  • Patent number: 11893025
Abstract: A source table organized into a set of batch units is accessed. The source table comprises a column of data corresponding to a semi-structured data type. One or more indexing transformations for an object in the column are generated. The generating of the one or more indexing transformation includes converting the object to one or more stored data types. A pruning index is generated for the source table based in part on the one or more indexing transformations. The pruning index comprises a set of filters that index distinct values in each column of the source table, and each filter corresponds to a batch unit in the set of batch units. The pruning index is stored in a database with an association with the source table.

  • Patent number: 11891974
Abstract: An apparatus that floats at the surface of a body of water over which waves pass, causing a nominally vertical axis of the apparatus to tilt away from an axis normal to the resting surface of the body of water. Tilting allows a fluid to flow through a channel that in an un-tilted apparatus would require the gravitational potential energy of the fluid to increase (i.e., to flow uphill), but, because of the tilt allows the fluid to flow through the channel in a downhill direction. Successive wave-driven tilts of the apparatus incrementally raise water to a head from which a portion of its gravitational potential energy can be converted to electrical power by causing the water to return to a lower level by flowing through a water turbine, or through some other apparatus that performs a useful function when supplied with a flow of high-pressure water.

  • Patent number: 11892553
Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for using angle error groups (AEGs) to improve angle of arrival (AoA) positioning may be provided. For example, for a specific received signal, one or more receiving antenna elements that can be considered to have almost the same incident angle within a certain margin may be defined as a group. The group of receive (Rx) antenna elements (or a group of Rx antennas) may be defined as an AEG. The configuration of an AEG for each TRP and the AEG may be used for AoA measurement and reporting. The gNB or transmit receive point (TRP) may perform AoA measurements and may determine an AoA for the AEGs.

  • Patent number: 11881827
Abstract: One illustrative high bandwidth transimpedance amplifier includes a distributed amplifier having multiple transistors that receive a propagating input signal at respective nodes of an input signal line and drive corresponding nodes of an amplified signal line that propagates an amplified signal to an output voltage buffer.
