage characteristics gathered from the captured digital recording. The amount of time is then calculated based on the loading point from the AI system, the image change analysis; and the webpage events and their corresponding times.

First and second labels are determined indicating first and second candidate types of the sub-entity. First and second replacement sentences are generated. The second replacement sentence replaces the sub-entity in the original sentence with a second sub-entity of the second candidate type. First and second confidence scores for the first and second replacement sentences are determined. Based on the first confidence score exceeding the second confidence score by more than a threshold amount, the neural network is retrained by selecting the first instead of the second candidate type as the sub-entity type.
