Abstract: A golf club head includes a face portion, score lines n the face portion and extending in a toe-heel direction, protruding portions formed on the face portion and extending parallel to the score lines, and recessed portions formed on the face portion and extending parallel to the score lines. Each protruding portion and each recessed portion are formed alternately in a direction orthogonal to the toe-heel direction. The protruding portions include first protruding portions and second protruding portions. Each apex portion of the first protruding portions is positioned in a first imaginary plane parallel to a reference plane that contains each edge of the score lines. Each apex portion of the second protruding portions is positioned in a second imaginary plane parallel to the reference plane and different from the first imaginary plane.
Abstract: A hockey puck is disclosed including an internal signal transmitter enabling instantaneous identification of its position as it moves around. The puck includes two molded subcomponents, which encapsulate the signal transmitter. The signal transmitter may include driver electronics and a number of signal transmitters which together generate and emit an electromagnetic signal. The electromagnetic signal may be emitted by a plurality of diodes mounted in cavities in the subcomponents, for example around an outer circumference of the hockey puck and through a top and bottom surfaces of the hockey puck. The puck may alternatively be formed of a material that allows electromagnetic radiation to be emitted through the subcomponents, and the diode cavities may be omitted.

Abstract: A golf putting training device with a portable golf hole cut through a unique multidimensional triangular shaped device, in which the longest edge of the triangle is flat and can lay flush on an underlying surface and receive a golf ball smoothly. The device will have one corner of the triangle that is elevated creating one highest point sloping down to two low or flat points, or one flat edge. The device has two functional faces or bases that are the mirror images of each other. The device can be flipped over and rest on either of the two largest faces (or triangular surface areas) to allow a practicing golfer to practice striking putts that break right to left, or left to right. The device can be positioned relative to the practicing golfer in such a manner that many different slope degrees or angles can change the break of the putt, even a slope that provides for a perfectly straight putt.
Abstract: The present invention is a projectile and target lawn game that calls to mind the sport of bowling. The lawn game disclosed herein uses a number of pins that are magnetically attracted to a board as the target. The projectiles are preferably beanbags that a player tosses at the pins.
Abstract: A wearable baseball tee having a tee device for holding a ball at a position away from the body of the user. The wearable baseball tee is configured to be worn on the body of a user and allows the user to swing a bat at the ball held away from the body of the user. The process of using the wearable baseball tee is also described.
Abstract: A spring-loaded billiard cue assembly for shooting cue ball in billiards includes a tube that may be gripped while playing the game of billiards. A rod is slidably positioned in the tube and the rod is urged into a retracted position having the rod being positioned in the tube. The rod is biased into an extended position having the rod extending outwardly from the tube for striking a cue ball in the game of billiards. A light emitter is coupled to the tube to emit a beam of light outwardly therefrom for aiming during the game of billiards.
Abstract: The present invention relates to equipment for target ranges, and more specifically, to moveable track-mounted target carriers having means for adjusting suspension or cushioning. The present disclosure also relates to target carriers with cable tension adjusting means which can be accessed without disturbing or disassembling the target carrier.
Abstract: The hockey goal comprises left and right vertical goalposts, a front crossbar, left and right elbows, a lower rear frame, an upper rear frame, a crinkle bar, a second crinkle bar, a net, a bumper cushion, and a wear plate. The left vertical goalpost, right vertical goalpost, front crossbar, left elbow, and right elbow comprise a goal opening at the front of the hockey goal. The lower rear frame and upper rear frame are fabricated from square tubing and comprise a semi-elliptical support for the net on the rear side of the goal opening. The wear plate supports the lower rear frame. The bumper cushion absorbs the impact of a puck entering the hockey goal and couples to the hockey goal via twine that is laced through the crinkle bar.
Abstract: An impact triggered dynamic target system includes, a target body with legs that can be ground spikes; a target release assembly, including a target holder including first and second holder pegs; a primary target assembly, including a primary target disc, a secondary target pusher including first and second secondary target pushers, and first and second target sliders slidably mounted on the first and second holder pegs, and a plurality of secondary target discs; a rolling track with a rolling surface and first and second side rails; and a projectile receptacle, such that a practice shooter shoots that the primary target disc, which releases a secondary target disc, which rolls down the rolling track and off the impact triggered dynamic target system, such that the practice shooter can shoot at the rear disc, while the rear disc is rolling on an adjacent ground surface.
Abstract: An example resetting gun target includes a first curved rocking member; a second curved rocking member; a connector portion joining the first rocking member and the second rocking member and maintaining a space between the first rocking member and the second rocking member; and a central target panel attached to the connector portion and situated in the space between the first curved rocking member and the second curved rocking member. The resetting gun target may further include paddle portions respectively situated at a first end and a second end of each of the first curved rocking member and the second curved rocking member.
Abstract: A ball bat for impacting a ball and extending along a longitudinal axis may include a handle portion and a barrel portion coupled to the handle portion. The barrel portion may include circumferentially spaced launch angle boosters. Each of the launch angle boosters extend along the axis at an angle of at least 3° and no greater than 12° from the longitudinal axis.
