Abstract: A system and method provides for the use of a proprietary platform to predict impressions and to predict and design ad campaigns. Specifically, a proprietary programmatic advertisement platform correlates television programming asset sources with actual viewing behavior of broadcasts associated with the television programming assets and ad content associated with the ad campaign. The correlation produces a predicted performance value used to generate an ad campaign. For instance, the invention enables television programming asset sources and viewership information providers to communicate with the programmatic advertisement platform in a way that adds value to or otherwise facilitates the valuation of the television programming asset sources in context of the particular ad.

The property data is stored in a lease benchmarking database with the addresses replaced in with corresponding geographic coordinates and geohash values. The properties are associated in the lease benchmarking database with the predicted lease values. One of the predicted lease values is returned in response to a received lease pricing request that includes an address. The system receives and processes registration information, creates a unique coding entry, and generates an associated keyword database. When the system receives input data from a user, it utilizes the unique coding identifier to relate to the organization, searches the keyword database in any communications involving the registered entity, automatically analyzes the received data, and preforms a zone of reliability verification analysis on the received data. The system provides a portal generator for creation of one or more portals or channels through which data of each organization can be shared. The portals can be setup for planned or emergency events within a given region, e.g., a municipality, with tasks associated with each event. Users can register to become members of each portal, with membership being assigned automatically or with respect to predetermined criteria. In some embodiments, permissions of each member can be altered to ensure selected access to data within the channel based on the organization with which the member associates. A model serving delay time is computed as an average of training delays of events. A historical data time interval is determined based upon the model serving delay time. A model is trained for predicting user content preferences using historic user distribution data and historic content distribution data associated with the historic data time interval.
