Abstract: A volume measurement apparatus is for a storage container and has an elongated member having a measurement scale marked thereon and an attachment mechanism configured to attach the elongated member onto a storage container. The storage container is capable of holding a liquid or granular substance. The volume measurement apparatus further has an adjustment mechanism configured such that a position and orientation of the elongated member can be adjusted relative to the storage container to align a minimum or maximum capacity marker on the measurement scale with a topmost level of the substance held in the storage container. The measurement scale is adapted such that it can be used to measure a volume of the substance held in the storage container.

Abstract: A toilet bolt cap liquid sensor including an outer shell defining an interior cavity sized to receive a portion of a toilet bolt and house a liquid sensor; the liquid sensor including an exposed surface to the interior cavity. The liquid sensor can be used in a leak detector system for a toilet comprising: a flat base sheet bound by an outer perimeter an interior aperture; a wick material barrier coupled to the base between the aperture and the outer perimeter in a continuous or substantially continuous strip around the aperture; a wick material projection extending from the wick material barrier; and a toilet bolt cap including an outer shell defining an interior cavity for receiving an end of a toilet bolt, the toilet bolt cap housing the liquid sensor the liquid sensor including an exposed surface to the interior cavity for contact in fluid communication with the wick material projection.
Abstract: A purpose of the present invention is to provide a temperature history indicator that allows for visual confirmation of whether the temperature is at or below a prescribed temperature as well as simple conversion of this information into data. A temperature history indicator according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with a label layer and a temperature-indicating layer laminated above or below the label layer, wherein the temperature-indicating layer includes a substance having at crystallization starting temperature of 10° C. or lower and a melting point at least 20° C. higher than the crystallization starting temperature.
Abstract: A display control device includes: a turn signal installed in a vehicle; indicators for displaying a lighting state of the turn signal to an occupant of the vehicle; and a controller for controlling the lighting state of the turn signal and a lighting state of the indicators. The controller makes timing of starting to turn on the turn signal and timing of starting to turn on the indicators different from each other.
Abstract: A method for signifying a selected cumulative scrubbing action between a device and a surface, the cumulative scrubbing action being signified by a signaling element, wherein the signaling element is configured to provide an observable signal when the selected cumulative scrubbing action has been provided to the surface. The method may comprise applying scrubbing action to the signaling element to release and/or expose at least a first portion of an indicator, and observing the device and/or surface for the signal. The present disclosure also relates to signaling elements and devices for use according to the methods of the present disclosure, and to methods of preparing the same.
Abstract: An apparatus for communicating the status of a consumable includes a sleeve with a tubular housing. The tubular housing has a lumen with a proximal section and a distal section separated by an internal flange. The sleeve includes a battery case or power module with a coaster coupled on the proximal side of the internal flange, an electronic module and a power supply module coupled to the distal side of the internal flange. A sensor in the form of a spring-loaded switch is located on the coaster to trigger and enable a status indicator based on a predetermined weight of a beverage container. The status indicator is an LED light source or wireless signal coupled to the sensor through the electronic module.

The sensor assembly has a mounting arrangement that mounts to the bolts, holding a closed-position proximity sensor probe facing downwardly for sensing proximity of a crank portion of the latch and/or the piston head in the closed position, and also holding an open-position proximity sensor probe facing forwardly for sensing proximity of an arm of the latch in the open position.

Abstract: A physiological monitor gauge panel defines parameters to display on a physiological monitor via corresponding gauges. Gauge faces depict a range of parameter values for each of the parameters. An indicator designates a position on each gauge face corresponding to the current parameter value within the range of parameter values. The indicated position on each of the gauges is at the mid-point of each of the gauge faces when each of the parameters is at a nominal value.

Abstract: A robot in which a signal lamp can be installed easily while maintaining the design property of the robot and a method of installing a signal lamp in the robot are provided. Abstract: The present invention is a laser aligning tool that has two weight bodies, a laser pointer unit, and a threaded tubular shaft. The laser pointer unit is positioned within one of the two weight bodies. While both weight bodies are similar in shape and mass, and both connected to the threaded tubular shaft, only the weight body without the laser pointer unit can be detached from the threaded tubular shaft. The user may remove and place one weight body to the flange opening and introduce the threaded tubular shaft with the other weight body to the opening of another flange in preparation of alignment. The user may then turn on the laser pointer unit and ensure the laser beam traverse through both threaded tubular shaft and the detached weight body for proper alignment.

The vibration control right is authority of performing vibration control preferentially, and is basically granted to a program corresponding to an image being displayed forefront; however, when a plurality of images are displayed, the vibration control right is granted to a program having authority of acquiring an input from an input device (controller).

The secured device also includes one or more chemiluminescent reactant layers and a light sensor that is electrically connected to the electronic component. Abstract: A light ring assembly that is designed to provide bright, uniform and homogenized illumination and that can be used with any number of vehicle and non-vehicle lighting applications. According to one embodiment, the light ring assembly includes a housing, a circuit board with a number of individual light sources, a light ring and a lens. Light emitted by the light sources enters an optical input surface on a bottom side of the light ring, is reflected within the body of the light ring so as to mix and become more distributed, and then exits an optical output surface on a top side of the light ring.
Abstract: A flag displaying assembly for extending a limp flag includes a pole that is coupled to a surface so that the pole is substantially perpendicular to the surface. The pole is hollow. A plurality of holes is positioned in the pole. The plurality of holes extends linearly from proximate to a top of the pole toward a bottom of the pole. A flag is coupled to the pole proximate to the top. A forced air unit is coupled to the pole proximate to the bottom so that the forced air unit is in fluidic communication with the pole. The forced air unit is positioned to supply air through the pole to the holes. The air that exits the pole through the holes is positioned to extend the flag from the pole.
Abstract: The present invention provides for a wall mountable system for automated drawing of an image upon a wall which includes a horizontal mounting track for mounting on a wall, a robot having a y-track rigidly mounted it where the robot and the mounted y-track travel along the horizontal track. An end effector, which includes a pen holding mechanism holding a pen, is in electrical communication with the robot and travels along the y-track of the robot. The present invention provides a system and device that can attach to a wall or vertical surface in a damage-free manner and draw fast any complexity or style image of custom size in both the horizontal (X) and vertical (Y) directions, that is easy to remove and transport and require small floor space to operate.
Abstract: A support frame is disclosed for a temporary signal for a railroad. The railroad includes a track having two elongate rails, and the support frame comprises a post arranged to support a railroad signal, a base joined to the post, and at least one attachment for attaching the base to both rails of the track. The base comprises a first beam and a second beam, and the first beam and the second beam are each arranged to be attached to both of the rails.
