  • Patent number: 11628253
Abstract: Systems, and methods relate to a medical device receiving a treatment parameter operating point within a first operating region defined by a first set of operating points for which automatic incremental adjustment of a parameter in the current operation is permitted. In an illustrative example, incremental adjustment may use artificial intelligence based on patient feedback and sensor measurement of outcomes. Some exemplary devices may receive a request to alter the current treatment parameter operating point to a second treatment parameter operating point outside the first operating region and in a second operating region in a known safe operation zone, bounded by a known unsafe zone unavailable to the user. In the second operating region, some examples may restrict the step size of incremental adjustments requested by the user. Data may be collected for cloud-based analysis, for example, to facilitate discovery of more effective treatment protocols.

  • Patent number: 11621064
Abstract: A bi-directional interface system that facilitates exchange of personal health information (“PHI”) between a mobile device and an electronic health record (“EHR”) system and/or other ancillary systems without storing information on the mobile device. The system may display data that exists in the EHR and/or other ancillary systems valuably viewed at a glance (e.g., vital signs, weight, last void data), as well as facilitate data entry that would feed into the EHR (e.g., vital signs and intake and output). The system may customize at a unit level and/or professional role the information available to health care professionals at the critical time of handoffs and reduce the health care professional's individual need to rely on memory or handwritten notes, further reducing missed information or erroneous information opportunities. The system may provide a mobile application to view and enter patient data to reduce potentially delayed information and treatments of care.

  • Patent number: 11574718
Abstract: A method and system are disclosed for performing supervised outcome-driven persona-typing, including receiving a first data set having patient specific data, treatment data, and outcome data for each of a plurality of first patients. Once received, the plurality of first patients are grouped based on the first data set, and a persona for each of patient groups is generated. A second data set may then be received for a second patient including second patient specific data. A comparison is then carried out on the second data set to identify an existing persona, and then associate the second patient with the identified persona. Based on each of the above steps, a patient care plan is then created.

  • Patent number: 11557073
Abstract: Medical diagnostic images that are embedded with contact messages about a professional are sent to a patient for sharing with others. Although the images may be obtained using any of a variety of imaging devices, in some instances, the images may be obtained using a soft-tissue-injury diagnostic system for diagnosing soft tissue injury within a patient. A visual display is configured and arranged for receiving and displaying the medical diagnostic image. Personalized contact messages are then embedded within the image as a watermark to with information about the professional, such as an electronic business card, contact information, or hyperlinks to additional information. The sharable image with embedded messages is electronically sent to the patient for sharing with others. Personalized contact messages may also be embedded in non-medical images for sharing with others.

  • Patent number: 11556893
Abstract: A system and method provide dosage information from past trials of potential subjects to clinics performing drug research so the clinics can determine if the potential subjects qualify (i.e. have waited sufficient time) to qualify for second trial. The system provides a clearinghouse that does not divulge the prior trials proprietary information to the requestor. Likewise, the system does not divulge to prior trial holders who is requesting subject information for subsequent trials. Biographical information including biometric identification can be used to identify subjects in the database. A further method allows a subject to confirm the data in the database.

  • Patent number: 11551308
Abstract: Methods, non-transitory machine readable media, and network stack analysis devices that generate optimized preferred provider organization (PPO) network stacks are disclosed. With this technology, electronic transactions are applied to each of a first plurality of network stacks to determine a cost reduction value for each of the first network stacks. Each of the first network stacks includes an ordered subset of networks. The first network stacks are resampled based on the determined cost reduction values. A determination is made when one or more convergence criteria are met by the resampled first network stacks. When the determination indicates that the convergence criteria are not met by the resampled first network stacks, one or more of the first network stacks are modified based on genetic crossover or mutation operation(s) to generate a second plurality of network stacks. The application, resampling, and determination are then repeated for the second network stacks.
