Abstract: Techniques are described for workflow management, including automatically deriving characteristics of a user task node in a workflow based on an analysis of other workflow elements such as conditional sequence connectors. In some implementations, elements of a workflow presented in the modeler user interface of a workflow management platform are analyzed, and element(s) of the workflow are automatically and dynamically modified based on the analysis. For example, a workflow may include a first user task that is connected to subsequent node(s) in the workflow, such as other user task(s) downstream from the first user task. The first user task may be connected to each subsequent node by a conditional sequence connector. The condition information for each connector can be extracted from the workflow information and used to automatically modify the first user task to include decision branches for each element of condition information extracted from a respective connector.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system obtains an assessment result containing a rating of a candidate with respect to a qualification for an opportunity. Next, the system determines, based on the assessment result, a position of the rating in a distribution of assessment results associated with the qualification and one or more attributes of the opportunity. The system then compares the position to a threshold to determine a recommendation related to the candidate and the opportunity. Finally, the system outputs the recommendation in association with the candidate.

Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products are described herein that generate and assist in managing templates (pre-generated user-customizable automated workflows) that can be used to easily and efficiently develop automated workflows in an automated workflow development system. An automated workflow template for publication that includes parameters is received. At least a portion of the parameters included in the automated workflow template are automatically anonymized to generate an anonymized automated workflow template. The anonymized automated workflow template is published.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system obtains a first assessment result related to a first qualification of a candidate. Next, the system filters a set of opportunities based on a first comparison of the first assessment result with qualifications for the opportunities to produce a first subset of opportunities. The system then selects a second qualification associated with some or all of the first subset of opportunities to assess for the candidate. The system also filters the first subset of opportunities based on a second comparison of a second assessment result related to the second qualification of the candidate with additional qualifications for the first subset of opportunities to produce a second subset of opportunities. Finally, the system outputs recommendations related to applying to the second subset of opportunities by the candidate.

Abstract: A device and a method of providing a to-do list of a user are provided. The device includes a controller configured to collect behavior information about behavior between the user and another user, the behavior being performed by using the device, generate a to-do list of the user based on the collected behavior information, and determine an unperformed task not performed by the user from among at least one task in the to-do list by using log information about an operation of the device, and an output unit configured to output notification information in a dialogue style, along with a notification reason for notifying the determined unperformed task.

Abstract: Systems and methods use for improving process safety. In one implementation, a system may determine least one characteristic of a task scheduled to take place in an industrial environment. The system may use first synergy data from at least three types of safety-related information and the at least one characteristic of the task to determine that a predicted risk score of the scheduled task is below a first threshold. Thereafter, the system may obtain real-time information indicative of the integrity of an industrial apparatus. The system may use second synergy data indicative of a change in the integrity of industrial apparatus and real-time information to determine that an actual risk score of the task has changed from the predicted risk score. When the actual risk score of the task is above a second threshold, the system may initiate a remedial action to manage a hazard associated with process safety.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a mapping management computer system. According to various embodiments, the mapping management computer system may be configured for updating geographical maps by assessing map data and operational data including vehicle telematics data to identify portions of a vehicle path that do not correspond to known travel paths. In various embodiments, the system is configured to define these identified portions as new known travel paths corresponding to a public road, private road, parking lot lane, or the like, and update the map data to reflect the new known travel paths.

Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for managing a warehouse. For example, a set of candidate routes through the warehouse may be generated based at least in part on graph data describing a plurality of nodes comprising a depot node, and a plurality of internode paths. Orders may be assigned to routes from the set of candidate routes to minimize a total duration for the routes. A set of tasks may be generated, where a first task of the set of tasks comprises a route and an order of the plurality of orders matched to the route. Tasks from the set of tasks may be assigned to picking agents to minimize a duration of the longest task from the set of tasks.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to identify non-traditional asset-bundles for purchasing groups using social media. An example method includes identifying an asset-bundle in a social media message and generating a profile for a user associated with the social media message. The example method also includes identifying a plurality of social media messages posted by cohorts of the user based on the generated profile and classifying the asset-bundle based on occurrences of the asset-bundle in the plurality of social media messages.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product that aggregates data regarding a plurality of factors correlated with demographic parameters; performs iterative analysis on the data using machine learning to construct a predictive model of purchasing propensity; populates, using the predictive model, a database with predicted values of spending propensity for selected demographic parameters; converts the predicted values of spending propensity in the database into percentages of observed values of spending propensity for a selected group of people within the selected demographic parameters over a specified time period to create indices of spending propensity; and rank orders the people within the selected group according to their indices of spending propensity.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and apparatus systems, methods, and apparatus that provide computerized optimization of a customer service queue based on customer device detection technologies. In an exemplary embodiment, a system that provides computerized optimization of a customer service queue may include device detection technology communicatively connected to a customer assistance server, a customer assistance client device (e.g., a customer representative device), and a customer device. Device detection technology may detect a device and transmit data associated with the detected device to a customer assistance subsystem. A customer assistance subsystem may generate an optimal representative and position within a customer service queue for the customer device. A notification about the optimal match may be transmitted to a customer and/or customer representative.

Abstract: An asset management system is provided which comprises one or more controllers, which operate as main servers and can be located at the headquarters of an electronic device manufacturer to remotely control their operations at any global location. The controller can communicate remotely over the Internet or other network to control one or more secondary or remote servers, herein referred to as appliances. The appliances can be situated at different manufacturing, testing or distribution sites. The controller and appliances comprise hardware security modules (HSMs) to perform sensitive and high trust computations, store sensitive information such as private keys, perform other cryptographic operations, and establish secure connections between components. The HSMs are used to create secure end-points between the controller and the appliance and between the appliance and the secure point of trust in an asset control core embedded in a device.

Abstract: Embodiments are provided for evaluating information within a master data management (MDM) system. According to certain aspects, a MDM computing device may receive a first transaction member record and a second transaction member record assigned with the same source identifier from the same data source and linked to a composite data entity. The MDM computing device may determine, in response to receiving the second transaction member record, an overlay score between the first transaction member record and the second transaction member record. The MDM computing device may generate a notification indicative of the overlay or create an overlay task for the second transaction member record based on the overlay score by (i) unlinking the second transaction member record from the composite data entity and (ii) storing the second transaction member record in a quarantine queue as a singleton record linked to a dummy composite data entity.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to generating and modifying recommended event sequences utilizing a dynamic user preference interface. For example, in one or more embodiments, the system generates a recommended event sequence using a recommendation model trained based on a plurality of historical event sequences. The system then provides, for display via a client device, the recommendation, a plurality of interactive elements for entry of user preferences, and a visual representation of historical event sequences. Upon detecting input of user preferences, the system can modify a reward function of the recommendation model and provide a modified recommended event sequence together with the plurality of interactive elements. In one or more embodiments, as a user enters user preferences, the system additionally modifies the visual representation to display subsets of the plurality of historical event sequences corresponding to the preferences.

Abstract: In a system and method for auditing transactions where a set of image based transactions are received over a communications network, and stored in a central data store, the set of image based transactions are associated with a unique identifier associated with a user. A transaction format is identified from the set of image based transactions, utilizing a processor to apply a preprocessing to the set of image based transaction based on the identifying. The preprocessed image based transactions are processed into a series of text based transactions, wherein each image based transaction has a related text based transactions and each text based transaction has a plurality of data representing the transaction. The plurality of data for each text based transaction is stored and a quality identifier is associated with each text based transaction. An identifier is applied to a text based transaction based on the quality identifier.
