Abstract: Systems and methods for a product driven approach to technology provisioning, operations, and billing are provided. Some embodiments provide an Information Technology (IT) business architecture built around the product driven methodology. This architecture can be designed to optimize the demand side provisioning of technology products to meet business intent and the execution of supply side assembly and implementation lifecycle. A technology model can be used that recursively decomposes services and products into various components. As a result, the technology model allows for effective and efficient provisioning, pricing, and impact assessment of the organization's technology to thereby drive the efficiency of scale and the automation of the provisioning, the finance, and the operation businesses.

Abstract: A system for use in consolidating items into orders and delivering items to a workstation is described herein. The system includes a plurality of workstations, each workstation including an assembling area for assembling orders, an assembly line system configured to deliver items to the plurality of workstations, and a computing system to execute the steps of: receiving an order notification indicating an order, identifying items included in the order, assigning a corresponding workstation to the order, and operating the assembly line system to deliver the identified items included in the order to the corresponding workstation.

Abstract: A system and method for an ordering system whereby a first user may remotely purchase goods and services from a second user by live stream video chat whereby the second user may then transmit the order to an establishment or other location, allowing first users to interact and connect with another person in a pleasant manner via video chatting, such as enabling the first user to order from a remote location to the second user who also may be at another location with respect to the establishment.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for pre-coordinating delivery and service for item searching and filtering are described herein. Large or specialized products, such as household appliances, may require setup and installation services at the time of delivery, leading to additional complexity and coordination from multiple service providers. The present techniques and system configurations address these complexities by providing functionality in search and information user interfaces, which enable a user to search, filter, and identify the delivery and installation availability for a listing of products. The present techniques and system configurations may calculate and cache the availability dates for service fulfillment of respective products. The present techniques and system configurations enable a user to request and receive a listing of the earliest available products for delivery and installation based on the cached availability dates for service fulfillment of respective products.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for facilitating a sending of a gift from a first machine to a second machine may include a processor of a computer server reviewing a first list of one or more names of people maintained in a computer database. The processor may review context information related to the one or more names to determine if a moment exists for sending a gift from a first machine to a second machine. Content providers may also request one or more gifts to be identified when a second machine is proximate to a content provider who may fulfill a gift.

Abstract: Techniques for integrating a product model into a user supplied image are presented herein. A method is disclosed that includes receiving an image of a user space from a user, receiving one or more definitions that describe the user space, retrieving, based on search terms provided by the user, one or more items available at a networked marketplace that fit within the definitions of the user space, and generating a composite image by overlaying an image of one of the items on the image of the user space. The method further scales the image of the item according to the definition of the user space and the physical dimensions of the item, and depicts virtual guidelines indicating a current scale of the image of the item.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving, from a requestor, a request for an on-demand product. The method further includes determining an eligibility token format applicable to the request, wherein the eligibility token format comprises a plurality of partial segments of identifying information. The method also includes prompting the requestor to provide a plurality of partial-segment values corresponding to the plurality of partial segments. In addition, the method includes receiving the plurality of partial-segment values in response to the prompting. Moreover, the method includes generating an eligibility token from the plurality of partial-segment values. The method also includes determining the requestor's eligibility for the on-demand product based, at least in part, on a lookup of the eligibility token in an eligibility token repository. The eligibility token repository includes a plurality of eligibility tokens of the eligibility token format.

Abstract: An apparatus, computer program product, and method are provided for predictive recommendations of device rendered objects using one or more objective models. In the context of a method, the method generates, for each device rendered object of a plurality of device rendered objects, a multiple objective score. The method also determines a real-time adjustment factor based in part on a received objective adjustment signal and generates, for each device rendered object of the plurality of device rendered objects, an adjusted multiple objective score based on the real-time adjustment factor. The method also generate a ranked device rendered object set, selects a subset of the ranked rendered object set, and transmits the ranked device rendered object subset to a client device associated with the user object of the user object objective, the subset configured for rendering within the user, interface area of the client device.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for integrating a wallet client with federated directory services are disclosed herein. By integrating merchant services, such as directory services with a wallet service provider, wallet clients on mobile devices can have access to all merchant listings without having to manually add each directory service. The system disclosed herein integrates Chamber of Commerce directory service listings with the wallet client, such that when a request for a merchant directory service is received from a device associated with the wallet client, the request is forwarded to a federated directory service wallet system interface operated by a Chamber of Commerce site. Supply chain data that matches the request, and location information that is included in the request, is then fetched from the federated directory service wallet system interface and forwarded to the device that sent the request.

Abstract: A system or method is provided that includes receiving a pet image. The pet image may depict a pet and may be received from a user device. The system or method may further analyze the pet image with a pet image recognition model to determine one or more pet characteristics of the pet. In certain embodiments, analyzing the pet image may further include identifying one or more image characteristics of the pet image. The system or method may further analyze the pet characteristics with a pet food recommendation model to generate a pet food recommendation for the pet.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology for determining locations of approaching recipients of online pre-requested or pre-ordered goods/services. Physical waiting queues and/or wait-lists are managed so that the goods/services will be provided without excessive wait times or unacceptably long wait lines or inferior quality in the provided goods/services. Resolution of location determination becomes finer and finer in one embodiment as the recipients get closer to the provisioning spot. If there is a change of plans, the recipients are notified ahead of time so as to avoid last minute surprises or disappointments.

Abstract: Disclosed is an improved approach for implementing enterprise software systems that addresses the above-described problems with existing systems. The present approach provides an effective and efficient way for defining schemas for services, and to define how to map the schema to particular transactional contexts.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for generating a budget and scope associated therewith include a provider computing system including a network interface structured to facilitate data communication via a network and a processing circuit comprising a processor and memory. The processing circuit is structured to receive a scope and a budget. The processing circuit includes a management circuit structured to determine a scope merchant category for items offered for sale by a merchant that match the scope and wherein the management circuit is structured to interpret the budget to determine a maximum amount of funds for the purchase. The processing circuit receives a selected item. The management circuit determines a category in comparison to the scope and a cost item in comparison to the budget to determine if the cost of the item is less than the maximum amount of funds.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating transactions of virtual items between users of an online game are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive a sales request that indicates a selling user will be offering for sale a particular virtual item from a seller's inventory through an online sales platform; assign the ownership of the particular virtual item temporarily to a holding account; publish a sales listing of the particular virtual item on the online sales platform; receive sales information from the online sales platform indicating whether the particular virtual item has been purchased; assign the ownership of the particular virtual item to the buyer's account; and transfer at least a portion of a sales amount received from the buying user to the seller's account.

Abstract: Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer-readable storage mediums for determining tour locations are disclosed. Users are provided access to items of an online marketplace of a first user. Data is received from the first user that includes a request to determine a tour location of a tour. User accesses to the items of the online marketplace are monitored. Based at least on the monitored user accesses, values for candidate locations are determined. One of the candidate locations are selected based at least on the determined values of the candidate locations. The selected location of the candidate locations may be provided to the first user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide for a knowledge search engine platform to analyze a search query initiated by a user device to identify a natural language inquiry associated with questions about a particular business, (e.g., product brand data such as products, services, employees, events, etc.). This may include searching through large amounts of data for hidden patterns and relationships of events, and presenting this knowledge data in a readily understandable format for users. The knowledge data is then presented in a structured form that is easily digestible to allow users via the user device to find the information they are looking to retrieve. The knowledge data may also include competitor intelligence that allows users to identify competitors, by searching a local pack to return results of potential competitors. The local pack may be within proximity of an indication of location of where the user is searching using with user device.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for facilitating display of virtual content are presented. A session that displays two-dimensional (2D) content of one or more items available for sale is presented on a first device of a user. A second device of the user is detected, the second device being able to display three-dimensional (3D) content of the one or more items available for sale. 3D content of the one or more items available for sale is retrieved. Display of the 3D content on the second device is caused, the 3D content selectable by the user to perform interactions with the 3D content. An indication of the user performed interactions is received and processed. A result that depicts the user performed interactions as being processed is displayed on the first device of the user.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product for generating a custom object is provided. The present invention may include extracting a plurality of constituent components from a static list of previously determined objects associated with a place of purchase. The present invention may then include receiving, from a user, one or more custom objects based on the extracted plurality of constituent components from the place of purchase. The present invention may also include generating, dynamically, a price for each of the one or more selected custom objects based on the extracted plurality of constituent components. The present invention may further include presenting, to the user, the selected one or more custom objects.

Abstract: Customers are identified as they enter a store and linked to one or more items previously ordered on-line. A route through the store to retrieve the ordered items is generated and sent to the customer's mobile device for display. The customer's movements are tracked as he/she goes through the store to retrieve products, and the location of the customer determined whenever he/she selects a product from the shelves. Based on whether the locations of the customer when he/she selected the products matches the predefined locations of the items ordered on-line, the customer is directed to go to one of an audit station or checkout lane, or alternatively, to bypass both audit station and the checkout lane and exit the store. In the latter case, the customer's account is automatically charged for the total cost of the ordered items.
