  • Patent number: 11182724
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to cloud migration strategy and, more particularly, to estimation of per-application migration pricing and application move group sequence for cloud migration. The per-application migration pricing is the cost incurred to migrate an application from an organization's infrastructure to a cloud and the application move group sequence is an optimized application movement sequence from an organization's infrastructure to a cloud. The method and system propose to estimate the per-application pricing for cloud based on a set of optimization techniques and neural networks. Further the application move group sequence for cloud migration is estimated based on a forest poly tree optimization, a fuzzy ant colony optimization, a triangular fuzzy optimization and a plurality of pre-defined priorities.

  • Patent number: 11170333
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for generating an adaptive competency assessment model. A system configured as described herein provides, at a first time: a tiered set of questions to a subject matter expert and, based on how the subject matter expert answers the questions, and identifies a best known path for answering the questions. At a second time, the system provides the tiered set of questions to a candidate, captures how the candidate answers the questions, compares that information to the best known path, and generates, based on that comparison, a live score as the candidate answers the questions.

  • Patent number: 11157880
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and system includes a processor(s) configuring a sensor(s) (first sensor(s)), to capture data related to an emotional state of an individual and a sensor(s) (second sensor(s)), to capture data related to an environment of the individual. The processor(s) obtains, over a pre-defined period of time, data from the sensors and utilizes data from the second sensor(s) to identify activities in which the individual participated. The processor(s) obtains, from a scheduling resource, a schedule of activities scheduled for the individual. The processor(s) generates a record for each activity. The processor(s) determines, based on data from the first sensor(s) and the record for each activity, emotional states of the individual throughout each activity of the identified activities. The processor(s) generates a rule representing relationships between events during each activity and emotional state of the participant and recommends a schedule of future activities.

  • Patent number: 11151496
Abstract: A lead time calculation system includes a configured lead time generator and a measured lead time generator. The configured lead time generator calculates a lead time estimate to move products between a first node in a supply chain and a second node in the supply chain based on expected travel times, expected warehouse times, expected sourcing times, delivery schedules, unloading schedules, and product-node relationship data. A measured lead time generator receives electronic data interchange (EDI) events, receipts, and purchase order data and calculates an actual lead time for the first node and second node. The actual lead time can be compared with the configured lead time to evaluate performance of different aspects of the supply chain. Lead time estimates can be adjusted based on actual lead times that are measured by the measured lead time generator.

  • Patent number: 11068915
Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to a flexible behavioral chain (“FBC”) framework for permission-based enterprise-focused blockchain applications. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a chain framework module (“CFM”) executed by a FBC system can receive a new block request to add a new block to an FBC. The new block request can be created by a trigger management module (“TMM”) executed by the FBC system in response to a trigger, such as a customer touchpoint, a customer engagement, a subscribed event, and/or a virtual event. In response to the new block request, the CFM can generate the new block. A customer value score derivation module (“CVSDM”) executed by the FBC system can determine a customer value score (“CVS”) for a customer. The CFM can incorporate the CVS into the new block. The CFM can connect the new block to the FBC.

  • Patent number: 11068947
Abstract: A service request is received at an intelligence service server from a user, where the service request includes a number of required inputs associated with the user. The number of required inputs are executed by the intelligence service server to generate an inference, an outcome probability distribution and a price quote, where the price quote corresponds to the outcome probability distribution. The outcome probability distribution and the price quote are returned by the intelligence service server to the user. It is determined by the intelligence service server that whether the user accepts the price quote based on a response from the user. If so, the inference is returned by the intelligence service server to the user. Otherwise, the response from the user is logged in a database associated with the intelligence service server by the intelligence service server.
