Abstract: A water or gas system for a home or commercial building receives water and gas at higher pressures than they can handle in the building or home. The automated regulation device monitors the regulator 24 hours a day, seven days a week so the second there is a failure with pressure, flow, temperature, seismic it recognizes it, notifies you via email, text, etc . . . shuts the system down at same time. There are gas and water sensors for leaks also there is a seismic sensor in the unit for earthquakes, and a pressure sensing switch with digital readout. The unit is capable of running by itself, on solar panel and a battery or being wired in to the system dependent upon application. The unit is also controlled by user via telephone or other remote devices.
Abstract: A bolster system and method of balancing a locomotive on a bolster system is provided. The bolster system is configured such that weld seams interconnect the locomotive to the bolster, and the weld seams are oriented such that when the truck or locomotive impacts another device on the rail track, the weld seams experience a shearing force along the lengths of the weld seams. In addition, prior to welding, scales such as hydraulic jacks with gauges may be used to center and balance a locomotive on a bolster. In one embodiment, four hydraulic jacks elevate the truck, bolster, and locomotive, and the locomotive is repositioned on the bolster until the hydraulic jacks have substantially similar measures.
Abstract: Apparatus is provided for electro-mechanically fluctuating the position of a ball valve/ball valve stem. The said apparatus can electronically turn the ball valve smoothly and effectively to any position in response to the input signal provided by a microcontroller interfacing with a motor driver controller. The apparatus control inputs will range from: voice command, push buttons, motion sensor, android, and/or touchscreen. An input means to send signals to the microcontroller, which send a signal to the stepper motor driver circuit, which send a signal to control the Stepper motor, which will maneuver a machined made driveshaft to operate the momentum of the ball valve/ball valve shaft for accurate and precise liquescent output.
Abstract: A tool for assisting in the installation and/or removal of clips. The tool can include a handle and a tool head attached to the handle. The tool head includes a clip abutment portion having at least one surface operable to substantially abut at least a portion of a clip. A magnet in the tool head is configured to retain the clip proximate to the clip abutment portion such that a user can utilize a tool to apply a clip to an article. The tool head can also include a clip extrication element to facilitate removal of installed clips.

Abstract: A fan device comprises a main body connected at a first axis and second axis to a first housing and second housing, respectively. The interior of first housing and second housing include a fan assembly. Fan assembly is operated by a switch on main body. Slats along the face of first and second housing allow airflow created by fan assembly to pass out of first and second housing. The direction of airflow can be adjusted by pivoting first housing and second housing downward from the horizontal plane upon which main body lies.
Abstract: The multi-nozzle multi-container fluid spray device includes multiple, for example, three, containers. Each container may hold a different liquid which the user may dispense individually. The containers are connected to each other and to a spray handle and spray head in a reversible manner. Multiple pumps and tubes may be housed within the spray head and one of multiple hoses may extend from each pump into one of the containers. Each pump is designed to dispense a liquid from one of the containers through a single nozzle end. Thus, a single spray bottle may individually dispense different solutions without mixing the solutions.
Abstract: A rotational seasoning dispenser with a dispensing mechanism that applies a rotating disk which has equally separated cavities. When each cavity is in the container the stored seasoning drops into and loads the cavity. Next, the disk transfers and dispenses the seasoning outside by turning the loaded cavities from the container to a dispensing aperture. The disk has smooth, parallel and planar upper and lower planes which slide closely fitting container's planar planes above and below it. This configuration hermetically isolates the container from the environment by providing simultaneous airtight covering of each cavity while it approaches and overlaps the dispensing aperture. This isolation prevents atmospheric moisture absorption which results in lumping of seasoning. The rotating cavities also can loosen lumped seasoning into particulates. An electrically motorized version of the dispenser is also included.
Abstract: A clean, sterile fingertip mist of simulated saliva of appropriate droplet size and quantity is provided to allow consumers to easily moisten their fingertips to open produce bags, to count money, separate papers and for other applications where moist fingertips are useful. The simulated saliva provided substitutes for natural saliva to avoid spread of ‘germs’ such as virus, bacterium, bacillus and other microbes and microorganisms, and other undesirables found in natural human saliva. A misting apparatus is provided, being tailored for delivery of a fine range, having distributed, but limited, quantity of droplets of sterile simulated saliva. This invention avoids consumers passing germs by using their own germ laden saliva to moisten fingertips then open produce bags, county money, separate papers and the like.
Abstract: Rubber silicone bracelets are a popular type of wristband worn today; however, they lack in both customization of content as well as size. The biggest problem with current wristbands is that they are designed for a single cause and are manufactured to represent one specific purpose. The new customizable wristband has a unique design of linking together elastic panels and rigid connectors. It's design allows users to combine links containing different images, words or phrases and connecting those links to form a band. This gives an individual the ability to not only change the look and size of the band but to display the things they are passionate about into a single wristband.

Abstract: A fire detection device and method therefor are able to provide automatic activation so as to extinguish a fire. The fire detection can be rapid and temperature-based. In one embodiment, a heat collector can be provided to enhance thermal responsiveness. Activation of the fire detection device can be electrically induced to release an extinguishing agent at the fire. The activation can be protected such that it is durable and unaffected by vibrations.

Abstract: An apparatus and process for the compression, expansion, evaporation, and liquefaction of gases or gaseous mixtures consisting of a gas liquefaction column comprising successive chambers made of balloons resembling those used in pneumatic suspensions, and double-piston bases in between the upper and lower end of each chamber. Some of the double-piston bases are fixed while others in between are mobile. The group of mobile double-piston bases is activated in a linear to-and-fro vertical stroke while the other group of double-piston bases remains stationary. This results in consecutive suction and compression of the chambers, creating a Joule-Thomson effect at each of them. This results in the cooling and liquefaction of the gas or gaseous mixture. The apparatus also comprises humidity extractors, and different types of valves and piping.
Abstract: An automatic stovetop fire suppressor providing a gradual release of a fire suppressing agent in a desired distribution pattern and method of gradual and spatial agent release are provided herein. A plastic cone shaped lid seals on the bottom of a can and forms a closed container. The closed container is filled with a fire suppressing agent. An initiator charge breaks a designed breaking point of a reduced horizontal cross sectional area when fuse activated. The bottom lid drops down exposing a radial opening. Fire suppressing agent flows out of the radial opening, suppressing a stovetop fire with minimal or no splashing of cooking oil. An initiator housing is affixed to a top wall of the can and serves as the welding point for securing the plastic lid. A travel limiting member attached to the bottom lid catches on a shoulder of the initiator housing to limit the radial opening height.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to a traditional gate valve whereby the parts are retrofitted to enable the gate valve to stop the flow of water in an earthquake. This device utilizes a weight and springs to trigger a response which closes the gate valve.
Abstract: An atomizer for vaporizing concentrated substances wherein a conjunctive airflow system located at the lower portion of the atomizer, which when attached to a regulated power source by the industry standard, universal 510 thread system, allows a user to inhale vapor from a mouthpiece. During inhalation air is drawn through a conjunctive airflow system wherein the temperature of the ambient air is conditioned and is drawn into the replacement atomizer through a plurality of air holes through the ceramic heating chamber and then through the exhaust holes of the ceramic heating chamber. As air enters the ceramic heating chamber, it passes around a coil. The coil is a smaller gauge coil than used in the industry and was achieved by converting the coil to have larger gauge leads.
Abstract: A portable electric heating apparatus for warming a liquid and maintaining the elevated temperature of a liquid held inside a hot beverage container. The housing (23) of the apparatus may be inserted within the perimeter of a bottom rim of the beverage container so that a heating plate (22) releasably contacts a bottom wall of the container. A controller (25) enclosed in the housing includes electrical circuitry for communicating with a supply of electric power and for energizing a heating element (31). In various embodiments, electric power may be provided from wall outlets, USB ports, or batteries, which may be disposable or rechargeable. The heating element is configured to transfer heat to the plate, which warms the liquid through the bottom wall of the container.
