Abstract: A networked system may include an HCI component expansion/replacement system that is coupled to an HCI system and that periodically updates an HCI system solution database to identify a validated components for an HCI system platform that includes the HCI system, and validated software for each of the validated components. When the HCI component expansion/replacement system receives a request for a new component type to be provided in the HCI system, existing component information about a plurality of existing components that are included in the HCI system is retrieved and used to identify a first validated component that is identified in the HCI system solution database for the HCI system platform that includes the HCI system. The HCI component expansion/replacement system then provides the first validated software that is identified in the HCI system solution database for the first validated component to the HCI system.

Abstract: An operation method of an electronic device, according to various embodiments, comprises the steps of: displaying a notification list; determining a first notification among a plurality of notifications, which are included in the notification list, according to the detection of a first input; and displaying the notification list based on the determination. The first notification is maintained in the notification list even if a second input for initializing the notification list is detected. A second notification among the plurality of notifications is deleted from the notification list according to the detection of the second input.

Abstract: A virtual computer system service receives a request from a customer to provision a dedicated server for the exclusive use of the customer. The dedicated server may be used to launch one or more virtual machine instances. The virtual computer system service subsequently selects, from a pool of available servers, a server that can be dedicated to the customer and that does not have capacity allocated to any other customer. The virtual computer system service may update a database to specify, in an entry corresponding to the selected server, that the server has been dedicated for the exclusive use of the customer. Once the database has been updated, the virtual computer system service will enable the customer to launch a virtual machine instance using the dedicated server.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for tagging data. The method is executed by a device having a communications module and includes providing via the communications module, to a client device, an option to associate tags with an event, the option providing at least one automatically determined tag based on: i) the event, ii) an entity associated with the client device, or iii) stored tag data associated with a plurality of client devices. The method also includes receiving via the communications module, from the client device, at least one tag added by the client device, and associating the at least one tag with the event and store the association with the stored tag data. The method also includes enabling via the communications module, the at least one tag to be displayed in a user interface comprising a listing of events, and using the at least one tag in executing a follow up action associated with the client device.

Abstract: Creating a multi-tenant model in a container orchestration environment where available host node resources are sharable among tenants is provided. A request to generate a plurality of pods to run a workload of a tenant in the multi-tenant model is received by a proxied node from a controller node in the container orchestration environment. In response to receiving the request to generate the plurality of pods, the plurality of pods to run the workload of the tenant is implemented by the proxied node using available resources from among multiple host nodes of a plurality of host nodes in the container orchestration environment registered to the proxied node.

Abstract: A message providing device includes: a receiver; and a controller. At least first and second operation modes are operations of a software robot program. The program operates on a service exchanging messages between users. In the first mode, a specific service is executed upon reception of a message or a sticker. In the second mode, the specific service is not executed even if the message or the sticker is received. The receiver receives the message or the sticker from the user. When the received message is a first specific message or the received sticker is a first specific sticker, the controller switches the first mode to the second. When the received message is a second specific message different from the first or the received sticker is a second specific sticker which is different from the first, the controller switches the second mode to the first.

Abstract: An event processing system is provided for providing resilient message processing using asynchronous communications. The event processing device includes a processor and a memory. The event processing device is in communication with a publisher microservice and subscriber microservices. The processor is configured to receive an event including a collection of data from the publisher microservice. The processor is also configured to process the event to identify a recipient microservice. The processor is configured to update a queue with a queue entry for each of the at least one recipient microservices for the event. Each queue entry is associated with a priority. The processor is also configured to attempt to transmit the event to each of the at least one recipient microservices until a transmission confirmation message is received. The processor is further configured to update the queue by removing the queue entry for which the transmission confirmation message is received.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving a strategy associated with a new machine-learning (ML) project. There exist a plurality of ML projects, each of which includes artifacts, and for each such candidate project, the following are performed: iterations of the candidate ML project are divided into a first phase, including a first set of iterations, and a second phase, including a second set of iterations; a workload to generate the candidate ML project in the first phase is determined; a performance of the candidate ML project in the first phase is determined; an additional workload to generate the candidate ML project in the second phase is determined; and an increased performance of the candidate ML project in the second phase is determined. Final ML projects are selected from the candidate ML projects, based on the strategy. Artifacts of the final ML projects are incorporated into the new ML project.

Abstract: Described herein are methods and systems for the efficient resyncing of stale components of a distributed-computing system. One method includes determining that a first base component at a remote site will go offline. After determining that the first base component at the remote site will go offline, a first delta component is created at the remote site. While the first base component at the remote site is offline, data corresponding to the offline component is collected at the first delta component at the remote site. After collecting data at the first delta component, the collected data is sent to a local site. The method includes determining that the first base component has come back online. In response to determining that the first base component has come back online, the collected data is sent from the first delta component to the first base component via an intra-site network.

Abstract: A system retrieves cluster data for a cluster including one or more nodes and one or more pods. The system displays, on a visual interface, a cluster visualization based on the retrieved cluster data. The cluster visualization includes, for each of the one or more nodes, a node spoke graphical element. Each node spoke graphical element includes a pod region indicating pods of the node and a health region indicating one or more health metrics of the node. A particular pod of the one or more pods in the cluster data is represented in the cluster visualization by a pod graphical element at the pod region of a node graphical element of a node corresponding to the particular pod. Abstract: Automatic detection and remediation of a noncompliant configuration of an information handling system is disclosed. A determination is made whether a triggering event has occurred that has a potential for degrading compliance of the information handling system. In response to determining that the triggering event has occurred, a configuration scan of the hardware and software of the information handling system is performed to obtain current configuration information. The current configuration information is compared to baseline configuration information that was obtained in response to a previous triggering event. Subsequently, a determination is made as to whether any changes determined in the current configuration information are non-compliant based on a comparison to compliance status information. One or more compliance remediation operations are invoked in response to determining that at least one change is non-compliant.

Abstract: Example embodiments of messaging systems and methods are provided. An example system includes a database containing a plurality of messages, a plurality of emoji responses, and a plurality of text reactions. The system further includes a predictive model trained using the plurality of messages and the plurality of emoji responses as inputs and the plurality of text reactions as outputs to determine a mapping relationship between the inputs and the outputs. The predictive model receives a message and one or more emoji responses to the message, combines and summarizes the one or more emoji responses to a text reaction to the message based on the mapping relationship, and transmits the text reaction to a user who initiates the message.
