  • Patent number: 10920930
Abstract: The present invention relates to a grease injection nipple coupled to a grease pipe such that the same can function as an opening/closing valve with regard to the corresponding grease pipe, the grease injection nipple being pushed against a nipple of a grease supply target and coupled thereto or separated therefrom. The grease injection nipple according to the present invention comprises a push body, a check valve, a nipple coupling portion, and a valve activation portion. The valve activation portion may operate such that, when the push body makes a primary movement in the forward direction, the check valve is opened and, when the push body makes a secondary movement in the forward direction after external force for the primary movement of the push body is released, the check valve is closed.

  • Patent number: 10913635
Abstract: A vertical lift conveyor for lifting materials between different vertical levels. The vertical lift conveyor includes a pair of spaced uprights and a carriage that moves vertically along the spaced uprights. The vertical lift conveyor includes a drive assembly including a drive motor coupled to a drive shaft. Each end of the drive shaft includes a first sprocket and a second sprocket that each engages one of a pair of lift chains. The first and second sprockets each include a plurality of teeth (N). The first and second sprockets are offset from each other 180/N°. The offset between the first and sprockets creates sinusoidal velocity profiles for the two chains that are out of phase with each other. A connection block is used to connect the pair of lift chains to each side of the carriage combines the lift chain velocities into a linear vertical velocity for the carriage.

  • Patent number: 10906781
Abstract: A pneumatic vertical transportation device comprises an expandable cylinder, a carriage rack, an air piping controller, and an air exhauster. The expandable cylinder includes a bellow body, with one end hanging carriage rack and the other end connected with a fixing plate. The expandable cylinder is connected with the air piping controller. While the carriage rack is rising, the air exhauster draws air from the bellow body through the air piping controller to gradually decrease pressure inside. Once pressure difference exceeds weight of the carriage rack, the carriage rack begins to rise. Volume of the expandable cylinder is reduced such that the lower disc of the expandable cylinder approaches top, and the expandable cylinder is maintained at low pressure state. While the carriage rack is descending, air is fed into the expandable cylinder through the air piping controller to gradually expand the bellow body, letting the carriage rack descend.

  • Patent number: 10870559
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for measuring a rotational angle of a sinking platform. The apparatus includes a sinking platform being a subject to be measured, suspension ropes and guide ropes connected to the sinking platform, a carriage assembled on the guide ropes, a gyroscope and a gyroscope signal radio transmitter mounted at an upper end of the carriage, and a tilt angle sensor and a radio signal reception processor mounted on the sinking platform. During running of the carriage, the gyroscope keeps measuring a pose of the carriage, and a measured signal is transmitted to the radio transmitter in a wired manner. The radio transmitter transmits a pose signal of the carriage during running to the radio signal reception processor in a wireless manner. A turning angle of the sinking platform in the y direction is accurately obtained by subtracting a pose of the carriage being located at the top of the guide ropes from a pose of the carriage being located at the bottom of the guide ropes.
