  • Patent number: 11481854
Abstract: Global positioning system (GPS) receivers, along with a user device with a camera, can be used to determine an elevation of a point of interest on or within a structure. The user device and a first GPS receiver can be located somewhere outside the structure from which the structure is clearly visible. A second GPS receiver can be located on, within, or near the structure. The user device receives location data from both GPS receivers and calculates a distance between the two. The user device then takes a digital photograph in which structure is visible and notes the photo capture angle. The user device then calculates the elevation of the point of interest trigonometrically using the calculated GPS distance and the photo angle. The user device can then automatically insert this information into associated documentation and transmit the same.

  • Patent number: 11436677
Abstract: A financial instrument trading system is provided which allows for the establishment and trading of cryptographic difficulty-based financial instruments using physical delivery of the underlying cryptocurrency. The cryptographic difficulty-based financial instruments are based on an expected value including the predetermined reward per block of cryptocurrency, a predetermined hashrate, a predetermined financial instrument length, the predetermined nonce value of the underlying cryptocurrency, and the current difficulty level employed by the underlying cryptocurrency, and may vary as the difficulty level varies. The clearinghouse settlement system calculates daily variation margin in valuation of the financial instrument and provides for physical delivery of the underlying cryptocurrency to satisfy the variation margin.

  • Patent number: 11416928
Abstract: An exchange through which swap contracts may be traded. Embodiments may allow a trader to announce a potential crossing before the crossing is requested. The user may then request the crossing between two parties. An announcement window may be kept open through a chaining of announcements. An interloper with a same price but better time than a party to the cross may be kept out of interloping in the cross. A ticker symbol system may list a clearinghouse to be used to execute a requested cross.

  • Patent number: 11348110
Abstract: An artificial intelligence fraud management solution comprises an expert programmer development system to build trainable general payment fraud models that integrate several artificial intelligence classifiers like neural networks, case based reasoning, decision trees, genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic, and rules and constraints. These are further integrated by the expert programmers and development system with smart agents and associated real-time profiling, recursive profiles, and long-term profiles. The trainable general payment fraud models are trained with supervised and unsupervised data to produce an applied payment fraud model. This then is applied by a commercial client to process real-time transactions and authorization requests for fraud scores.

  • Patent number: 11321710
Abstract: This disclosure relates to blockchain smart contract-based data processing. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining, by a node in a blockchain network in which a service smart contract is deployed, a service initiation transaction. The service initiation transaction is broadcast to other nodes. While executing the service initiation transaction, the service smart contract is invoked using a blockchain virtual machine that includes a first instruction set comprising a data exchange instruction and processing logic corresponding to the data exchange instruction. The node triggers execution of the processing logic based on the data exchange instruction in the service smart contract using the blockchain virtual machine, thereby performing a data exchange processing operation on data to be processed. A second instruction set of a smart contract compiler includes the data exchange instruction. The service smart contract is compiled using the smart contract compiler and includes the data exchange instruction.

  • Patent number: 11288739
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to systems and methods for triangulation of options and futures. An exchange receives a volatility quoted order. The system attempts to match the order within a volatility order book. If there is a match, the system attempts to mitigate the risk of the order by implying an order into the futures market. If there is not a match, the system implies an order into a premium quoted option order book. The exchange automatically maintains the order based on changes in the underlying futures market and a stored quoting model.
