Abstract: A boom arm extending from a chassis of an agricultural sprayer includes a plurality of chords extending outward from the sprayer and a plurality of cross-sectional frame members connecting the chords to provide structural integrity. The cross-sectional frame members include brace-receiving portions having slots formed. The boom arm has a plurality of tee-shaped brace members, each having a top flange with a stem extending therefrom. The stem is received in a slot in the brace-receiving portion of adjacent cross-section frame members. Sides of the stem and the underside of the top flange are adhesively bonded to facing surfaces of the brace-receiving portions. Each cross-sectional frame member is configured to receive an extension member that extends between the cross-sectional member and a connector mounted on the first chord. The length of the extension member is determined by the position of the cross-sectional frame member on the tapered boom arm.
Abstract: A compact support for a battery charger and a cable to be connected from the battery charger to a cell phone or other battery-powered device. The support includes a base on which the battery charger is seated and a stand having a winding hub projecting therefrom. Slots are formed through the base to receive respective terminals (i.e., prongs) of the battery charger to attach the battery charger to the support. The winding hub projecting from the stand has a pair of hub arms and respective tongues which turn away from the arms and each other. The cable of the battery charger is first wrapped around the pair of hub arms so as to lie between the tongues thereof and the stand and then removably retained by one or more notches formed in the stand and one of the tongues of the hub arms.
Abstract: The disclosure describes system for mounting a transducer to a surface of a vessel, and also a method of mounting a transducer to a surface of a vessel. inventive system includes a base having walls that bound an interior void. Flanges extend over the interior void and define a channel, and a slide bracket having a rod passing therethrough such that the slide bracket slides within the channel. The method includes the steps of providing a base with walls and flanges, and mounting a slide bracket to a channel formed within the base.
Abstract: A wristband configured adhering rear surface portions of band base material to each other. The present wristband is characterized in that, when winding the wristband on a portion on which the wristband is to be wound. The rear surface of a first winding region (6) having an exposed adhesive layer (3), and the rear surface of a second winding region are adhered to each other such that a first adhesion position guide (18, 19A) and a second adhesion position guide (19) are aligned with each other while a (second adhesion region (23)) of the adhesive layer (3) is left so that the portion can be exposed, whereby the wristband can be formed in a ring shape and wound on the portion on which the wristband is to be wound. The first winding region (6), which has the adhesive layer (3) having the portion so that the portion can be exposed, can be adhered to the front surface of the second winding region (7).

Abstract: A power transfer system to facilitate the transfer of electrical power between tree trunk sections of an artificial tree is disclosed. The power transfer system can advantageously enable neighboring tree trunk sections to be electrically connected without the need to rotationally align the tree trunk sections. Power distribution subsystems can be disposed within the trunk sections. The power distribution subsystems can comprise a male end, a female end, or both. The male ends can have prongs and the female ends can have voids. The prongs can be inserted into the voids to electrically connect the power distribution subsystems of neighboring tree trunk sections. In some embodiments, the prongs and voids are designed so that the prongs of one power distribution subsystem can engage the voids of another power distribution subsystem without the need to rotationally align the tree trunk sections.
