Abstract: A handkerchief having a flexible, elastic loop surrounded by a fabric sheath attached to the center of the handkerchief. By placing a finger through the loop, the handkerchief is removably disposed proximate to the fingers without necessitating continuous grasping of the handkerchief by the user.

Abstract: A bouffant headpiece (10) includes a loose bouffant-type cap (12) having an elastic strand (16) attached to, and extending about, a lower edge (17) thereof for contracting the lower edge of the cap onto a wearer's head. The headpiece also includes a head-band strap (50) having two free ends (52, 54) attached to the lower edge of the cap but only at a front portion (18) thereof for being wrapped about the wearer's head, when the cap is on the wearer's head, and being fastened together behind wearer's head to stabilize the position of the lower edge of the front portion of the loose cap. An elongated, flexible, eyeglass retainer member (14) having a proximal end portion (30) attached to the front portion of the cap and a distal end portion (32) for extending below the cap is for passing about a bridge of eyeglasses, doubling back on itself, and fastening to itself.

Abstract: A hand warming muff and holding apparatus for use by a bow hunter including a hip pocket having a tubular insulated body with a sealed bottom end and an open top end, a cuff coupled to the top end of the body for receiving a bow hunter's hand and snugly fitting about the bow hunter's arm once his hand is disposed within the body, and an exterior pocket affixed to body for holding hunting-related accessories therein; and a coupling mechanism for removably securing the hip pocket for use at a location proximal with a bow hunter's waist.

Abstract: A garment, having a garment body, having a pair of brassiere cups located adjacent to one another. A slide fastener having a pair of tracks and a slide is attached to the cups, with the tracks attached along the periphery of the cups and the slide originating between the cups. Upon operation of the slide, the tracks are brought together, in turn bringing the cups together forming a pouch with a cavity therebetween, whereby, the garment body can be stuffed into the pouch, so as to be stored an contained therein.

Abstract: A combination headgear and poncho is provided which includes a hat having a crown portion with a liner disposed therein for forming a compartment in which the poncho is contained. The liner is formed with an aperture through which the poncho is extracted from or inserted into the compartment. Complimentary fastening means, such as hook and pile materials, are disposed at the liner along the aperture to secure the compartment. The crown portion is also provided with gathering means which operatively adapts the crown portion to snugly fit the wearer's head when the poncho is contained in the compartment or when the poncho has been removed from the compartment and deployed, resulting in the weight of the crown portion being reduced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved fashionable neckwear ensemble for women. More particularly I have provided a method of creating a fashionable scarf and clip ensemble. The clip being of the type having a ring shaped clip portion that is hingedly connected to an ornamental clip portion, with the hinge and ornamental clip portions being relatively movable from closed to open positions. The steps of forming a length of scarf material into a loop, the scarf material having two ends, attaching the ends to each other to form a ring shaped piece of scarf material with a central opening having a sufficient length and diameter to fit over a woman's head and around a woman's neck.

Abstract: Rain pants with life saving device is provided which consists of waterproof overalls worn by a fisherman. A structure on the overalls extends about the chest of the fisherman, for buoying the fisherman in water to float in an upright position. A mechanism is for activating the buoying structure, so that the fisherman will float in the upright position in the water.

Abstract: A semi-long sleeved gardening glove is disclosed constructed with unique rib stiffeners built into the sleeve to stiffen the sleeve and prevent it from slipping down the forearm. A loop pile or other fastener forms a snug fit at the top to prevent insects or debris from entering the glove. An anti-slip material beneath the fastener further inhibits slippage down the forearm and helps form a snug fit against the wearer's forearm.

Abstract: A glove having a glove body and a thumb casing whose attachment to the golf body is reinforced with a piece sewn at the thumb casing-to-body attachment area and sewn below such attachment area.

Abstract: A thermal nose protector for use in subfreezing climates, e.g. by an alpine skier with ski goggles. The thermal nose protector consists of a flexible shield sheet material sized to conformingly fit over the skier's nose and having at least a first and a second layer. The first layer is made from a soft, thermally insulating material for direct engagement with the skin of the skier's nose. The second layer is of the multiple-hook type for separable gripping engagement with a corresponding portion of the foam-like, peripheral, interior strip of the ski goggles. The flexible shield sheet extends beyond the tip of the skier's nose whereby a substantially open air pocket is defined by the nose-covering the shield sheet beneath the skier's nose and ahead of the skier's mouth, wherein an air breathing channel is formed coextensively of the open air pocket for promoting air breathing from the nose of the skier.
