The second client obtains the value transfer code transmitted from the first client through the near field communication channel, verifies the value transfer code, and in response to the value transfer code passing the verification, transmits the value transfer code to the server and the server carries out the value transfer according to the value transfer code.

Abstract: A method begins by a computing device determining desired financial attributes of a legacy financial system, where the legacy financial system is supported by a legacy asset base, where the legacy asset base includes a plurality of legacy assets associated with a plurality of legacy asset types. The method continues with the computing device selecting, in accordance with the desired financial attributes, a subset of augmenting assets from a plurality of available augmenting assets to produce an augmenting asset bundle, where each available augmenting asset is associated with a future time-estimated benefit payment and a series of time-certain obligated payments. Information regarding other image objects or the associated image may be used to determine information regarding the object, which may be associated with the image object. In some embodiments, associating two or more image objects may associate the underlying objects for purposes of insurance policies or may generate a new insurance policy based on the image objects.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically discounting trade debt through the use of a forward auction is provided. In one example, a system that allows a seller to auction inventory to a plurality of bidders. According to this embodiment, the system may determine eligibility for acceptance of bids submitted by the bidders and a plurality of bids may be determined to be eligible for acceptance. Further, a margin by which the bids are acceptable may be determined and a representation of the margin may be communicated. In another example, a method is provided for discounting debt using an auction system. According to this embodiment, a seller may configure an auction event with auction parameters, such as hurdle rates, that will best serve the goals of the auction. The seller may alter event parameters while the event is ongoing, thus further enhancing the ability of the seller to meet auction objectives.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for configuring and transferring multiple data files including image data files using a mobile computing device. A mobile computing device may acquire multiple data files including image files from disparate sources and transmit them to an enhanced image processing server. The enhanced image processing server may analyze the received image files using various techniques. To aid in analysis, the server may also interface with various internal and external databases storing reference images or other reference data of previously analyzed similar data. Further still, the enhanced image processing server may transmit a result of the analysis back to a mobile computing device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for process control during a transfer of an entity from a transferor system to a transferee system. The method comprises, in a pre-transition state, storing data of a user in the memory comprising combined non-divested data that remain with the transferor, and to-be divested data that are a part of the entity and remain with the entity during and after the transfer. In a transitional state, the method provides full access to the user data by the transferor, provides additional limited access to the to-be divested data by the transferee, receives required new access credentials permitting the user to access the to be divested data, and partially restricts access to the to-be divested data. In a final state, the method divests the to-be divested data, making it divested data, and removes access to the divested data by the transferor.

Abstract: A zero-step authentication system and method which uses wireless mobile devices to automatically make payments in a secure manner without requiring the customer to handle his or her mobile device. The system and method uses a payment facilitation device at the business location which automatically detects and recognizes registered mobile devices, displays a photo of the customer to a business employee for identity confirmation, and automatically deducts payments for purchases from a pre-authorized customer account. The customer account is managed by a payment processing server, which stores the customer account data, makes appropriate deductions, sends confirmation of deductions to the customer's mobile device, and automatically refills the customer's account by making pre-authorized charges to the customer's banking institution.

The first and second transaction identifier are compared. The sender location and recipient location are compared based on a defined range. Based on the first and second transaction identifiers matching and the recipient location being within the defined range of the sender location, the claim request is verified, providing confirmation that the recipient is an intended recipient.
