Abstract: A card attachment device for attaching a greeting card to a package having a thin, elongated substrate folded into a front and rear portion. The substrate has a through hole with a slot connecting the through hole to an edge of respective front and rear portions of the substrate. Adhesive is disposed on at least a portion of an inward facing surface of both said front and rear portions. A greeting card may be secured between adhesive on the front and rear portions. The secured card may be secured to an elongated handle of a gift bag. The card attachment device has a perforation allowing portions to be separated from one another and used in combination to secure a greeting card to a package without elongated handles.

Abstract: A sign holder includes a pair of upright posts, each having a lower ground engaging end and an upwardly disposed portion having a serpentine area with a plurality of bend areas leading to an upper end which is not aligned with the lower end. A relatively thicker transverse member joins the upright posts such that the upper ends thereof are spaced farther apart than the lower ends thereof.

Abstract: A jersey hanger assembly is described. The jersey hanger assembly allows homes, businesses, schools, or other buildings to display an athletic jersey as a symbol of team pride or of support for an athletic team or an individual player on the team. The jersey hanger assembly includes a bracket member. The bracket member includes a receiving member. The jersey hanger assembly includes a pole with first and second opposing ends. The second pole end is insertable into the receiving member. The pole has a curved shape between the first and second opposing ends. A jersey flag for hanging on the jersey hanger is described. The jersey flag is material of a fabric cut or shaped to resemble an athletic jersey. The material includes a team logo or insignia. A sleeve or an open seam in positioned in the upper portion of the jersey flag to receive the pole.

Abstract: A plurality of ear tags is provided and may include a panel portion and a relatively narrow neck portion extending from the panel portion. The plurality of ear tags may be arranged so that the panel portions of adjacent ear tags are at least partially overlapped and edges of the neck portions of adjacent ear tags are juxtaposed and attached to one another at an attachment location at the edges of the neck portions of the adjacent ear tags.

Abstract: A channel letter has a rear surface for mounting against a raceway, wall, or a structure for supporting the signage, and sheet metal sides defining the figuration of the letter or shape to be depicted. A lighting element is positioned against the rear surface of the enclosure, and a lens is retained to the open front of the enclosure. The lens is retained by a plurality of retainer clips. Each of the retainer clips has a first and a second side extending from an arched back with the sides spaced a distance sufficient for the sides to fit around the end of the walls.

Abstract: The invention relates to an illuminated display assembly including at least one electrically conductive cable (14), at least two display panels (12) connected to one another via said at least one cable (14), each display panel (12) including light elements (18), and an electrical power source (16) which supplies electrical power to the light elements (18) of said at least two display panels (12) and which is located upstream from the display panels (12). Two consecutive display panels (12) define an upstream display panel (14) and a downstream display panel (14) relative to the electrical power source (16). Each display panel (12) includes a transmission device (28) for transmitting electrical power through said panel (12), such that a given panel (12) is electrically connected to the electrical power source via the transmission device (28) of the upstream display panel (12).

The system includes two flaps connected by a common fold line. The systems also includes a tab that extends longitudinally and is detachably connected along a transverse precut line to one of the flaps on an outer edge thereof, the width of the tab, measured transversely, being smaller than that of the flap.

Abstract: The present invention and related disclosure describes greeting cards with moving elements or devices which are operable to create motion in connection with some portion of the greeting card. The greeting card may include a multi-panel greeting card body or a three-dimensional foam greeting card body. At least one movable object is contained upon or within the greeting card body. A sound module having at least one pre-recorded digital audio file saved therein and a motor module are contained and concealed within the greeting card body. One or more switches may be used to activate the sound and motor modules, causing the pre-recorded audio file to play and causing movement of the movable or mobile object.

Abstract: An extended school stop sign, which may but need not be retrofitable, and barrier is mounted on a conventional school bus stop sign and extends further into the adjacent lane to reduce instances in which motorists pass a stopped school bus. A first frame is permanently secured to conventional stop sign mechanism. A second breakaway frame or arm is attachable to and detachable from the first frame, and extends beyond the conventional stop sign. If a vehicle strikes the second frame, it separates without significantly damaging the conventional stop sign mechanism. The extension arm can be moved between a retracted and extended position by the same mechanism that opens and closes the conventional stop sign, or with a new mechanism entirely.

Abstract: A safety sign system comprises one or more traffic or informational signs, an expandable pole, a detachable umbrella canopy assembly, and a safety finial assembly. The signs are removably attached to a sleeve that surrounds a portion of a pole and rests upon a sign support. The sleeve with the signs attached swivels about the pole. The umbrella canopy assembly is attached to an upper end of the pole and may include additional features including reflective tape, vents, drop-down flaps, reflective coating, and lights. The safety finial assembly is removably attached to the top of the umbrella canopy assembly and may include flag supports, removable flags, and a safety light assembly. The safety sign system optionally further comprises a collapsible seat, a beverage holder, a satellite tracking device, a communication device, a base, and a control panel for operating the safety light and other features.

Abstract: A display assembly in the form of a sleeve envelops a central subpart, a loop that envelops the central subpart, and a pull tab panel part. An opening is provided on one side edge of the sleeve to allow the pull tab to be pulled out in a pull out direction. The act of pulling out the pull tab panel part causes the loop to be pulled on a side attached to the pull out tab part in the same direction so as to cause it to traverse around the central subpart. A cutout window on the front of the sleeve displays printed matter on the loop moving, with respect to the other side of the central subpart, in a direction opposite that of the pull out direction.

Abstract: An identification system includes a clamshell device that grasps a wire, and a clip that secures the clamshell device in a locked and closed position. The clamshell and/or clip are preferably color-coded to differentiate one wire from another, hereby allowing a technician to easily discern which wire is plugged into which port, and which wire is connected to which patient. The invention is particularly well suited for incorporation with healthcare devices and machines which have long lead wires that reach from the patient to the machine, such as electrical stimulation machines.

Abstract: Implementations of the present invention provide systems, apparatus, and methods for precisely placing a graphic in a desired position between a face panel and a rear panel. In particular, implementations of the present invention comprise wall plaques having graphics that are printed directly to the back surface of face panels. Printing a graphic directly to the back surface of a face panel may help to ensure that the graphic is flat on the back surface of the face panel and is not misaligned. In addition, printing a graphic directly to the back surface of a face panel may help to eliminate the possibility that the graphic will be wrinkled, torn, or otherwise damaged prior to being laminated on the back surface of a face panel. Implementations of the present invention may also make the manufacturing process more efficient both in terms of cost and time.

Abstract: A frame assembly for displaying a flat article and a combined frame assembly and flat article. In one aspect, the frame assembly comprises a frame, a coupler, a backer panel, and a window panel. The frame comprises a floor structure, a wall coupled to the floor structure, a locking feature on the wall, and a coupling member. The coupler comprises a retaining member and a mounting member. The coupler is coupled to the coupling member of the frame by interaction between the mounting member of the coupler and the coupling member. The retaining member of the coupler protrudes into a display cavity of the frame for retaining a flat article by the retaining member extending into an opening in the flat article. The window panel is positioned in the display cavity of the frame and the locking feature retains the window panel within the display cavity.

Abstract: Briefly, a new network processing system is provided that collects and coordinates key indicators regarding a product's quality as that product moves from supplier to end user. By doing so, the processing system provides robust, authentic, and trustworthy data that (1) reports the time period when any custodian had the product, (2) identifies what timing or environmental condition caused the product to go bad, and (3) verifies which custodian acted to make the product defective. In use, an intelligent label is attached to a product, and the intelligent label has a timer as well as one or more sensors for monitoring environmental conditions. Upon exceeding timing or environmental rules, a visual alarm indicator is activated on the label. Since the label has electronically retrievable data, electronically scanable data, and human readable date, the network process can collected key data regarding the product along the entire distribution chain.

The frame assembly includes a frame made of at least one single frame member and at least one split rail frame member, which are joined together by a plurality of connecting brackets. The split rail frame member is comprised of an elongated first side split rail and an elongated second side split rail separated apart by a mid rail member disposed therebetween. The at least one single frame member has a cross-sectional configuration of “U” shape, and is comprised of an exterior bridge member and an interior bridge member for supporting strips of light emitting diodes. The interior bridge member has a bracket channel on one side of the interior bridge member and a graphic receiving channel on the other side of the interior bridge member to enable receipt of one or more graphic display panels.
