Abstract: A system and method for the capture, storage and usage of specific insurance underwriting and/or loss validation data includes a handheld mobile computer device containing one or more master forms in which insurance data is entered into the handheld device, normally at the location of the insured home along with an electronic signature of the insured and a geocode and time/date stamp. The data is uploaded to a secure, structured database. Insurance data can also be entered, in a secure manner, via a customer portal by the insured or from third party data sources. The system includes software with the ability to pre-populate standardized underwriting forms based on the collected data. The system also manages electronic insurance quotes and bind orders as well.

Abstract: In some embodiments, the instant invention provides for specifically programming a computer machine to perform at lease: receiving, from a trader, a passive indication of interest (IOI) for a financial instrument, where the passive IOI is a bid or an offer and a resting liquidity; classifying the trader as at least: a trading type that is subject to a decline ratio calculation for crossing the passive IOIs, where the decline ratio calculation identifies how many eligible aggressive IOIs have been previously declined by the trader out of a total number of all eligible aggressive IOIs that were offered to such trader; receiving, from another trader, another TOT that is an aggressive IOI where the aggressive IOI is available to be immediately crossed at the price; and determining, in real-time, an allocation of the aggressive IOI to the trader submitted the passive TOT based on the decline ratio of the trader.

Abstract: A zero-step authentication system and method which uses biometric data to automatically make payments in a secure manner without requiring the customer to handle his or her mobile device. The system and method use a biometrics verification server and a payment facilitation device at the business location which automatically detects and recognizes registered mobile devices, displays a photo of the customer to a business employee for identity confirmation, and automatically deducts payments for purchases from a pre-authorized customer account. The customer account is managed by a payment processing server, which stores the customer account data, makes appropriate deductions, sends confirmation of deductions to the customer's mobile device, and automatically refills the customer's account by making pre-authorized charges to the customer's banking institution.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to internalize trade orders are described herein. An example method includes obtaining, via an internalization manager, a trade order communicated to an exchange. The trade order corresponds to a tradeable object offered at the exchange. The example method includes comparing, via the internalization manager, the trade order to one or more trade orders in an internalization order record to determine whether a matching contra-side trade order is included in the one or more trade orders in the internalization order record.

Abstract: Systems and methods for blending a plurality of swaps may include determining a fixed rate for use in blending a plurality of swaps, each of the plurality of swaps having matching economics and a different associated fixed rate. A computing device may determine a first remnant swap and a second remnant swap to blend the plurality of swaps using the determined fixed rates. This may reduce the gross notional and/or the total clearing line items associated with the original swaps. In some cases, the computing device may determine one single swap for blending the plurality of swaps.

Abstract: Techniques for performing activity-based collateral modeling (ABCM) analysis are disclosed, including: obtaining portfolio data; obtaining multiple ranked criteria for cross-asset utilization; performing an ABCM analysis on the portfolio data according to the ranked criteria for cross-asset utilization, to obtain a set of one or more recommended transactions; receiving user input indicating a decision to execute a transaction in the set of one or more recommended transactions; and responsive to the user input, updating the ABCM analysis to reflect the decision to execute the transaction.

Abstract: Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer program products to facilitate contextual comparison of semantics in conditions of different policies are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a processor that executes computer executable components stored in memory. The computer executable components can comprise a comparison component that contextually compares semantics of conditions in policy data of different policies based on a feature of at least one entity. The computer executable components further comprise a contextualization component that employs a model to provide a contextual explanation of how a first condition in first policy data of a first policy is semantically different from a second condition in second policy data of a second policy based on the feature of the at least one entity.

Abstract: A computerized and quantitative investor profiling and behavioral risk management system that includes risk and behavioral assessment questionnaires and tools, and behavioral analytics including the Behavioral Risk Index, a single number to indicate the investor's tendency for irrational investment behavior during market turmoil. It also includes a tool to help protect senior citizen clients, and an automated Investment Policy Statement generator that is modularly defined and can dynamically generate standard and custom charts.

Abstract: A system and method for third-party food and dining ordering control using digital receipts, comprising at least one device capable of accessing the internet which may be a mobile device or personal computing device such as a laptop or desktop, a web application, and a point-of-sale system at a restaurant or retailer, wherein users of the web application may deposit funds into an account and set regulations on what they may purchase with the deposited funds, or have an administrator set up an account for them, allowing the administrator to regulate what the sub-user may purchase, in keeping with budget, diet, and lifestyle restrictions, which may utilize zero-step authentication to allow for seamless use of the service at certain establishments, and which may implement the generation and transmission of interactive digital receipts which can provide registered users with greater control over subordinate user accounts.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide real-time pre-trade risk assessments for multiple parties. In one embodiment, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD) may be embedded within an Automated Trading Systems (ATS) architecture by utilizing the Intel socket G or the PCIe interface to provide pre-trade risk functionality. The system may also provide a method for interacting with the ATS DRAM or L1 cache to provide faster access to orders in ATS memory for PLDs. The system may use the Quick Path Interconnect between an embedded processor and a PLD to transfer memory maps. The system may also add additional libraries to an ATS processor to accelerate the transfer or memory maps to a PLD. The system also may use system interrupts to cancel erroneous orders within an ATS processor from a PLD housed within the same physical architecture.

Abstract: Systems and methods for bundling various functionalities and features into a mobile wallet are provided. A method includes: receiving an indication from a user to install a mobile wallet client application on a user device; receiving registration information to install the mobile wallet client application including information regarding a first transaction card associated with the user; determining that the first transaction card is not associated with a token while a second transaction card is associated with a token; registering the user for the mobile wallet client application, the mobile wallet client application configured to present the user with a mobile wallet interface, wherein the mobile wallet interface includes a first graphical depiction of the first transaction card; and updating the first graphical depiction of the mobile wallet interface to remove a depiction of a transaction feature for the first transaction card based on the transaction feature not being utilized.

Abstract: Improved methods and systems are disclosed for processing data records. A method includes receiving data records from a plurality of sources for a plurality of submitters and adjusting the data records by adding fields to the records. The added fields may provide normalized data. The method may also include parsing the added fields to identify a data window within the data records with at least a threshold of data for a subset of the plurality of submitters, determining data statistics of the data for each submitter for the determined data window, and appending flags to the records according to the data statistics.

Abstract: A digital downloading jukebox system including a mechanism for delivering custom services to a recognized user is provided. For example, information specific to a recognized user may be stored and optionally may include a recognized user avatar representative of the recognized user. The user avatar may be an image, video, and/or animation, which may be displayed on and/or played through the jukebox. The user avatar may be associated with transactions associated with the user. For example, an avatar may be displayed when a playlist of the recognized user is played, when a message is sent, etc. In other examples, the avatar may introduce instances of media by playing an audio and/or video message, and the avatar may sing, dance, etc. while an instance of media is playing.

Abstract: A method includes receiving request to register for a mobile wallet from a user mobile device; determining that a user associated with the user mobile device has an account at a financial institution; identifying a subset of services from a plurality services commonly used by the group of mobile wallet users; generating user interface parameter instructions that cause presentation of mobile wallet interfaces specific to the identified subset of services; displaying a mobile wallet interface having a graphical depiction of at least one service from the identified subset of services; receiving an activity dataset for a mobile wallet session of the user; determining that the user has not interacted with the graphical depiction of the at least one service from the identified subset of services during the mobile wallet session of the user; and, updating the mobile wallet interface to remove the graphical depiction of the at least one service.

Abstract: A financial management network is disclosed for optimizing interest return and/or deposit insurance coverage among a plurality of online accounts that may include one or more savings accounts and a checking account, by automatically allocating and transferring funds among the accounts without intervention of the account holder, in accordance with constraints that may be set by the financial management network, account holder, the account holder's financial advisor, and/or imposed by the associate financial institutions holding the accounts.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for configuring and transferring multiple data files including image data files using a mobile device. A mobile device may acquire multiple data files including image files from disparate sources and transmit them to an enhanced image processing server. The enhanced image processing server may analyze the received image files using various techniques. To aid in analysis, the server may also interface with various internal and external databases storing reference images or other reference data of previously analyzed similar data. Further still, the enhanced image processing server may transmit a result of the analysis back to a mobile device.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for an automated system for analyzing damage and processing claims associated with an insured item, such as a vehicle. An enhanced claims processing server may analyze damage associated with the insured item using photos/video transmitted to the server from a user device (e.g., a mobile device). The mobile device may receive feedback from the server regarding the acceptability of submitted photos/video, and if the server determines that any of the submitted photos/video is unacceptable, the mobile device may capture additional photos/video until all of the data are deemed acceptable. To aid in damage analysis, the server may also interface with various internal and external databases storing reference images of undamaged items and cost estimate information for repairing previously analyzed damages to similar items. Further still, the server may generate a payment for compensating a claimant for repair of the insured item.

Abstract: A gateway is provided for controlling transfer of electronic messages between a financial institution and a transaction processing system comprising a plurality of switches. The gateway includes communication circuitry operable to receive an electronic message issued by the financial institution and processing circuitry operable to determine whether the electronic message includes enough information for a switch of the transaction processing system to process the electronic message. In response to the electronic message including enough information, the communication circuitry is further operable to transmit the electronic message over a data communications network for storage in a message queue unit associated with the transaction processing system for subsequent processing by the switch. In response to the electronic message not including enough information, the communication circuitry is operable to return the electronic message to the financial institution.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for providing personalized financing information and, more particularly, systems and methods for providing personalized financing information via a dealership website using an API associated with a financial service provider. In one embodiment, a system includes memory hardware storing instructions that configure processing hardware to receive a loan request for a buyer via a real-time API that includes at least buyer identification and financial information and information associated at least one inventory item presented on a dealership website. The system may also determine financing information comprising prospective financing terms for the at least one item based on at least the loan request. The server may also provide, to the dealership server via the real-time API, the determined financing information for presentation on the dealership website, including prospective financing terms information corresponding to each of the at least one item.

Abstract: A transaction card receives a first input containing a first touch sequence from a first user and including first touch gestures, determines that the first touch sequence corresponds to a first reference touch sequence associated with the first user, and initiates a first operating mode, associated with the first touch sequence, that is associated with the first user and causes the transaction card to perform a first function. The transaction card receives a second input containing a second touch sequence that is different from the first touch sequence, from a second user and including second touch gestures, and initiates, based on determining that the second touch sequence corresponds to a second reference touch sequence, a second operating mode, associated with the second touch sequence, that is associated with the second user and causes the transaction card to perform a second function that is different from the first function.
