Exemplary implementations may: manage environment state information including work units records describing units of work assigned to individual users within the collaboration environment, individual sets of work unit records being defined by a record hierarchy, individual units of work including one or more digital content items; obtain user input information conveying user input on, or relating to, individual digital content items of the individual units of work; generate one or more work unit records based on the user input information, such that responsive to the user input information conveying first user input by a first user on, or relating to, a first digital content item, generate a second work unit record describing a second unit of work, the second work unit record being subordinate to a first work unit record; and/or perform other operations.

Abstract: Methods and systems for obtaining vehicle recall notifications are described herein. A vehicle having one or more autonomous operation features may receive a notification indicating that the vehicle requires a safety recall. The notification may provide identification information for a vehicle part that needs to be replaced. Additionally, the vehicle may determine whether the vehicle part is currently within the vehicle by obtaining a set of identification information for current vehicle parts within the vehicle and comparing the identification information for the vehicle part to the set of identification information for current vehicle parts within the vehicle. In response to determining that the vehicle part is currently within the vehicle, the vehicle may identify a treatment facility for replacing the vehicle part, and cause the vehicle to travel to the identified treatment facility for replacing the vehicle part.

Abstract: A system comprises one or more processors coupled to a non-transitory storage medium including instructions that, when executed, cause the one or more processors to determine respective proximities of a mobile device to devices including one or more of an automated teller machine, a printer, or a teller cash drawer, determine respective statuses of the devices based on information received, generate a list of statuses to be displayed on the mobile device for at least a portion of the devices where the list is ordered by priority and where automated teller machines have a higher priority than teller cash drawers which have a higher priority than printers, and where the list is further ordered based on the respective proximities of the mobile device to the devices, generate maintenance instructions for one or more of the devices, and transmit the list of statuses and the maintenance instructions to the mobile device.

Abstract: Techniques are described for optimizing various aspects of rental vehicle systems. According to an embodiment, a system is described that facilities predicting late rental vehicle returns and mitigating potential downstream effects. The system comprises a memory that stores computer executable components, and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. These computer executable components comprise a departure recommendation component that determines a recommended departure time at which a rental vehicle should initiate a route to a rental vehicle return location based on a current time, a scheduled return time for the rental vehicle, a current location of the rental vehicle and traffic data associated with the route. The computer executable components further comprise a notification component that sends a departure notification to a current renter of the rental vehicle indicating the recommended departure time.

Abstract: A service system includes a reservation section by which a reservation for a commodity or a service in a commercial facility can be made and specific information for an electric vehicle that visits the commercial facility can be set, a connection confirmation section that detects that an electric vehicle corresponding to the specific information set by the reservation section has been connected to a charge and discharge device of the commercial facility, and a notification section that notifies the commercial facility that connection of the electric vehicle corresponding to the specific information to the charge and discharge device has been detected by the connection confirmation section.

Abstract: System, methods, and apparatus for obtaining repair or replacement related information are described. For example, a mobile device is configured to scan RFID tags or other identifiers located on or in studs behind a wall of a house, obtain an identifier of at least one RFID tag of the plurality of RFID tags, determine a number of RFID tags scanned, generate and send, to a server, a message comprising the identifier of the at least one RFID tag, the number of RFID tags scanned, and an account identifier. The server can be configured to receive the message, determine a distance between two adjacent studs based on the identifier of the at least one RFID tag, determine a total distance of a scanned region of the wall based on the number of RFID tags scanned and the distance between the two adjacent studs, and determine an estimate of a cost of replace or repair based at least on the total distance.

Embodiments further include analyzing, by an outcome detector, the one or more docket entries determined to be likely to include evidence of an outcome to determine outcomes. The outcomes include at least one of a final outcome and at least one party outcome. The final outcome is associated with the structured proceeding overall, and the at least one party outcome is associated with a party of the at least one party that may have been terminated early.

Abstract: A home cost analysis server is configured to train an image processing program to identify features of homes, receive user input including a prospective home, and access a first database storing metadata and images associated with homes, including the prospective home, available for purchase. The server is also configured to input images of the prospective home to the machine-learned image processing program, which outputs a feature of the prospective home, access a second database storing historical ancillary costs, and perform a lookup in the second database to retrieve comparable historical ancillary costs associated homes having a comparable feature to the outputted feature. The server is further configured to analyze the metadata associated with the prospective home, the outputted feature, and the comparable historical ancillary costs to determine ancillary home costs associated with the prospective home, and display the ancillary home costs and an overall monthly cost for the prospective home.

Abstract: A method for part replacement timing optimization. The method includes training a wear estimate model. Training the model includes predicting a plurality of wear patterns for a part, each wear pattern corresponding to a degree of severity. Training images are rendered for each wear pattern. Each of the training images is labeled with the corresponding degree of severity. A neural network is then trained with the labeled training images. An image of a deployed part associated with a machine is received and fed into the trained wear estimate model. The method further includes receiving a wear estimate for the part image from the trained wear estimate model, estimating a change in performance of the machine based on the wear estimate, and determining a machine utilization pattern for the machine. The machine utilization pattern and the change in performance estimate are combined to determine an optimal time to replace the part.

Abstract: The disclosure includes embodiments for modifying a performance of a vehicle component whose performance is affected by a vehicle fluid that is contaminated by water. A method according to some embodiments generating a digital twin of a vehicle. The method includes receiving digital data recorded by a sensor and describing the vehicle as it exists in a real-world. The method includes updating the digital twin of the vehicle based on the digital data describing the vehicle so that the digital twin is consistent with a condition of the vehicle as it exists in the real-world.

Abstract: System and method for automatically calling back a customer via a predictive model determines a plurality of call-back metrics for a plurality of advisor records. The predictive model is applied to call-back data to identify customers that are likely to require a series of call-backs, and automatically generates a preferred call-back to such customers to reduce this risk. The automated call-back may follow termination of an identified customer's inbound call, or at some time after completion of a previous call interaction of the identified customer with an advisor. In the predictive model, a first compilation of call-back metrics record is representative of an overall likelihood of call-backs associated with each advisor record, and a second compilation of the plurality of call-back metrics is representative of a likelihood of call-backs for each of the plurality of products of the enterprise associated with the advisor record.

Abstract: Techniques are described for energy scoring of a monitored property and users of the monitored property. A system provides users with information related to the efficiency of the monitored property and aggregates data over multiple monitored properties. The system computes and outputs a score for a monitored property that reflects efficiency of the property and/or the users of the property. The system may track how that score changes through time, and how it relates to neighboring properties. The score may be expressed as both a number and a percentile.

Abstract: A method for tailoring a document for viewing on a mobile device includes obtaining residence information for an individual who is required to sign the document. The document is tailored to the residence of the individual. This includes hiding or condensing one or more portions of the document that pertain to laws in other jurisdictions. The document is permitted to be accessible by the mobile device.

Abstract: The subject technology receives session data from a set of users associated with a retail website. The subject technology generates, using at least one machine learning model, a purchase intent prediction based at least in part on the session data. The subject technology determines a set of sessions that correspond to conversions on the retail website based on the session data. The subject technology generates a combination of data using first data from the purchase intent prediction with second data based on the set of sessions that correspond to conversions. The subject technology generates information related to a missed purchase segment based at least in part on the combination of data. The subject technology provides the information for display on a client device.

Abstract: A monitoring platform may obtain information that identifies a product or service and may collect one or more reviews associated with the product or service from a plurality of sources, wherein each review includes respective review information. The monitoring platform may process the one or more reviews to determine respective additional review information associated with each review of the one or more reviews. The monitoring platform may select, using a machine learning model, a particular review, of the one or more reviews, based on the review information and the additional review information associated with the one or more reviews. The monitoring platform may cause display, on a display of a client device, of a prompt for a response to the particular review and may obtain the response from the client device. The monitoring platform may cause the response to be posted to a source associated with the particular review.

Abstract: A method for extracting a dam emergency event based on a dual attention mechanism is provided. The method includes: performing data preprocessing, building a dependency graph, building a dual attention network, and filling a document-level argument. The performing data preprocessing includes labeling a dam emergency corpus and encoding sentences. Building a dependency graph includes assisting a model to mine a syntactic relation based on a dependency. Building a dual attention network includes weighing and fusing an attention network based on a graph transformer network (GTN) and capturing key semantic information in the sentence. Filling a document-level argument includes filling a document-level argument by detecting a key sentence and ordering a semantic similarity. The method introduces a dependency and overcomes the long-range dependency problem based on the dual attention mechanism, thus achieving high identification accuracy and reducing a lot of labor costs.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for controlling visibility of elements of displayed electronic content. The method includes providing via a communications module a user interface viewable by a plurality of entity devices, and enabling via the communications module the user interface to display electronic content comprising at least one element. The method also includes determining at least one filtering criterion for controlling visibility of the at least one element of the electronic content being displayed, and concealing or modifying at least one element of the electronic content as displayed in the user interface for at least one of the plurality of entity devices, according to the at least one filtering criterion.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for searching and monitoring assets available for acquisition. The method includes receiving a first signal including data associated with an acquiring entity, receiving a second signal including search data generated by the acquiring entity when interacting with at least one electronic listing service comprising searchable data associated with a plurality of assets available for acquisition, storing user profile data for the acquiring entity, the user profile data comprising at least a portion of the data associated with the acquiring entity, and at least a portion of the search data. The method also includes using the user profile data to search or monitor assets listed in the at least one electronic listing service to generate a result list of matched assets and sending a third signal including an electronic notification related to the result list, to a device associated with the acquiring entity.
