Abstract: Various embodiments provide systems, methods, and computer program products for dynamically monitoring transport of a plurality of packages potentially containing regulated goods so as to ensure compliance with one or more regulations within a plurality of jurisdictions. The embodiments utilize one or more computer processors or one or more executable portions to: receive transport data associated with the transport of at least one of the plurality of packages and regulatory data associated with the at least one jurisdiction in which transport occurs; determine whether the one of the plurality of packages contains at least one regulated good; if the presence of at least one regulated good is determined, validate consignor data and the transport data; whereby in response to an unsuccessful validation, at least one report is generated to prevent or otherwise mitigate transport of the one of the plurality of packages in the at least one identified jurisdiction.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a user interface which enables a trader to define a bilaterally negotiated strategy, including the agreed upon total price, and the component transactions, and automatically, e.g. with a single action, calculate at least one set of prices for all of the component transactions which mathematically net out to the agreed upon total price, conforms to fair and reasonable live market prices, and adheres to venue pricing rules, such as tick increment/size.

Abstract: A payment system for a transaction between a user and a merchant includes establishing user account and merchant accounts with an mCreds processing agent, loading consumer credit into a consumer account of a user computing device associated with a permanent identifier, identifying a desired transaction by the user on a computer server; accessing a merchant account, authenticating the user by comparing a provided user credential provided by the user with the user credential present in the database, authenticating the user computing device by comparing a provided user device identifier with the permanent user device identifier present in the database, and processing a debit to the user mCreds account and a credit to the merchant mobile credit account.

Abstract: A query request is forwarded to a plurality of service provider servers by a proxy server that determines a serial number based on the query request. An encrypted query result corresponding to the query request is received from each service provider server, and a copy of the encrypted query result is stored as a result to be audited in a blockchain that associated with each service provider server. An audit request is sent to at least one service provider server. The result to be audited is obtained from the blockchain corresponding to the service provider server. As a standard result, an encrypted query result is received from the service provider server. As an audit, the standard result received from the service provider server is compared with the result to be audited that obtained from the blockchain that associated with the service provider server.

Abstract: A user may establish a relationship with a merchant so that the user can conduct repeated transactions with the merchant. The merchant computer associated with the merchant may store credentials associated with the user's account. The repeated transactions may not occur at regular intervals. The merchant may include an indicator in the authorization request messages for the user's transactions that indicates that the user is part of the established relationship. Hence, other entities that receive the indicator can accordingly identify and process the transaction as low risk, which results in higher approvals of the user's transactions conducted with the merchant.

The claim vector is added to a group of claim vectors that all correspond to a same entity. Each group of claim vectors is aggregated to generate an entity vector corresponding to the entity. Abstract: Techniques are described that facilitate determining potential cancer gene therapy targets by joint modeling of cancer survival events. In one embodiment, a computer-implemented comprises employing, by a device operatively coupled to a processor, a multi-task learning model to determine active genetic factors respectively associated with different types of cancer based on cancer survival data and patient genomic data for groups of patients that respectively survived the different types of cancer. The computer-implemented method further comprises, determining, by the device, common active genetic factors of the active genetic factors that are shared between two or more types of cancer of the different types of cancer.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosures provide for configuring and transferring multiple data files including image data files using a mobile computing device. A mobile computing device may acquire multiple data files including image files from disparate sources and transmit them to an enhanced image processing server. The enhanced image processing server may analyze the received image files using various techniques. To aid in analysis, the server may also interface with various internal and external databases storing reference images or other reference data of previously analyzed similar data. Further still, the enhanced image processing server may transmit a result of the analysis back to a mobile computing device. The mobile computing device itself may also analyze the image files.

Abstract: Systems and methods for blending a plurality of swaps may include determining a fixed rate for use in blending a plurality of swaps, each of the plurality of swaps having matching economics and a different associated fixed rate. A computing device may determine a first remnant swap and a second remnant swap to blend the plurality of swaps using the determined fixed rates. This may reduce the gross notional and/or the total clearing line items associated with the original swaps. In some cases, the computing device may determine one single swap for blending the plurality of swaps.

Abstract: In some embodiments, the instant invention provides for specifically programming a computer machine to perform at lease: receiving, from a trader, a passive indication of interest (IOI) for a financial instrument, where the passive IOI is a bid or an offer and a resting liquidity; classifying the trader as at least: a trading type that is subject to a decline ratio calculation for crossing the passive IOIs, where the decline ratio calculation identifies how many eligible aggressive IOIs have been previously declined by the trader out of a total number of all eligible aggressive IOIs that were offered to such trader; receiving, from another trader, another IOI that is an aggressive IOI, where the aggressive IOI is available to be immediately crossed at the price; and determining, in real-time, an allocation of the aggressive IOI to the trader submitted the passive IOI based on the decline ratio of the trader.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide real-time pre-trade risk assessments for multiple parties. In one embodiment, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD) may be embedded within an Automated Trading Systems (ATS) architecture by utilizing the Intel socket G or the PCIe interface to provide pre-trade risk functionality. The system may also provide a method for interacting with the ATS DRAM or L1 cache to provide faster access to orders in ATS memory for PLDs. The system may use the Quick Path Interconnect between an embedded processor and a PLD to transfer memory maps. The system may also add additional libraries to an ATS processor to accelerate the transfer or memory maps to a PLD. The system also may use system interrupts to cancel erroneous orders within an ATS processor from a PLD housed within the same physical architecture.
