The engaging tab with two opposite detents is detachably mounted on the bottom of the elongated housing that forms a gap and has a stationary end fastened on the bottom at the inside end and a free end abutting slidably on the bottom at the outside end of the elongated housing. The detents are adjacent to the inner end.
