In preferred embodiments, the valuation system uses image recognition of images (photos and/or videos) associated with the property to automatically identify which comparable properties to include and to exclude in determining the value of the property.

Communication between each of the plurality of working machines and the server is one-way communication from the working machines to the server. MIC-n is linked to lower level MIC-0 to MIC-(n?1). The vetting system, as level-n relying party system (RPS-n), uses the verified subject information associated with the linked MIC-0 to MIC-n to verify or not verify the identity of the subject, develops an identity profile of the subject, and determines a vetting result of the subject by calculating a composite trust score based on MIC trust values for the multiple levels of MIC. MIC-i (i=1 to n) is linked to MIC-(i?1) which UMD received from APS-(i?1), and APS-i is RPS-(i?1) which verified the identity of the subject using verified subject information associated with MIC-(i?1), such that MIC-0 to MIC-n are linked.

Through the contract drafting and negotiation tool two parties can negotiate agreement using template agreements including one or more sections in which each user is able to select one of a plurality of input options that affect the terms of the contract. The systems and methods facilitate efficient and transparent contract negotiation and drafting.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for verifying the authenticity of goods for sale. The system includes an authenticity device on the product which determines a code using a two step authenticity algorithm which inputs time as a variable and outputs the code. The code may be displayed on the authenticity device. The smart device contacts the manufacturer via an application and a wide area network and provides identification information regarding the product. Based on the identification information, the manufacturer finds the copy of the authenticity algorithm stored at the manufacturer, runs the algorithm, and returns the code to the smart device.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and systems are disclosed for analyzing quality control (QC) strategies that are applied to testing processes an analyte in order to meet an acceptable level of probability of patient harm that could result from incorrect test results. The measure of patient harm takes into account severity of patient harm, as well as its occurrence. Methods include calculating, based on the parameters of the QC strategies and the test apparatus, an expected number of incorrect final results E(Nuf) due to a test system failure. The value of E(Nuf) can be used as part of a calculation of a predicted level of probability patient harm. The ratio of the acceptable level of probability of patient harm to the predicted level of probability patient harm can determine the adequacy of the QC strategies.
