  • Patent number: 9838920
Abstract: A system, base station and method are disclosed for detecting a radio network problem. For a handover failure occurs on a user equipment (UE), a first base station receives, problem information about the occurred handover failure from the UE, after a radio resource control (RRC) connection is reestablished or established between the UE and a cell controlled by the first base station. The first base station then transmits the received problem information to a second base station controlling a cell where the handover failure occurs. In this way, the network side can automatically identify and detect the handover failure. As such, the network can perform self-adjustment and optimization, therefore improving the network performance and satisfying use requirements of users.

  • Patent number: 9798435
Abstract: Disclosure is related to a touch-sensitive panel apparatus, a control circuit, and a method for scanning touch event. The method is generally adapted to sensing a touch event when a touch object is used to contact a touch-sensitive panel device. The method in the beginning includes performing a time-division scanning process for separately scanning a first sensing region and a second sensing region according to a scanning timing scenario. After that, a triggering zone may be sensed when the scanning process finds a touch event. A full-time scanning process is then performed to the triggering zone. A touching position may be determined according to the scanning process. In one further embodiment, the method then verifies an operating frequency for the touch event so as to confirm a triggering event.

  • Patent number: 9772735
Abstract: A low cost touch sensor can, in conjunction with a detection of an input operation, perform detection related to a pressing force during the input operation. Upper part electrodes of the touch sensor are disposed such that they extend in an X axial direction and are arrayed in a Y axial direction that intersects the X axial direction. Furthermore, each upper part electrode comprises a plurality of upper part resistive films whose end parts in the X axial direction are electrically connected by a connection pattern. Lower part electrodes are disposed opposing the upper part resistive films and comprise lower part resistive films, whose contact surface area with the upper part resistive films varies in accordance with a pressing force that narrows the spacing to the upper part resistive films. A detection device detects contact between the upper part resistive films and the lower part resistive films based on the change in the resistance from the upper part electrodes to the lower part electrodes.
