Abstract: A method for coating a dielectric substrate with a R-GO film includes positioning the dielectric substrate in a chamber which is purged with a first gas to adjust a pressure of the chamber to a first pressure. A second gas at a second flow rate and a third gas at a third flow rate is inserted into the chamber to increase the chamber pressure to a second pressure greater than the first pressure. A chamber temperature is increased to a first temperature. The flow of the second gas and the third gas is stopped. The chamber is purged to a third pressure higher than the first pressure and lower than the second pressure. The pressure of the chamber is set at a fourth pressure greater than the first pressure and the third pressure. A fourth gas is inserted into the chamber at a fourth flow rate for a first time.

  • Patent number: 8017197
Abstract: A microwave is radiated into a processing chamber (1) from a planar antenna member of an antenna (7) through a dielectric plate (6). With this, a C5F8 gas supplied into the processing chamber (1) from a gas supply member (3) is changed (activated) into a plasma so as to form a fluorine-containing carbon film of a certain thickness on a semiconductor wafer (W). Each time a film forming process of forming a film on one wafer is carried out, a cleaning process and a pre-coating process are carried out. In the cleaning process, the inside of the processing chamber is cleaned with a plasma of an oxygen gas and a hydrogen gas. In the pre-coating process, the C5F8 gas is changed into a plasma, and a pre-coat film of fluorine-containing carbon thinner than the fluorine-containing carbon film formed in the film forming process is formed.

  • Patent number: 7862850
Abstract: A panel (9) is conveyed by using a conveyer (3), and the coating surface of the panel (9) is divided into two coating areas (CAa, CAb). Further, the coating areas (CAa, CAb) are coated by reciprocating sprayer units (6, 7) parallel to a conveying direction. At this time, at a boundary between the coating areas (CAa, CAb), the positions of turning paths (Ta0, Tb0) of the reciprocation of a coating machine are shifted sequentially from the front side to the rear side in the conveying direction, so that coating trajectories (Ta, Tb) like a series of steps are formed. Thus, at the boundary between the coating areas (CAa, CAb), the turning paths (Ta0, Tb0) can be spread and located, and the occurrence of color shading can be prevented.
