Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting channel state information (CSI) on a terminal having a plurality of cells allocated in a wireless communication system. The method includes the steps of: setting a plurality of cells as a plurality of groups, at least one of the groups including a plurality of cells; determining a priority for each of the groups; and transmitting multiple pieces of CSI for a top priority group having a highest priority from among the groups on the basis of the priority, wherein, when the top priority group includes two or more cells, the CSI includes each piece of CSI on each of the two or more cells.

Abstract: A transceiver that implements a frequency domain cancellation of a transmit (Tx)-modulated spur associated with a transceiver is disclosed. Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for distribution of time synchronization information to ultra-wide-band (UWB) devices are disclosed. A system includes anchors and tags having synchronized timing systems. The system includes a site master configured for transmitting a first time-synchronization message to at least a first anchor. Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus for Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS) allocation and a method for CSI-RS transmission using the same in a wireless communication system. A CSI-RS for each antenna port is allocated to REs or subcarriers on a basis of a symbol or symbol axis in a subframe or Resource Block (RB), and is allocated in such a manner that a distance between neighboring CSI-RS allocation REs or subcarriers may be 3 REs or subcarriers. Accordingly, in the range of following CSI-RS transmission overhead, CSI-RSs are allocated to a time-frequency resource domain in such a manner so as to have perfect orthogonality or quasi-orthogonality according to cells or cell groups. Then, the CSI-RSs, which have been allocated to the time-frequency resource domain, are transmitted.
Abstract: End-to-end, in situ packet enrichment for network analytics includes receiving, at a network device is a part of an end-to-end path in a network, a template that specifies unique information elements to be added to a header of a packet traversing the network device when different combinations of network features are applied to the packet at the network device. When the network device applies one or more of the network features to the packet, the network device inserts one a particular information element of the unique information elements into the header of the packet based on the template and the one or more network features applied to the packet. The particular information element inserted into the header is resolvable to a list of the one or more network features applied to the packet at the network device.

Abstract: Methods and corresponding systems for determining a transmit power in a mobile device include receiving, in the mobile device, a cell-wide power control parameter related to a target receive power at a serving base station. Thereafter, a transmit power is calculated in response to the cell-wide power control parameter and an implicit mobile-specific power control parameter. The mobile device then transmits using the transmit power. The cell-wide power control parameter can be a cell target signal to interference-plus-noise ratio, or a fractional power control exponent. The implicit mobile-specific power control parameter can be a modulation and coding level previously used by the mobile device, or a downlink SINR level measured by the mobile device.
Abstract: A base station (2) is configured to schedule radio resources to device-to-device (D2D) transmissions (101A, 101B and 101C) performed by D2D communication pairs (3A, 3B and 3C) in accordance with an allocation rule that permits two D2D communication pairs (3A and 3C) that are not in proximity to each other to share an identical radio resource but prohibits two D2D communication pairs (3A and 3B) in proximity to each other from sharing an identical radio resource. Each D2D transmission (101) includes wirelessly transmitting from one radio terminal (1) directly to the other radio terminal (1) in each D2D communication pair (3) without passing through the base station (2). It is, thus, possible to enable efficient spatial reuse of radio resources in D2D transmissions performed by D2D communication pairs.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and apparatuses for limiting processing resources incurred due to refreshing a user interface. In various embodiments, an event is received, and it is determined whether a delay time period has elapsed. A length of the delay time period is based on a timing of receipt of one or more previous events. If the delay time period has not elapsed, refreshing of the user interface is postponed. When the delay time period elapses, the user interface is refreshed to display an indication of the event.

Abstract: A call set-up system sets up a call, which may be a voice call, between terminals through a plurality of packet switched networks using call agents. The networks are interconnected by network address translation (NAT) devices, and the messages to successive call agents include media addresses in the associated networks for the actual data packets of the call when it has been set up. The call set-up message includes the media address sent to at least some preceding call agents enabling NAT resources to be saved. The call agents can be incorporated into NAT devices, and the media addresses can be encrypted or in the form of a reference.

Abstract: Network nodes and methods therein are provided for cooperation between different wireless communications networks, such as between a 3GPP network and a WLAN. Information related to a buffer status of at least one wireless device is provided by a first network node operating in a first wireless communication network, to a second network node operating in a second wireless communication network. The information may be an indication of a buffer status of a UE which the first network node considers steering to the second wireless network. The second network node may reply with an estimate of a possible throughput for the UE, where the estimate is based on the information related to a buffer status.
