Abstract: A method includes generating, at a controller, a snapshot of content displayed at a user interface screen. The content associated with a domain for a particular service. The method also includes performing user interface element recognition on the snapshot to identify a user interface element in the content. The method further includes associating the user interface element with a user interface element intent and associating the user interface element intent with a particular phrase based on the domain. The method also includes generating an automated interactive support prompt based on the particular phrase to be output for user interaction. The user interaction is usable for performance of the particular service.

Abstract: Technologies are shown for shipping route selection involving receiving sender and recipient shipping information for an item to be shipped and obtaining shipping route options for the item based on the sender and recipient shipping information. The route options are provided for display and selection of an option. A routing data block is created for the item at an address on a blockchain that stores shipping information for each stage of the selected route. A shipping tag is encoded with the blockchain address and attached to the item. The tag can be scanned to obtain the blockchain address and request information for a next stage of the shipping route from the block. The next shipping information from the block is received and utilized to ship the item to a next geolocation. The next shipping information can be determined based on current conditions, such as weather, pricing and availability.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to systems, devices, and computer-implemented methods for tracking delivery items associated with a postal tracking product that includes a tracking bar code and a serial number. The tracking bar code can be attached to a delivery item and mailed. The delivery item can be processed by a delivery processing system, which can report information on the location of the delivery item using the tracking number, and an indication of the location can be provided to a user that enters the serial number into a tracking interface. They tracking interface may be for an application that extracts, from a serial barcode associated with the postal tracking product, the serial number and a website associated with the tracking interface, automatically navigates the user to the website, and automatically enters the serial number into the tracking interface.

Abstract: A delivery confirmation of a package at a delivery location may be determined based on a communication protocol between a user device and a package device associated with the package. A user can order an item and anticipate a delivery of the item to a delivery location associated with the user. A delivery device can determine that it has entered a geographic region associated with the delivery location. The delivery device and/or a user device associated with the delivery location can determine, using the communication protocol, that the delivery device is within a range of the user device. Then, the user device can receive a package device identifier associated with the package device, determine that the package device is within the range of the user device, and determine a delivery confirmation of the package.

Abstract: A system and method are provided that present users with a platform to complete and self-file customs entry forms for goods transported across an international border, wherein the system and method enable the user to resolve a flagged exception from a customs agency through an automated computerized response or by using customs-broker resources via the digital network. The system further enables a user to validate submitted and cleared custom entry forms by setting parameters to dictate a level of auditing conducted by customs-broker resources. As such, users can readily complete and file the necessary customs entry forms while maintaining customs-broker resources on the back-end for selective auditing and resolving issues with a customs agency, thereby lowering associated overhead costs through a reduced dependency on customs-broker resources.

Abstract: A system (200) for controlling road traffic comprises measurement station (210) for determining air pollution in an urban area comprising pollution zones (221-223) with predetermined geographical boundaries. A central system is configured to charge a pollution fee to a vehicle (10) moving in the pollution zone when the air pollution exceeds a threshold value. Different vehicles are charged different fees, e.g. based on their function and emission. A variable message sign (240) warns of the increased fees, so most private cars choose alternative routes (232, 233) around the pollution zone (222, 223), but allow motorists willing to pay a substantial pollution fee to use route (231). Heavy diesel vehicles may be exempt from pollution fees along a direct route (231) through the pollution zone to keep them away from small roads and residential areas. A method using mobile devices for registering passengers for a passenger discount is also described.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for improved warehouse operations are provided. A consolidation processor (manual or automatic) establishes a connection to a warehouse management system. The current collection location of the consolidation processor may maybe established either manually or by automatically transmitting their current physical location in a facility to the warehouse management system. The warehouse management system may then direct the consolidation processor to a consolidation location to package orders for shipment. This direction may be given based on one or more parameters.

Abstract: Methods and systems for updating a calendar entry for an accommodation listing are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method comprises generating an availability model and an acceptance model for an accommodation listing in an accommodation reservation system and determining based on those models the probability that the accommodation listing would be able to be booked. Furthermore, the result of an accommodation search query can be filtered and/or sorted using the determined probability of booking.

Abstract: A payment system can accept an electronic reservation for a merchant restaurant in response to a reservation request received from a user. The payment system can detect that the user is present at a location associated with the merchant restaurant based at least in part on an indication received from a mobile device associated with the user. The payment system can determine a completion of a service associated with the electronic reservation. The payment system can provide an electronic bill for the service to be displayed on the mobile device of the user. Based on receiving an authorization of the electronic bill from the mobile device of the user, the payment system can charge, through a card-less payment transaction, the user for at least an amount disclosed in the electronic bill.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory media are provided for dynamically predicting visibility of freights in a constrained environment. An example method can include determining attributes associated with a load transported by a carrier from a source to a destination, the attributes including an identity of the carrier, an identity of an industry associated with the load, an identity of a shipper of the load, load characteristics, and/or a pickup time of the load; based on the attributes, predicting a route the carrier will follow when transporting the load to the destination, at least a portion of the route being predicted without data indicating an actual presence of the carrier within the portion of the route, the data including location measurements from a device associated with the carrier and/or a location update from the carrier; and generating a tracking interface identifying the route the carrier is predicted to follow.

Abstract: Methods and systems for automatic package tracking and prioritized reordering include receiving, through a network interface, information relating to an order, a first package identifier associated with a first package, and event data associated with a plurality of package identifiers that include the first package identifier, the order comprising a first group of items, where the first package is configured to hold the first group of items and is to be delivered to a first recipient within a first predetermined period of time through one or more existing routes; parsing the event data based on the first package identifier; determining whether the first package exists based on the information; and transmitting a signal to a computer system to deliver the first package or to reorder the first package based on the determinations.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention would generate and provide an exemplary interactive graphic mapping of a projected carrier-specific, delivery-service-specific route, and associated projected delivery date, time and rate for a user-selected carrier and delivery service/method. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention would then track shipping/mailing progress and delivery status of the item according to carrier-provided shipping/mailing progress and delivery status “events,” such as, for example, carrier-provided item scanning events.

In one embodiment, a vehicle resource allocation system allocates vehicles to requested locations such that vehicles of a fleet become more readily available to a hot spot, without requiring vehicles to be directed specifically to the hot spot.
