Abstract: Methods and systems are provided that are directed to identifying an individual having a specific skill and that is best suited for performing a particular task. The individual may be identified based on having a highest score for the skill out of a pool of individuals having the same skill. In examples, a score specific to each individual out of the pool of individuals having the same skill may be based on multiple interactions with the skill and may be adjusted based on a recency of when each interaction occurred and a level of involvement the individual had with the skill. Accordingly, individuals having recent experience with the skill may be scored, and therefore, ranked higher than individuals having experience with the skill that may have occurred further back in time. In examples, the information about the skills and experiences may be utilized to automatically generate the score.

Abstract: A method and system include code analysis and visualization technology. The method and system include (i) a repository that stores developer code in a codebase to which many developers and developer teams contribute code over time, (ii) one or more static analysis tools that identify misbehaviors in the codebase from a list of predetermined misbehaviors, (iii) a database that includes each commit that each developer performed on the codebase for a predetermined period of time, (iv) a code attribution tool that employs abstract syntax trees to determine if each commit that a particular developer performs resulted in breaking the code or impairing the code, or results in a failure to correct the code, or if clean code results, and (v) a dashboard tool that enables visualization at different levels of commits with misbehaviors over a predetermined period of time.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to generating and modifying recommended event sequences utilizing a dynamic user preference interface. For example, in one or more embodiments, the system generates a recommended event sequence using a recommendation model trained based on a plurality of historical event sequences. The system then provides, for display via a client device, the recommendation, a plurality of interactive elements for entry of user preferences, and a visual representation of historical event sequences. Upon detecting input of user preferences, the system can modify a reward function of the recommendation model and provide a modified recommended event sequence together with the plurality of interactive elements. In one or more embodiments, as a user enters user preferences, the system additionally modifies the visual representation to display subsets of the plurality of historical event sequences corresponding to the preferences.

Abstract: An identity of a customer within an establishment is authenticated using a variety of captured biometric features obtained from sensors and/or video. Video capturing movements/interactions of the customer is analyzed in real time to identify the customer's behavior and actions. Any staff of the establishment who interact with the customer are identified from the video. Transaction data and other data retained for the customer by the establishment are aggregated and linked with the video and the customer identity. The linked data is analyzed in combination with the customer behavior and actions to determine responses within the establishment to customer-initiated transactions. In an embodiment, the customer is authorized to perform at least one transaction within the establishment based on the authenticated identity and linked data without a presentation by the customer of an identification card, a Personal Identification Number (PIN), a password and/or verification by a staff member.

Abstract: In some examples, a processor may access past order information for a plurality of merchants to determine, for an upcoming time period, a number of orders predicted to be received by the merchants. The processor may determine geographic locations of delivery agent devices, each associated with a respective delivery agent. The processor may compare, for the upcoming time period, a number of active delivery agents with the number of orders predicted to be received. Based at least on determining a predicted shortage of active delivery agents for the upcoming time period, the processor selects a first delivery agent of the plurality of delivery agents to pick up a first order from a first pickup location of a first merchant and a second order from a second pickup location of a second merchant, and sends a message to a first delivery agent device associated with the first delivery agent.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating consumer analytics for products placed in online shopping carts. A profiler computing system generates a unique tacking profile for associating purchase events by a purchaser. Payment vehicle data and a tracking element are associated with the identified purchaser profile. The purchaser profile may be generated based on purchase information associated with an initial purchase event by the purchaser. The profiler computing system determines whether products abandoned in online shopping carts are purchased at brick-and-mortar affiliates or other merchant forums. The overall event risk, once calculated, can be compared to a threshold. Depending on the comparison, a risk mitigation policy can be implemented.
