  • Patent number: 11118836
Abstract: A reusable drywall air injector is fashioned from durable, rigid material. A pointed tip for piercing drywall extends from a hollow cylinder around which is disposed a helical blade. A hollow hex section is connected between the hollow cylinder and a hollow nipple, the interiors of the cylinder, the hex section and the nipple interconnecting to form a path for compressed air. Embodiments of the injector further fashion the interior of the hollow cylinder with notches adapted to receive a driver head. The injector is inserted into drywall by driving the injector by means of a motorized drill or screwdriver engaging the injector either by deep well socket around the hex section or, in embodiments, by appropriate driver head engaging the cooperating notches in the hollow cylinder. After use, the injector may be removed from drywall for reuse by the same means operated in reverse.

  • Patent number: 11117157
Abstract: A nebulizer includes an aerosolizer, a controller, a power converter, a power source and a voltage detector. When the aerosolizer is requested to eject aerosolized liquid at a standard spraying speed, the controller sets a parameter value of a conversion parameter based on a stored standard value, transmits the parameter value to the power converter, and controls the power source to supply electric power. The power converter converts the electric power based on the parameter value to power the aerosolizer. Based on a stored expected value and a detected value generated by the voltage detector in response to operation of the aerosolizer, the controller controls the power source to adjust the voltage of the electric power supplied thereby.

  • Patent number: 11072204
Abstract: An integrated abrasive dispensing material system for a wheeled vehicle is provided. The system having a hopper for dispensing the abrasive material into a dispenser, and then out dispensing pipe at the bottom of the dispenser. The dispenser has a rotating brush roll actuated via a motor, the rotating brush roll having a plurality of bristled flaps extending radially from a cylinder positioned inside the hollow dispenser. The flaps ensure a constant and calculated flow of abrasive material. The flap also make contact with the interior perimeter of the dispenser keeping the abrasive material inside the dispenser in an environment that prevents moisture and cold air flow from entering the dispenser which could cause the abrasive material to form blocks that could jam the system.

  • Patent number: 11039700
Abstract: A hand-actuated container used for mixing liquids contains a compression platform with release holes and walls with convolution areas. The convolution areas are convoluted when the container is in a state of compression. These features form a compressible cavity body that, when filled with liquid and compressed, push liquid at high pressure through a nozzle into a liquid reservoir. Vacuum backflow occurs through the release holes and the nozzle as the compressible cavity body returns to its original shape. In some embodiments, a double level platform allows a user to dial in the amount of backflow through the release holes.

  • Patent number: 11027295
Abstract: A spray applicator assembly discharges distributable product from a cartridge using low air pressure. The cartridge is held captive between a piston advancing from the rear to expel contents and a nozzle snugly attached at the front to receive expelled contents and to convert the contents into droplets by subjecting the contents to an array of focused high velocity air streams. The nozzle has an open barrel design and is able to discharge a variety of liquid or viscous distributable product without readjustment, other than resetting a proportioning valve in the low pressure air feed line. An air chamber immediately in front of the cartridge nose provides constant backpressure, which dominates to cleanly stop flow of distributable product into the nozzle whenever the piston stops advancing. When the piston resumes advancement, the flow restarts cleanly. Clean stopping and starting saves distributable product from waste.

  • Patent number: 11022291
Abstract: The utility model embodies a greenhouse hydro-cooled grow light LED system that administers a mist or vapor. This system operates in a range of temperatures, which are determined by the liquid temperature running through the channeled copper heatsink. The manipulation of the liquid's temperature produces the desired humidity. A brass high pressure liquid barbed valve fitting is secured on either side of the light housing, which is also connected to a humidity sensor electrical outlet. Low humidity closes the liquid valve. This allows a liquid pressure increase in all liquid lines, until the liquid release pressure of 60 psi is reached. The mist/vapor component is realized through the placement of high pressure mist nozzles. At release pressure, an atomized mist with droplets under 60 microns is outflowed.
