Abstract: Methods and systems for providing an end to end full stack customer portal are provided. A customer portal may be configured by a commerce platform based on configuration settings received from a merchant, the configuration settings indicating a set of functions to be provided by the customer portal. Upon receiving a request to generate a portal session, the commerce platform may generate the portal session and a portal session object, the portal session object comprising a uniform resource locator (URL) to provide access to the portal session. The portal session object may be transmitted to the merchant. In response to a portal access request made via the URL, the commerce platform may provide access to the customer portal via the portal session, to a customer who made the portal access request.

Abstract: A garment life cycle tracking system utilizes a Radio Frequency Identification, RFID, device to retrieve life cycle data about the garment. The RFID device may be scanned by an interactive device, such as a mobile phone, and the RFID identifier may be used to retrieve data from a database, such as through a website interface. A mobile phone or other computing device may have an application software that interfaces with the database or website. Life cycle data may include date of manufacture, former locations of purchase, date of purchase, cost of garment, date of return of garment, type of garment and the like. A customer may track a garment after returning a garment to see when and where the garment is subsequently purchased. This system may promote recycling of garments and reduce the environmental impact of garment production.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for dynamically generating user interface elements and associated values are presented. An item listing and profile data are accessed. A set of user interface elements are dynamically generated based on the item listing and the profile data, with each user interface element configured to perform an action on the item listing. A set of values are dynamically determined, with each value being associated with a user interface element of the set of user interface elements. The set of user interface elements are then caused to be presented within the item listing.

Abstract: A multi-platform e-commerce system with a virtual cart is disclosed. The system includes one or more processors and a memory device storing a set of instructions that when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to: create an internal virtual cart associated with the multi-platform e-commerce system; in response to the creation of the internal virtual cart, create an external virtual cart associated with one or more single e-commerce platforms; in response to every action taken in the internal virtual cart associated with the multi-platform e-commerce system, enable performance of an immediate corresponding action on the external virtual cart associated with the one or more single e-commerce platforms.

Abstract: A computer system and the computer-implemented method of generating and providing haircare product recommendations to a subject. The method comprises determining, by a computing device, an exposure amount of light impacting a subject's hair; determining, by the computing device, a damage assessment of the subject's hair based on the type of light and amount of light exposure; and providing, by the computing device, at least one haircare product recommendation to the subject, wherein the recommendation is directed to repair damage to the hair provided in the damage assessment.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically detecting attacks to advertisement systems. In some examples, a computing device trains a machine learning process based on a training dataset. The training dataset may be an identified portion of a website session dataset that includes a lower percentage of malicious data caused by attacks than other portions, or may include no malicious data. Once trained, the computing device generates features from a website session dataset for a customer, and applies the trained machine learning process to the generated features to detect malicious data within the website session dataset for the customer. Further, the computing device may filter the website session data to remove the detected malicious data, and may store the filtered website session data within a data repository. The computing device may provide the filtered website session data to a recommendation system to generate item recommendations for the customer.

Abstract: The application describes generation of a data structure that enables comparison of any diamond to any other diamond. The data structure is generated via a sampling process and a computer system for acquisition of diamonds of a valid statistical sample having a predefined sample size. The process comprises tabulating the frequencies that diamonds of various grade combinations are available in an overall population of diamonds, then using a bidding process described herein to acquire a valid statistical sample of diamonds. The data for the sample of diamonds are then inputted into a Linear Programming and Mixed-Integer optimizer configured to sort all diamonds of the sample into sets with a median that is a minimal distance from the median on a scarcity basis, subject to various constraints, such as the number of diamonds in each set and a minimum total carat weight.

Abstract: According to various example embodiments, a method of providing order-related information by an electronic device may include obtaining order information on or regarding a purchase item and customer information corresponding to the order information, transmitting the order information and the customer information to an external device, receiving, from the external device, sale-related information on or regarding a sales item that corresponds to the purchase item and is for sale by the customer, and providing at least some of the order information and the sale-related information on a first page.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a personalized fashion generation system that synthesizes user-customized images using deep learning techniques based on visually-aware user preferences. In particular, the personalized fashion generation system employs an image generative adversarial neural network and a personalized preference network to synthesize new fashion items that are individually customized for a user. Additionally, the personalized fashion generation system can modify existing fashion items to tailor the fashion items to a user's tastes and preferences.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, using a first GUI, information associated with multiple RFXs to be generated and provided to multiple suppliers. The method also includes identifying multiple bid groups associated with different groups of materials from at least one bill of materials to be potentially sourced from different groups of suppliers. Some information received using the first GUI varies for different bid groups. The method further includes identifying one or more acquisition scenarios based on the received information. The method also includes generating the RFXs based on the received information, the identified bid groups, and the identified acquisition scenario(s), where different RFXs are associated with different bid groups. The method further includes receiving, using a second GUI, an RFX response from each of at least some of the suppliers. In addition, the method includes presenting a third GUI that is based on at least one of the RFX responses.

Abstract: My website and application will aggregate the data from most of the stores in the area carrying the products, which are in actual scarcity or could become scarce. The consumer will indicate which product they need and indicate their address or give the website and/or application access to their current location, and the website and/or application will show the consumer the nearest store with the product they need currently in stock, and indicate whether it is limited in stock. It will also give information on the product (price, brand, size, other relevant details) and the store (such as address, hours, location).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for optimizing diversity and relevance for catalog items are disclosed. Respective target metrics are determined for a plurality of categories comprising a plurality of items in an electronic catalog. First and second categories comprise first and second subsets of the plurality of items, and the respective target metric for the first category is determined using aggregation of individual target metrics for the first subset. Respective similarity scores are determined between pairs of the categories. N item categories are selected from the plurality of categories based at least in part on the respective target metrics and based at least in part on the respective similarity scores. A third subset of the plurality of items is selected from across the N item categories, including the first and second categories. The selected items optimize both category diversity and item relevance.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing performance information related to a customer service representative. A processor aggregates statistical data related to customer service representatives performance. A menu is then caused to be generated and displayed indicating a plurality of menu items. Each of the plurality of menu items corresponds to one of a plurality of the work-related types of data. Additionally, displayed and processed are one or more work-related alerts in response to receiving the one or more work-related alerts.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for pre-coordinating delivery and service for item searching and filtering are described herein. Large or specialized products, such as household appliances, may require setup and installation services at the time of delivery, leading to additional complexity and coordination from multiple service providers. The present techniques and system configurations address these complexities by providing functionality in search and information user interfaces, which enable a user to search, filter, and identify the delivery and installation availability for a listing of products. The present techniques and system configurations may calculate and cache the availability dates for service fulfillment of respective products. The present techniques and system configurations enable a user to request and receive a listing of the earliest available products for delivery and installation based on the cached availability dates for service fulfillment of respective products.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for facilitating a sending of a gift from a first machine to a second machine may include a processor of a computer server reviewing a first list of one or more names of people maintained in a computer database. The processor may review context information related to the one or more names to determine if a moment exists for sending a gift from a first machine to a second machine. Content providers may also request one or more gifts to be identified when a second machine is proximate to a content provider who may fulfill a gift.

Abstract: An apparatus, computer program product, and method are provided for predictive recommendations of device rendered objects using one or more objective models. In the context of a method, the method generates, for each device rendered object of a plurality of device rendered objects, a multiple objective score. The method also determines a real-time adjustment factor based in part on a received objective adjustment signal and generates, for each device rendered object of the plurality of device rendered objects, an adjusted multiple objective score based on the real-time adjustment factor. The method also generate a ranked device rendered object set, selects a subset of the ranked rendered object set, and transmits the ranked device rendered object subset to a client device associated with the user object of the user object objective, the subset configured for rendering within the user, interface area of the client device.

Abstract: A system or method is provided that includes receiving a pet image. The pet image may depict a pet and may be received from a user device. The system or method may further analyze the pet image with a pet image recognition model to determine one or more pet characteristics of the pet. In certain embodiments, analyzing the pet image may further include identifying one or more image characteristics of the pet image. The system or method may further analyze the pet characteristics with a pet food recommendation model to generate a pet food recommendation for the pet.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for integrating a wallet client with federated directory services are disclosed herein. By integrating merchant services, such as directory services with a wallet service provider, wallet clients on mobile devices can have access to all merchant listings without having to manually add each directory service. The system disclosed herein integrates Chamber of Commerce directory service listings with the wallet client, such that when a request for a merchant directory service is received from a device associated with the wallet client, the request is forwarded to a federated directory service wallet system interface operated by a Chamber of Commerce site. Supply chain data that matches the request, and location information that is included in the request, is then fetched from the federated directory service wallet system interface and forwarded to the device that sent the request.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for generating a budget and scope associated therewith include a provider computing system including a network interface structured to facilitate data communication via a network and a processing circuit comprising a processor and memory. The processing circuit is structured to receive a scope and a budget. The processing circuit includes a management circuit structured to determine a scope merchant category for items offered for sale by a merchant that match the scope and wherein the management circuit is structured to interpret the budget to determine a maximum amount of funds for the purchase. The processing circuit receives a selected item. The management circuit determines a category in comparison to the scope and a cost item in comparison to the budget to determine if the cost of the item is less than the maximum amount of funds.
