The method may include: retrieving first product identifier comprising at least one tag; determining, based on the at least one tag, a number of quantity related tags; flagging the product identifier as having a quantity based on an analysis of the quantity related tags; comparing the at least one tag and quantity of the first product identifier with at least one tag and quantity associated with a second product identifier; generating, based on the comparison, at least one similarity value between the first product identifier and the second product identifier; and transmitting instructions to at least one user device, wherein the instructions cause the at least one user device to display the at least one similarity value.

Abstract: Provided herein is a computing system including a processor in communication with at least one memory. The processor is configured to (i) build a model using historical vehicle telematics data and historical vehicle data, the model configured to: (a) predict an operating cost of a vehicle based upon a vehicle type and user data and (b) output operational parameters for operating the vehicle, (ii) receive a vehicle acquisition request for a selected vehicle including vehicle data for the selected vehicle and selected user data for the user of the selected vehicle, (iii) input the vehicle acquisition request data into the model, and (iv) output from the model an acquisition cost and operational parameters for the selected vehicle and the selected user including a procurement cost for the selected vehicle and an operating cost for operating the selected vehicle within the operational parameters for a predetermined time period.

An information provision server in an information provision system receives utterance (input) by a user utilizing an Internet shopping site via a user terminal and provides a response thereto onto the user terminal, thereby performing control so as to have a conversation with the user. Further, based on the input by the user and user attributes, the information provision server determines a user type of the user and when a recommended commodity is presented to the user, determines the recommended commodity from among commodities purchased by other user whose user type is the same as the user type of the user.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system, method, and apparatus for managing a packaging article secured via a locking unit alterable between a locked state and an unlocked state. An indication that a user desires to handle the article may be received and an authorization of the user to handle the article may be performed. An actuator may cause the locking unit to alter from the locked state to the unlocked state, for example, based on the user being authorized to handle the article. Based on the user desiring to purchase the article, inventory information of the article may be updated by decreasing the number of articles in inventory by the article purchased. An account of the user may be charged a cost of the article. An indication may be provided to the user that the article has been purchased.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a computer implemented recommender system/method which enables the computer to provide more “emotionally” relevant/connected, and therefore more likely to be successful, recommendations while minimizing dependency on historical data as well susceptibility to bias, e.g. monetary and/or sponsor based. The disclosed embodiments segment a target set of known users into groups based on similar characteristics and then associate each group with one or more unique sets of affinities derived from the social media interactions of a general population having similar affinities. Similarly, a unique set of affinity characteristics is derived, and stored in a data structure, for each of a set of recommendations. The unique sets of affinities associated with the groups are compared with the set of affinity characteristics associated with each recommendations to derive a subset thereof relevant to the users of the particular group.

Abstract: A system and method of detecting a pick-up of an item are provided. The method includes receiving at least one data packet from at least one IoT tag, extracting a frequency word from the at least one received data packet, wherein the frequency word is a measure of the at least one IoT, analyzing the frequency word to determine a pick-up event to be associated with a pick-up of the item attached to the at least one IoT tag, and upon detecting the pick-up event, sending a notification including an identification of the at least one IoT tag, wherein the notification incudes collateral product information associated with the picked-up item attached to the at least one IoT tag, and displaying the collateral product information of the picked-up item on a display on a physical location of the picked-up item.

The computing device may extract product information from the generated structural model based on a previously stored mapping of nodes in the stored structural model to the product fields, or generate a mapping and extract the product information from the generated structural model based on the generated mapping, based on whether the generated structural model matches the stored structural model of another webpage retrieved from the web address. The computing device may generate an updated webpage based on the extracted product information.

The recording is transmitted to a server for comparing it to recordings of other conversations from a plurality of other retail stores. The server makes a recommendation based on the comparing. Embodiments of the invention are also directed to an analytics system that collects real-time metrics data for various virtual or physical retail stores associated with a plurality of contact centers. The system performs real-time analytics of the collected metrics data for identifying a product or service. The processor modifies, based on the real-time analytics, a prior service or product to be offered by a particular retail store, with the identified service or product. The processor pushes the modified service or product for display on the end-user device use in the particular retail store.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for message timing optimization. A message timing optimization system determines optimized times to transmit messages to users based on historical transaction data. For example, the message timing optimization system may determine an optimal time to transmit a recommendation message to a user to perform a subsequent, such as repurchasing an item, refreshing a password, and the like. The message timing optimization system uses historical transaction data describing previous transactions performed by the user and/or other users to determine probability values indicating the likelihood that a user will perform a subsequent action at various time periods after the user performed an initial transaction.

Abstract: According to certain aspects of the disclosure, a computer-implemented method may be used for providing a vehicle recommendation based on user gestures. The method may include displaying at least one image of a vehicle to a user and receiving at least one gesture from the user performed on the at least one image of the vehicle. Additionally, the method may include assigning a value to the at least one gesture from the user and determining a feature of the vehicle based on the at least one gesture from the user. Additionally, the method may include receiving gesture information related to the at least one gesture and determining a vehicle preference of the user based on the value, the feature of the vehicle, and the gesture information. Additionally, the method may include identifying at least one available vehicle based on the vehicle preference of the user and displaying the at least one available vehicle to the user.

Abstract: Methods and systems for selecting fare paths. A machine learning model is trained on historical fare path data. An output of the machine learning model provides a fare path selection prediction for each fare path. In response to a request from a client device, flight paths fulfilling the request are determined, fare paths are determined by combining the set of flight paths with pricing units, the machine learning model is applied on the fare paths to determine a subset of fare paths for which the selection prediction is higher than a threshold, details of the subset of fare paths are queried, valid fare paths are determined, and details of a subset of the valid fare paths are returned to the client device. The details of the subset of the valid fare paths may be displayed on the client device for final selection of a fare path.
