Abstract: There is provided systems and method for a virtual display device for an interactive merchant sales environment. A device, such as a communication device, may allow a user to view virtual images of items in a user environment so that a user may view what their potential purchase may look like when placed into the user environment. The user environment may include a residential room, an office, a car interior, or other location where a user may place purchased items. The user may submit a request to view an item in the user environment to the device, which may communicate the request to a merchant or a service provider. The virtual image may correspond to digital image(s) of an item used to present a three dimensional virtual image of the item in the user environment. The device may receive the virtual image(s) and display them to the user.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for dynamically generating user interface elements and associated values are presented. An item listing and profile data are accessed. A set of user interface elements are dynamically generated based on the item listing and the profile data, with each user interface element configured to perform an action on the item listing. A set of values are dynamically determined, with each value being associated with a user interface element of the set of user interface elements. The set of user interface elements are then caused to be presented within the item listing.

Abstract: Methods and systems for recommending items to an unknown user of a website are disclosed. In one aspect, browsing activity of known users is analyzed to determine which items or categories of items are most popular in a given context (time, place, device, etc.). The known user browsing activity (clickstream data) is used to generate a multi-dimensional attribute matrix. Matrix factorization and clustering are used to generate affinity scores for items based on user context. These scores are used to generate item recommendations for an unknown user in a particular browsing context. In some embodiments, personalized item recommendations are updated based on interactions made between the unknown user and content of the website.

Abstract: Systems and methods for ordering a transportation vehicle using near-field communication (NFC) are disclosed. A method includes receiving, by a first client computing device, data from a first NFC target device responsive to a first NFC device associated with the first client computing device being in physical proximity of the first NFC target device. The method further includes generating, based on the data, an order request for a transportation vehicle. Responsive to the order request not being placed and the first NFC device of the first client computing device being within a predetermined physical proximity of a second NFC device of a second client computing device, the method further includes causing information associated with the order request to be transmitted from the first client computing device to the second client computing device.

Abstract: Order information for an order representing an electronic transaction in the distributed order system for a product or a service is received by one or more processors over a network. A unique order ID and order content based on the received order information are generated. An order vector for the order is created based on the order content. The order is added to an order cluster based on a similarity between the created order vector and a representative order vector corresponding to a representative order in the order cluster. The representative order vector corresponding to the representative order in the order cluster is analyzed to determine if the representative order is malicious. A determination is made as to whether the representative order is malicious. If the representative order is malicious, then malicious order processing is performed on the orders in the order cluster.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing performance information related to a customer service representative. A processor aggregates statistical data related to customer service representatives performance. A menu is then caused to be generated and displayed indicating a plurality of menu items. Each of the plurality of menu items corresponds to one of a plurality of the work-related types of data. Additionally, displayed and processed are one or more work-related alerts in response to receiving the one or more work-related alerts.

Abstract: Systems and methods including one or more processing modules and one or more non-transitory storage modules storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processing modules and perform acts of determining an accuracy score for existing product information using a first set of rules that compares the existing product information for the product with product information of other internal or external sources, determining if the accuracy score exceeds a predetermined accuracy threshold, automatically replacing incorrect product information in the existing product information with correct product information from the other sources if the accuracy score does not exceed the predetermined accuracy threshold, coordinating displaying of the existing product information with the correct product information replacing the incorrect product information on a webpage for the product on a website of the online retailer.

Abstract: An online system receives tracking requests from client devices interacting with a website. The online system analyzes user interactions with websites using the tracking requests. The online system identifies missing parameters in the tracking requests and predicts values of the missing parameters. The online system may also identify parameters that are populated incorrectly and predicts their correct values. The online system uses the predicted parameter values for generating reports describing user interactions with the website. The online system predicts the values of the missing parameters based on metadata extracted from previous tracking requests received from client devices and also via web crawling of websites. The online system generates accurate reports based on the predicted parameters values.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a personalized fashion generation system that synthesizes user-customized images using deep learning techniques based on visually-aware user preferences. In particular, the personalized fashion generation system employs an image generative adversarial neural network and a personalized preference network to synthesize new fashion items that are individually customized for a user. Additionally, the personalized fashion generation system can modify existing fashion items to tailor the fashion items to a user's tastes and preferences.
