Abstract: In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor comprises a housing member, a connector configured to couple the adaptor with a vial, and an extractor channel formed in the housing member. The extractor channel is configured to facilitate withdrawal of fluid from the vial when the adaptor is coupled to the vial. In some embodiments, an anti-reflux valve is positioned within the extractor channel. The anti-reflux valve can be configured to impede or obstruct fluid returning to a fluid source after withdrawal of the fluid from the fluid source.

Abstract: A sensor system for detecting a property of or within an absorbent article may comprise an absorbent article and an auxiliary article. The absorbent article may comprise a garment facing layer and an absorbent assembly. The auxiliary article may comprise a sensor. The sensor may be oriented externally adjacent the garment facing layer when the auxiliary article is fitted over the absorbent article. The sensor may not be physically attached to the absorbent article. The sensor may be configured to sense a change in condition within the absorbent article.

Abstract: A series of elastic break brakes are provided throughout a travel path of elastics in a machine operation. Elastic strands thread through each individual brake mechanism, and if an elastic strand breaks downstream, a natural snap back of the elastic, which ordinarily travels through the system under tension, drives an immediately upstream cam mechanism back, and holds the elastic thread in place at the elastic break brake immediately upstream of the break as to minimize rethreading required downstream of the elastic break brake.

The ear is joined to the chassis by at least one mechanical bond that engages the elastomeric material.

The sheet-like elastic element 100 has a stretching portion 105 that can be stretched in a product width direction W. An absorber 40 includes a low rigidity portion 110, where the basis weight is lower than those in the other parts of the absorber 40 or an absorber core 40a does not exist, and a non-stretching portion 45 that is unstretchable in the product width direction W. A front and/or rear portion of the chassis includes a pair of first fasteners detachably attachable to the outer surface of the belt and separated by a first distance. The chassis includes a pair of first stretch markings related to the first distance. The belt includes a pair of second stretch markings marking a second distance when in a relaxed state and a predetermined third distance when in a stretched state. In a relaxed state, the first stretch markings are positioned in conjunction with or within the second stretch markings allowing the chassis to be attached to the belt in the relaxed state via the first fasteners and allowing the belt to be stretched into the third distance without jeopardizing the fastening of the first fasteners.

In use, the wrap is configured to wrap around a wearer's chest and substantially cover the wearer's breasts with the one or more absorbent regions covering the wearer's nipples and the first and second adjustment regions positioned above and below the wearer's breasts respectively. In another embodiment, the breast wrap comprises one or more absorbent panels removably attached to a first side of the first panel and, in use, the one or more absorbent panels cover the wearer's nipples.
