  • Patent number: 7249434
Abstract: The present invention relates to nets, preferably for fishing, webbed onto a discharging device, a discharging system and a method for manufacture of such nets and discharging systems. The net, the system and the method make possible to determine the opening of the net's meshes by way of a mounting-line and a netting-device coupled with the mounting-line, which permits the mounting of longer nets onto shorter net ropes. The mounting line is attached to the mesh-cell or mounting mesh-cell of the net to maintain a fixed opening size of the meshes, during discharge and operation of the net.

  • Patent number: 7243458
Abstract: A device for attracting and capturing or otherwise disabling insects includes a fan mechanism structured and arranged to provide an outflow of air out of the device to atmosphere, and to draw an inflow directed counter the outflow from atmosphere into the device, the outflow being substantially within the inflow outside of the device. The flow mechanism is also structured and arranged to provide an insect attractant in the outflow. The device can include mounting structure being adapted to position the device with the outflow directed in a substantially downward direction. The outflow attracts insects to the vicinity of the device, and the inflow urges the insects to enter the device. An insect disabling structure is arranged with the flow mechanism to capture or otherwise disable insects being urged into the device by the inflow.

  • Patent number: 7240453
Abstract: Fishhooks (20), artificial lures (23, 35, 65, 67 and 91) or trailer rods (120) include both an anodic segment (25, 85 and 105) and a cathodic segment (27). The anodic and cathodic segments (25, 85, 105 and 27) are arranged so that immersion of fishhooks (20), artificial lures (23, 35, 65, 67 and 91) or trailer rods (120) in water establishes a galvanic cell that generates an electo-magnetic field which simulates the natural bioelectric field of living prey. A particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention interposes an insulated segment (29) between the anodic and cathodic segments (25, 85, 105 and 27) of fishhooks (20), artificial lures (23, 35, 65, 67 and 91). While galvanic action occurs between the anodic and cathodic segments, fishhooks (20) and artificial lures (23, 35, 65, 67 and 91) and trailer rods (120) in accordance with the present invention establish a constant, bioelectric simulating electromagnetic field.

  • Patent number: 7219466
Abstract: An electronic animal trap with a CPU-controlled, rearming, three-killing-plate configuration and extended killing cycle for trapping and exterminating larger rodents such as rats. The high-voltage output circuit is connected to a pair of killing plates which are activated with a high-voltage pulse train for a killing cycle when a pest of known impedance is sensed across said pair of plates. A third killing plate, electrically coupled to a first plate of said pair of plates, is brought to the voltage level of the first plate within approximately 1 msec of circuit activation for increased kill and escape-prevention capabilities.

  • Patent number: 7207134
Abstract: A rotating artificial bait in body of artificial bait, it is put together with half-sectioned bait shell, isolated layers with proper room are formed inside, isolated layer and block & arc slot at center of shell can embed in tip of mandrel of passive vane and active rotating vane with mandrel, so that passive vane is built in middle of spacial groove, active rotating vane is fixed in two sides of shell so as to make a coaxial core but not communicating each other, in addition, put several ball beads inside spacial groove so that ball beads can move close to vane of passive vane, magnets are fixed at end of passive vane and active rotating vane respectively; these magnets can produce mutual magnetic attraction so that active rotating vane can drive passive vane to rotate synchronously and let vane of passive vane collide ball bead successively, the collision may produce sound frequency to attract fish and eye-like vivid effect, therefore, it may promote possibility of attracting big fish to eat bait.

  • Patent number: 7204053
Abstract: A mole trap has a pair of spring-loaded jaws. A platform is pivotally connected to the jaws to limit the travel of the trap into the ground and to stabilize the trap on the ground when it is set. A lever assembly forces the jaws open. A trigger mechanism includes a clasp member configured to selectively hold the lever assembly in a set position. The trap may be positioned such that a portion of the trigger mechanism is on the ground above a mole burrow. The disturbance of a mole traveling beneath the trigger causes the clasp member to disengage the lever assembly, permitting the lever assembly to collapse, thereby permitting the jaws to close and destroy the animal.
