  • Patent number: 11188937
Abstract: Techniques for extracting features of entities and targets that can be applied in a set of applications, such as entity selection prediction, audience expansion, feed relevance, and job recommendation. In one technique, entity interaction data is stored that indicates, for each of multiple entities, one or more targets that are associated with items with which the entity interacted. Token association data is stored that indicates, for each of multiple tokens, one or more targets that are associated with the token. Then, using one or more machine learning techniques, entity embeddings and target embeddings are generated based on the entity interaction data and the token association data. Later, a request for content is received from a particular entity. Based on at least one entity embedding, a content item for the particular entity is identified. The content item is transferred over a computer network and presented to the particular entity.

  • Patent number: 11182818
Abstract: A reward card platform includes a database storing funding accounts, reward card purchase transactions, and aberrant activity rules. A first user interface enables purchasing reward cards, including controls to specify reward card parameters. A second user interface enables specifying rules to detect aberrant activity. The second user interface includes user interface controls to specify the rule parameters, including: specifying a moving window of time; specifying an aggregation type; specifying filtering; specifying aggregation grouping; and specifying a threshold value for triggering an alert. The platform includes a rules execution engine that runs periodically to evaluate each of the rules. For each rule, the engine identifies transactions whose timestamps fall within the moving window of time relative to a current time and satisfies the filters, then computes an aggregation of the transactions according to the aggregation type and aggregation grouping.

  • Patent number: 11100195
Abstract: The disclosure is related to a data management platform (“platform”) for providing a secure storage environment for digital contents associated with a user. The platform may be accessible via an app installed on a user device, which allows the user to upload, modify, and view digital contents. Because a digital content is mapped to a universal scaffold in a structured format, the platform can organize and display the digital contents in meaningful ways. The digital contents can be hosted on a remote server. The platform provides zero-knowledge encryption so that the digital contents stored at the server are secure, as in one cannot know the contents of the encrypted information stored at the server. The platform also facilitates zero-knowledge offers in which offers are sent to multiple users but the server does not know to which users the offers are presented until an offer is accepted by the user.
