  • Patent number: 11436617
Abstract: A behavior pattern search system and method is disclosed. A change in a behavior pattern contributing to improving a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is discovered from among changes in the behavior pattern arising in common among customers having a specific characteristic. The behavior pattern search system classifies transfiguration candidates that are customers satisfying transfiguration result information. The transfiguration result information indicates a characteristic purchase behavior predicted to occur by a change in a behavior pattern of each of the customers.

  • Patent number: 11429907
Abstract: Some examples include a processor that accesses past order information for a plurality of past orders received in the past for a plurality of merchants and delivered by delivery agents. Further, for an upcoming time period, based on the past orders received by individual merchants over a past period of time, the processor may determine a predicted number of orders to be received for an upcoming time period for the individual merchants. The processor may execute delivery agent management logic to compare, for the upcoming time period, a number of active delivery agents with the predicted number of orders, and may send a message to a first delivery agent device associated with a first delivery agent to cause one of: activation of the first delivery agent from inactive status to active status, or deactivation of the first delivery agent from active status to inactive status.

  • Patent number: 11403652
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing detailed customer-level lifetime value data via a user interface. Embodiments include receiving customer data related to a customer. Embodiments include using a plurality of predictive models to predict, based on the customer data, values for a plurality of sub-components of a lifetime value of the customer, wherein each predictive model of the plurality of predictive models corresponds to a sub-component of the sub-components. Embodiments include determining customer-level lifetime value data for the customer by aggregating the values for the plurality of sub-components. Embodiments include providing the customer-level lifetime value data for the customer, including a subset of the values for the sub-components, to an application for display to a user via the user interface.

  • Patent number: 11403650
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating consumer analytics for products placed in online shopping carts. A profiler computing system generates a unique tacking profile for associating purchase events by a purchaser. Payment vehicle data and a tracking element are associated with the identified purchaser profile. The purchaser profile may be generated based on purchase information associated with an initial purchase event by the purchaser. The profiler computing system determines whether products abandoned in online shopping carts are purchased at brick-and-mortar affiliates or other merchant forums. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

  • Patent number: 11392895
Abstract: A part chain management system and method for generating chain sequences for parts in the aftermarket services industry is disclosed. Data on various parts and their substitutes is obtained from an engineering data management (EDM) team and translated into pair wise substitutional relationships represented in a known part substitutional relationship network. The system and method derive a part chain representation from known part substitutional relationships and inferences determined therefrom. The system and method can refine or filter the part chain representation based on rules such as business relationships. The system and method analyzes inferred part substitutional relationships for conflicts, which are either resolved automatically using conflict resolution rules or are referred for manual resolution. Following conflict resolution, the inferred links are finalized and used along with known links to generate a final part substitutional relationship network.

  • Patent number: 11361268
Abstract: Computer systems are used to facilitate the sale of mortgages into the secondary market. For example, the computer systems are used to facilitate the administration of loan delivery and other business rules across multiple customer-facing applications. The computer systems provide a shared service for customer-facing applications to integrate with a centralized business rules engine. The computer systems enable the integrated applications to request specific groups or categories of business rules to be executed by the centralized business rules engine. The computer systems request execution of stored business rules based on a loan, format the results, and provide feedback to the calling applications based on the results.

  • Patent number: 11354910
Abstract: An identity of a customer within an establishment is authenticated using a variety of captured biometric features obtained from sensors and/or video. Video capturing movements/interactions of the customer is analyzed in real time to identify the customer's behavior and actions. Any staff of the establishment who interact with the customer are identified from the video. Transaction data and other data retained for the customer by the establishment are aggregated and linked with the video and the customer identity. The linked data is analyzed in combination with the customer behavior and actions to determine responses within the establishment to customer-initiated transactions. In an embodiment, the customer is authorized to perform at least one transaction within the establishment based on the authenticated identity and linked data without a presentation by the customer of an identification card, a Personal Identification Number (PIN), a password and/or verification by a staff member.

  • Patent number: 11244329
Abstract: Metric forecasting techniques in a digital medium environment are described. A time series interval is identified by an analytics system that is exhibited by input usage data. The input usage data describes values of a metric involved in the provision of the digital content by a service provider system. A determination is then made by the analytics system as to whether historical usage data includes the identified time series interval. A forecast model is then selected by the analytics system from a plurality of forecast models based on a result of the determination and the identified time series interval. Forecast data is then generated by a forecast module of the analytics system. The forecast data is configured to predict at least one value of the metric based on the selected forecast model, a result of the determination, and the input usage data.

  • Patent number: 11238394
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system obtains answers by a candidate to assessments related to qualifications for one or more opportunities. Next, the system applies a machine learning model to the answers and additional qualifications for an additional opportunity to produce a match score between the candidate and the additional opportunity. The system then compares the match score to a threshold to determine a recommendation related to applying to the additional opportunity by the candidate. Finally, the system outputs the recommendation in association with the additional opportunity.
