Abstract: A method implemented via execution of computing instructions configured to run at one or more processors and stored at non-transitory computer-readable media. The method can include receiving a respective weighting vector for each of a plurality of users, applying categorization rules on the respective weighting vectors for the plurality of users to categorize the plurality of users into a plurality of subgroups, generating a profile weighting vector for a first subgroup of the plurality of subgroups, and selecting, for the first subgroup, one or more first items from among a plurality of items in a category of items based at least in part on: (a) profile weights of the profile weighting vector for the first subgroup, and (b) sentiment data for features of the plurality of items. The method additionally can include displaying the one or more first items for the first subgroup of the plurality of subgroups. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: A set of computing methods and systems are provided that allow geographically distributed stylists to review and recommend “looks” for geographically distributed users, and that allow for asynchronous access by both the stylist and the user. Using “looks” instead of individual products allows the system to build an understanding of what products complement each other when worn together. Analytical insights of trends, style recommendations, customer behavior, and other internal data can be made available to stylists in order to help stylists more efficiently provide recommendations to multiple customers. Further, embodiments of the present disclosure may allow recommendations to be based around a look, but do not require that recommended products be depicted in an image associated with the look. In this way, greater flexibility can be achieved than if only products depicted in the look image were recommended.

Abstract: Apparatus, article of manufacture and methods for recommending a jewelry item that comprise receiving, at a jewelry interface, user-input data regarding: a selection of at least one jewelry item. The at least one jewelry item comprises a plurality of characteristics. User-input data also includes an indication of a level of importance for at least one characteristic of a jewelry item. Each level of importance corresponds to a co-efficient. An ideal profile is computed based in part on the selection of the at least one jewelry item and the indication of the level of importance, an ideal profile. A matching algorithm is applied to a plurality of jewelry items stored in an inventory. Based on the matching algorithm, at least one recommended jewelry item is identified as most closely matching the ideal profile. An indication of the at least one recommended jewelry item is transmitted.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically displaying a digital representation of one or more recommended print products on a user interface of a computing device is provided. The method comprises providing a digital representation of each of a plurality of print products stored in a computer memory, wherein the plurality of print products are categorized into at least one of a plurality of print product groups that include a first print product group; identifying a geographic location or a time of year; selecting the first print product group using the processor of the computing device, wherein the first print product group is selected based on the identified geographic location or time of year; and displaying the digital representations corresponding to at least one of the plurality of print products included within the first print product group on the user interface. The anonymized data package is made accessible to vendor machines via the network. Transaction offers from the vendor machines are collected from the network. The transaction offers are supplied to the user device via the network. A selected transaction offer is received from the user device via the network. Network communication between the user device and a vendor machine associated with the selected transaction offer is coordinated.

Abstract: The disclosure describes a system and methods for implementing a recommendation engine. The recommendation engine can at least generate a segmentation identifying a customer group for a product, receive a customer review from a storage location, generate a customer review profile based on the customer review, match the customer review profile to the customer group based on comparing purchase factors, preference levels, or a combination thereof associated with the segmentation and purchase factors, preference levels, or a combination thereof associated with the customer review profile, and recommend the product, one or more features of the product, or a combination thereof to a further customer based on the matched customer review profile.

Abstract: Methods and Systems for displaying product recommendations at a virtual storefront by receiving product recommendations from a plurality of heterogeneous sources. The source servers send the product recommendations from their end that are then normalized and refined by a recommendation engine based on a plurality of factors ensuring that the products are presentable and sellable on the storefront. The recommendation collation is accomplished using a pipeline of stateless processors, thereby providing a highly scalable platform perfectly suited for cloud-based computational platforms.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a secure method of providing a delivery address during a tokenized payment transaction scheme. A consumer places an order with a merchant without providing a delivery address. A distributor that collects payments due to the merchant requests a payment identification code and a delivery address from a payment agent. The request includes payment information. The payment agent generates and stores a payment identification code along with the payment information, and sends the code to the consumer via the distributor. The consumer forwards the code to a financial institution for forwarding to the payment agent who returns the payment information along with a request for a delivery address. The consumer may respond by authorizing the payment and by providing a delivery address. The financial institution then arranges the payment to the merchant and sees that the merchant receives the delivery address.

Abstract: A platform for enabling omnidirectional movement of an exercising machine is disclosed. The platform may comprise a hemispherical inner body comprising a hollow cavity. The hollow cavity may be used for accommodating an exercising machine into the hollow cavity. The exercising machine may be one of a treadmill, treadclimber, and bicycle. The platform may further comprise an outer body. The outer body may be rotatably engaged with the hemispherical inner body. The rotatable engagement may allow an omnidirectional movement of the hemispherical inner body in a horizontal plane and an inclination and declination of the exercising machine. The platform further comprises a communication unit. The communication unit may be connected with the hemispherical inner body for receiving user's inputs for movement. At least one of the hemispherical inner body and the exercising machine may move based on the user's inputs for movement.

Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for conducting e-commerce. In one example, a method of conducting an e-commerce transaction includes a method of operating an online retail website. The method includes providing access to a computer interface for suppliers and presenting information to the suppliers through the computer interface regarding activity of the supplier's stock keeping unit (SKU). The suppliers are then enabled to directly modify at least one parameter associated with a presentation of the supplier's SKU on the retail website by way of the interface. The modification of the parameter may include, for example, modification of the presentation of the SKU including, for example, changing the title, adding video or photograph, or adding some other information. The modification of the parameter may also include, for example, modifying the price or entering into a bilateral agreement with the operator of the retail web site.

Abstract: A listing and locating application is shown and described. The listing and locating application will allow for products to be listed within a listing function. The application will be able to share lists among allowed users. The application will have a GPS system that will allow for the application to display localized maps. The localized maps will display the exact locations of products on the list. The products on the list will be correlated with coupons form the merchant shop. The application further will be enabled to display a direction to locate a specific area or the most direct route through a localized area.

Abstract: Systems and methods for organizing structured items in an e-commerce system are presented. In some aspects, the systems and methods may include a back-end structured item organizing system associated with a front-end category mapping system which is configured to process use case requests. In some aspects, a use case request may identify an item for classification by the back-end structured organizing system. In some aspects, the described systems and methods may select a listing bucket from a set of listing buckets of the back-end structured organizing system based on attribute values indicated in the use case request, and may cause a user interface of the front-end category mapping system to display one or more characteristics associated with items categorized within the selected listing bucket.

Abstract: The technology described herein is directed to object compatibility-based identification and replacement of objects in digital representations of real-world environments for contextualized content delivery. In some implementations, an object compatibility and retargeting service that selects and analyzes a viewpoint (received from a user's client device) to identify objects that are the least compatible with other surrounding real-world objects in terms of style compatibility with the surrounding real-world objects and color compatibility with the background is described. The object compatibility and retargeting service also generates recommendations for replacing the least compatible object with objects/products having more style/design compatibility with the surrounding real-world objects and color compatibility with the background.

The systems and methods facilitate continuous monitoring of user activity and community member activity in the topic-based virtual storefront based on which one or more weighted keywords are derived. A topic set containing various weighted keywords is iteratively configured for extracting and ordering one or more products that are extracted from a plurality of heterogeneous sources.
