The first identifier is publicly ascertainable and associated to a discrete vehicle battery. The first identifier represents the associated vehicle battery to be uniquely distinct from other vehicle batteries. The second identifier is different from the first identifier, an electronically retrievable identifier, confidential, and ascertainable by conformance with a security protocol.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and devices for generating distinguishing factors between multiple reproductions of a digital asset. As an example, unique aging and grading of digital assets are disclosed. In one embodiment, a computer implemented method for maintaining a digital asset is disclosed. The computer implemented method includes receiving the digital asset, wherein the digital asset is associated with a blockchain. The computer implemented method further includes modifying the digital asset to provide a first effect; securing the first modified digital asset to the blockchain; determining a grade of the modified digital asset; and securing the grade to the blockchain. an alternate blockchain, a sidechain, and/or a server host.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for light-based data communication for a personal inventory and product support system are described. In one embodiment, the method comprises using a device associated with a user, including capturing visible light carrying data identifying a product, obtaining the data identifying the product from the captured visible light, configuring the device to receive product support content for the product based on the identifying data, the product support content having been curated from a plurality of content servers on behalf of the user, receiving a notification that curated product support content for the product is available, and presenting the curated product support content to the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for evaluating and analyzing home data to generate a home score. The method may include: (1) retrieving home data for a property; (2) determining, based upon the home data for the property, one or more home score factors, wherein the determining may include: (i) analyzing, using a trained machine learning data evaluation model, the home data for the property to determine home characteristic data for the property, (ii) analyzing, using the trained machine learning data evaluation model, the home data for the property to determine a likelihood of loss associated with the property, and (iii) determining, based upon the home characteristic data for the property and the likelihood of loss associated with the property; and (3) generating, based upon the one or more home score factors, a home score for the property.

Abstract: A system, method and process for product authentication and verification using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, blockchain technology (Hyperledger), and cryptography. A unique product identifier is generated for a unique individual product, incorporated into a data structure, and the data structure is recorded to a blockchain initiating an immutable record for the unique product identifier. An NFC tag is encoded with a tap-unique URL comprising the unique product identifier and a cryptographic output and affixed to the product. Each time the tag is tapped by a proximity coupling device, a web client operating on the proximity coupling device opens the URL whereupon the tag is verified using a cryptographic verification process and generating a verification result. The verification result is recorded on the blockchain ledger for the unique product identifier, thereby creating an immutable record of each tap interaction result.

Abstract: The systems and methods herein provide a user-friendly, automated and transparent, contract drafting and negotiation tool. Through the contract drafting and negotiation tool two parties can negotiate agreement using template agreements including one or more sections in which each user is able to select one of a plurality of input options that affect the terms of the contract. In each instance, each party can see the option selected by the other party, as well as the options not selected by the other party. The systems and methods facilitate efficient and transparent contract negotiation and drafting.

Abstract: Methods and systems for obtaining vehicle recall notifications are described herein. A vehicle having one or more autonomous operation features may receive a notification indicating that the vehicle requires a safety recall. The notification may provide identification information for a vehicle part that needs to be replaced. Additionally, the vehicle may determine whether the vehicle part is currently within the vehicle by obtaining a set of identification information for current vehicle parts within the vehicle and comparing the identification information for the vehicle part to the set of identification information for current vehicle parts within the vehicle. In response to determining that the vehicle part is currently within the vehicle, the vehicle may identify a treatment facility for replacing the vehicle part, and cause the vehicle to travel to the identified treatment facility for replacing the vehicle part.

Abstract: Techniques are described for optimizing various aspects of rental vehicle systems. According to an embodiment, a system is described that facilities predicting late rental vehicle returns and mitigating potential downstream effects. The system comprises a memory that stores computer executable components, and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. These computer executable components comprise a departure recommendation component that determines a recommended departure time at which a rental vehicle should initiate a route to a rental vehicle return location based on a current time, a scheduled return time for the rental vehicle, a current location of the rental vehicle and traffic data associated with the route. The computer executable components further comprise a notification component that sends a departure notification to a current renter of the rental vehicle indicating the recommended departure time.

For example, a mobile device is configured to scan RFID tags or other identifiers located on or in studs behind a wall of a house, obtain an identifier of at least one RFID tag of the plurality of RFID tags, determine a number of RFID tags scanned, generate and send, to a server, a message comprising the identifier of the at least one RFID tag, the number of RFID tags scanned, and an account identifier. Abstract: A home cost analysis server is configured to train an image processing program to identify features of homes, receive user input including a prospective home, and access a first database storing metadata and images associated with homes, including the prospective home, available for purchase. The server is also configured to input images of the prospective home to the machine-learned image processing program, which outputs a feature of the prospective home, access a second database storing historical ancillary costs, and perform a lookup in the second database to retrieve comparable historical ancillary costs associated homes having a comparable feature to the outputted feature. The server is further configured to analyze the metadata associated with the prospective home, the outputted feature, and the comparable historical ancillary costs to determine ancillary home costs associated with the prospective home, and display the ancillary home costs and an overall monthly cost for the prospective home.

Abstract: A method for part replacement timing optimization. The method includes training a wear estimate model. Training the model includes predicting a plurality of wear patterns for a part, each wear pattern corresponding to a degree of severity. Training images are rendered for each wear pattern. Each of the training images is labeled with the corresponding degree of severity. A neural network is then trained with the labeled training images. An image of a deployed part associated with a machine is received and fed into the trained wear estimate model. The method further includes receiving a wear estimate for the part image from the trained wear estimate model, estimating a change in performance of the machine based on the wear estimate, and determining a machine utilization pattern for the machine. The machine utilization pattern and the change in performance estimate are combined to determine an optimal time to replace the part.
