  • Patent number: 10469190
Abstract: Provided are a base station device and a mobile station device, which can lighten a cell-search processing. The base station device includes a frame constitution unit for forming a frame, in which a pilot symbol multiplied by a base station scrambling code and a plurality of sequences contained in the corresponding sequence set is arranged in at least the head or tail, and a radio transmission unit for sending the formed frame. On the receiving side, the frame timing can be detected from the position of a pilot symbol contained in that frame. Since the base station scrambling code and the sequence set containing the sequences are made to correspond to each other, candidates can be narrowed to at most the base station scrambling codes of the number of the combinations of the sequences contained in the sequence set, by detecting the sequences multiplied by the pilot symbol.

  • Patent number: 10433253
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and computer-readable media are described to encode, by a first station, duty cycle timing for transmission to a second station via a primary connectivity radio. A wake-up radio (WUR) receiver (WURx) is enabled to receive a transmission based upon the duty cycle timing of the WURx when the primary connectivity radio is in a doze state from a perspective of the second station. A wake-up packet, received from the second station, is decoded and received by the WURx. The WURx receives a WURx transmission when in an WURx awake state. The primary connectivity radio is enabled based upon decoding the wake-up packet.

Abstract: Provided is a method for handling a packet data unit (PDU) session establishment procedure. The method may performed by an access and mobility management function (AMF) node and comprise: determining whether to reject a PDU session establishment request. The determination may be performed if the PDU session establishment request includes an existing PDU session identifier. Based on the existing PDU session identifier, an identifier of a session management function (SMF) node may be acquired. The PDU session establishment request may be accepted, if it is determined based the identifier of the SMF node that the SMF node and the AMF node belong to a same PLMN. The PDU session establishment request may be further accepted, if it is determined based the identifier of the SMF node that the SMF node belongs to a HPLMN.

  • Patent number: 10374943
Abstract: Examples relate to routing packets in dimensional order in multidimensional networks. A packet is received at a network device in a fully connected multidimensional network and all possible candidate output ports for the packet to be routed to the destination network device with a dimensional order are determined. The candidate output ports correspond to candidate minimal paths and candidate non-minimal paths between the network device and the destination network device. An optimal output port among all the candidate output ports is selected and the packet is routed to a next hop of the network though the optimal output port using a first resource class when the optimal output port corresponds to a candidate minimal path and a second resource class when the optimal output port corresponds to a candidate non-minimal path.
