  • Patent number: RE46401
Abstract: A concave includes a frame and an array of threshing elements supported by the frame, the threshing elements being spaced apart and extending generally parallel to one another. The threshing elements are configured in the form of round bars each having formed on an upper portion thereof disposed adjacent to an upper portion of the frame a longitudinally-extending notch respectively defining an aggressive threshing edge. The spaced apart relationship and round configuration of the threshing elements reduce plugging of the concave. The threshing edges facing in a direction opposite to the direction of crop material flow restrict crop material flow and thereby enable more effective threshing. A concave includes a frame and an array of threshing elements supported by the frame, the threshing elements being spaced apart and extending generally parallel to one another.

  • Patent number: RE46879
Abstract: A system implements a location based service, and comprises a satellite navigation receiver implementing a position tracking function for providing the location of a user of the service. An analogue RF receiver receives satellite signals and performs at least a frequency downconversion. Correlation and decoding functions are applied to the downconverted signals for deriving location information from detected specific satellite signals. The system further comprises a server for receiving samples of the downconverted signals, and for verifying the samples are consistent with the expected satellite signals at that time and location. The invention provides a counter measure for detecting the counterfeiting of, or tampering with, the satellite signals at the receiver. A check can be made that the received satellite signals correspond to those which are expected at that location and time.

  • Patent number: RE47073
Abstract: A spark plug has a central electrode and a plurality of peripheral electrodes. The central electrode has a proximal portion and a distal portion. The distal portion of the central electrode has a circular cross-section with a longitudinal axis and terminates in a distal end. Each peripheral electrode has a lower portion and an upper portion. Each upper portion has a distal-most point. Each distal-most point is disposed in a central plane within which the longitudinal axis of the distal portion of the central electrode is wholly disposed. The cross-section of each upper portion taken along its central plane defines a convex outer side and a non-convex inner side. Each convex outer side has a curved surface which is tangent to a plurality of tangent planes, all of which intersect the longitudinal axis of the distal portion of the central electrode at points at or above the distal end of the distal point of the central electrode.

  • Patent number: RE47184
Abstract: A fishing reel designed to minimize line snag and simplify clicker operation. A frame mounted spool includes a forward flange defining a circumferential groove for receiving a smooth surfaced ring that is loosely mounted therein for minimizing line interaction. A spinner head assembly has pin arms that are pivotally secured to a rearward face. The pin arms present a substantially smooth rear surface for minimizing line snags. Pin springs are mounted on the opposite face of spinner head member and communicate with the pin arms via pin arm posts that extend through openings. An enclosure is affixed to the forward face of the spinner head for permitting the pin springs to have freedom of movement, but for enclosing pin springs and posts to prevent interaction with fishing line. A dual clicker passes through the frame for engaging the spool and the drag adjusting wheel.
