Abstract: Map files associated with a terminal-based legacy application, such as a Customer Information Control System (CICS) application, are converted to views and models of a web-based application, such as an application implemented with a Java Platform Enterprise Edition (JEE) compliant server. A hybrid application server executes the legacy application in a first runtime, such as a CICS runtime, in response to a user request received through the web-based application executing in a second runtime, such as a JEE runtime. When a terminal command is identified in the executing legacy application, data associated with the terminal command is packetized and forwarded to the web-based application through an established socket without creating a data stream. The web-based application invokes the models associated with the terminal command and presents a web page responsive to the terminal command to the user.

Abstract: A mobile terminal is provided a mobile terminal and a control method thereof according to exemplary embodiments. The mobile terminal includes a main body that is configured to be wearable on a specific portion of a user's body, a sensing unit that is configured to sense whether or not the main body has been worn, and also sense a user gesture for deciding the worn position of the main body, and a controller that is configured to decide the worn position of the main body according to the sensed user gesture, and setting a user input for generating a first control command in a different manner based on the decided worn position. With the configuration, the main body may sense the worn position by itself so as to provide a user interface, which is more intuitive and convenient for the user, according to the sensed worn position.

Abstract: A system and method for moving displayed content between a first device and a second device includes a first display displaying video content having a first content identifier. A first device forms a transfer signal by a gesture or a user interface. The first device communicates a query command signal comprising the first content identifier to a separate web service. The first device receives an asset data signal comprising at least a second content identifier from the web service in response to the query command signal. The second content identifier relates to the first content identifier. One of the first device and the second device requests the video content based on the second identifier and a resume point. The resume point corresponds to a playback position of the video content being displayed at about a time of generating the transfer signal and a second display displays the video content.

The media is played back by the media player. The system provides a set of navigator controls with increasing granularities. The set of controls includes a set of navigation regulators. The navigation regulators support finer navigation of the playback of the digital media. Each control in the set is adapted to move the current playback position of the media to a position corresponding to an interactive visual time mark when the interactive visual time mark is operated on.

Abstract: The invention comprises a web-based digital menu board content creation and management system that permits rapid and simple production of customized electronic digital displays from a plurality of configurable, dynamic templates. Playback of the content is readily facilitated through a content player that enables dynamic content updating and tracking of content display periods for purposes of advertising data collection.

Abstract: An image display control apparatus enables determination as to whether or not an image file includes position information, and further, facilitates checking of positioning method of the position information. Accordingly, in the apparatus, positioning information in the image file is analyzed, and it is determined whether or not a positioning method indicating a positioning method for the position information is described. Certain systems and methods organize one or more communications in a tile layout so that reviewers can properly and timely label communications. A reviewer can hover over any of the communications to view more details regarding the communication and/or label the communication. For example, while the cursor is placed over the displayed communication, the reviewer can provide a command, such as a key command. Once the command is provided, the displayed communication is labeled with a label associated with the command.

The graphical user interface further allows the physician to quickly configure and calibrate a remote catheter guidance system prior to or during a procedure.

Abstract: Methods and devices for providing a user-interface are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed comprising receiving data corresponding to a first position of a wearable computing device and responsively causing the wearable computing device to provide a user-interface comprising a view region and a menu. The method further comprises receiving movement data corresponding to an upward movement of the wearable computing device to a second position above the first position and, based on the movement data, making a first determination that the upward movement has an upward angular velocity along an upward direction. The method further includes making a second determination that the upward angular velocity exceeds a threshold upward angular velocity and, responsive to the first and second determinations, causing the wearable computing device to move the menu such that the menu becomes more visible in the view region.

Abstract: A system is provided for presenting users with relevant personalized and/or customized information whenever a visitor visits a website or performs an internet search. The described system described herein advantageously provides for the saving (clipping) of website information as an integrated part of a visitor's browsing experience. The content of the website information that is clipped may be advantageously controlled by a website owner/publisher. Using website clips, identified as “notes,” previously stored by a visitor, currently displayed website content may be accordingly modified in connection with identified relevant notes and/or a notification may be displayed on the current website for a particular visitor identifying stored relevant notes of the visitor.
