Separating the information cards on the tape allows room for folding the tape. Ensuring that the holes cut in the tape do not overlap allows the distance between the information cards along the tape to be reduced and result in an efficient stacking of the blisters when the tape is folded.

When the enclosure is placed in a second orientation inclined towards the discharge aperture, the segregated scented granules slide between the portion control flange and the enclosure to exist the discharge aperture into the trash receptacle.

It is formed from a single sheet of metal and has a plug portion and a capseal portion which vary in thickness. The capseal portion is provided with ears and scoring to enable separation from the plug portion and with a lining on the inner wall of the capseal portion to safeguard against plug gasket failure. The capseal portion may be recessed at intervals to form dimples which hold the hybrid plug in place in an automated insertion process. The hybrid plug provides a passage for air and gases during paint curing and leak testing without necessitating removal.
