Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for cleaning the internal bore of the barrel of a firearm, is provided. More specifically, an apparatus, system and method is provided for efficiently and effective cleaning the bore of a firearm, wherein a cleaning cloth or patch is easily attached and removed from the body of the apparatus using a magnetic attachment. The cleaning cloth drapes over the body of the apparatus, which then fits tight, but moveable, within the bore for maximum contact with the interior surface. The result is an improved firearm cleaning apparatus that not only provides for more effective and less time consuming cleaning, but it also requires less cleaning cloths and solvent, which results in less waste and thus is more environmentally friendly.
Abstract: Fuel nozzle assemblies are flushed after ultrasonic cleaning. In one embodiment, a method includes: cleaning a fuel nozzle assembly by ultrasonic cleaning; and after the ultrasonic cleaning, flushing the fuel nozzle assembly using a solution, the fuel nozzle assembly comprising a valve located in an interior of the fuel nozzle assembly, the solution flowing through the interior of the fuel nozzle assembly, and the flowing of the solution controlled by the valve.
Abstract: An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and method, the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus (10) comprising a tank (12) for in use receiving a cleaning liquid and for receiving an item to be cleaned in a cleaning region (16) thereof, a transducer (21) arranged, when driven, to direct ultrasonic pressure waves into cleaning liquid received in the tank (12) and a controller (30) arranged in use to drive the transducer (21), a gas introducer (40) arranged to in use provide a supply of gas into cleaning liquid in the tank so that macroscopic bubbles of gas are produced wherein the gas introducer (40) provides a plurality of bubble sources distributed below the cleaning region of the tank. The apparatus further comprises an assembly arranged in use to enable movement of the item to be cleaned in the cleaning region.
Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a heater having an infrared lamp and a housing for heating an upper surface of a substrate held by a substrate holding mechanism with the heater in opposed relation to the upper surface. A heater cleaning method includes locating the heater at a position above a lower nozzle in opposed relation to a first spout of the lower nozzle, the lower nozzle being in opposed relation to a lower surface of the substrate held by the substrate holding mechanism, and a lower cleaning liquid spouting step of supplying a cleaning liquid to the lower nozzle to spout the cleaning liquid upward from the first spout with no substrate being held by the substrate holding mechanism to thereby supply the cleaning liquid to an outer surface of the housing of the heater located at the heater cleaning position.
Abstract: The invention relates to a cleaner for use in washing an internal surface of a container, the cleaner comprising an elongate boom having a head, the head having a multiplicity of nozzles in fluid communication with a pressure chamber, and at least a portion of each nozzle being angled with respect to the longitudinal axis of the head.
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a self-actuating debris removal or disruption device for use on a punch plate or other like water screening instrument.
Abstract: A warewasher includes a scrap reducing arrangement located within a wash zone for capturing scrap debris falling downward toward a tank. The scrap reducing arrangement is configured to automatically deliver captured scrap debris away from the tank when liquid spraying within the wash zone ceases.

Abstract: In an autonomously traveling floor washer, a position estimating unit estimates position data. When a manual operation teaching mode is being executed, a taught data obtaining unit obtains taught position data and a taught cleaning condition at a taught data obtaining time. A cleaning schedule generation unit generates a cleaning schedule. When an autonomous cleaning mode is executed, a cleaning reproduction unit calculates and outputs a reproduced travel control command and a reproduced cleaning condition in an elapsed time based on the cleaning schedule. An elapsed time determining unit determines the taught data obtaining time and the elapsed time.
Abstract: Methods for conditioning interior surfaces of a process chamber are provided herein. In one embodiment a method of conditioning interior surfaces of a process chamber is provided. The method comprises maintaining a process chamber at a first pressure and at a first temperature of less than about 800 degrees Celsius, providing a process gas to the process chamber at the first pressure and the first temperature, wherein the process gas comprises chlorine (Cl2) and high IR absorption gas, and exposing the process gas to radiant energy to remove residue disposed on interior surfaces of the process chamber.
Abstract: The present invention concerns a beverage preparation machine (1) for preparing a beverage from a food substance contained in a capsule (12) by injection of a fluid into said capsule (12), said machine comprising: —a capsule holder (8) for holding a capsule, said holder (8) having a cup-shaped body (27), a handle portion (28), and a dispensing opening (29) through the bottom portion (30) of said body (27); —a fluid conduction system comprising a fluid reservoir (2), a fluid pump, optionally a fluid heater, said reservoir, pump and heater being connected by fluid pipes; —a brewing head (3) having an aperture for receiving said capsule holder (8), and an injection support (17) connected to the fluid conduction system; —an injection plate (18) supported by said support (17), said injection plate (18) comprising an upper surface (23) with a fluid coupling (32) connected to the fluid conduction system through said support, said injection plate (18) further comprising a fluid conducting channel (24) connecting the
Abstract: A gas flow regulating device for cleaning a particulate filter is configured to be arranged in connection to the filter at a side thereof in a through-flow of a gas to be used for cleaning the filter. The device is a standalone unit configured to be removably installed in connection with a cleaning process, wherein the device includes a frame defining a gas flow passage and a gas flow regulating element arranged inside the frame, wherein the gas flow regulating element is provided with at least one opening for gas through-flow and a blocking part capable of blocking a portion of a gas through-flow area of the filter such as to force the gas to flow through the at least one opening, wherein the gas flow regulating element is movably arranged between at least two different positions, and wherein the at least one opening covers different portions of the gas through-flow area in the different positions.
