    Abstract: A circular cylindrical broil apparatus includes an outer cylinder and a core part. The outer cylinder has an upper opening at the top thereof and is provided with a lower recess at an outer wall thereof and the lower recess is inserted with a movable heat initiating plate. The core part has the bottom thereof being provided with a lower net and extends upward a plurality of circular heating cages from the lower net to form a central broil zone. Each of the heating cages has an open top and providing a core wall next to the central broil zone with a plurality of perforations. Once the heating cages are filled with fuel and placed in the outer cylinder and the initiating plate inserted into the lower recess is ignited for the fuel being burned or the heating cages are placed with a plurality of electrical heating plates and the electrical heating plates are powered on, broiled stuff, which is placed in the broil zone, can be broiled effectively.

    Abstract: A chocolate tempering machine is digitally programmable for controlling the heating, cooling and rotation within the machine. The machine may be programmed to enable agitated, liquid chocolate to retain its proper viscosity for extended periods of time as well as minimizing the amount of porosity in the final product and by controlling bowl rotation length of time, as well as automatically increasing heat at given timed intervals. The machine includes a menu program, whereby a user can adjust and save up to twenty-six different temperature menus or more. This menu program can also be accessed to set and save desired cool down temperatures. Sensors are located such that ambient air and relative humidity can be sensed and audio/visual warnings are provided to the user when these conditions must be altered. A wear-resistant ring for leveling purposes for the machine's bowl also serves to prevent contamination of the interior of the machine.

The result is a baking oven in which, during baking, the dough pieces can be moved and spread as uniformly as possible.

The nuts are received in nut transport elements of the feed conveyor, and they are singularized and oriented while being advanced by means of a deflecting plate which overlies the feed conveyor from a point along the upwardly inclined segment, along the transition juncture, and to a delivery point where the nuts are lifted from the conveyor by a cracking turret. The downstream end portion of the deflecting plate comprises an elastomeric flap, which is highly flexible and relatively soft and which engages the advancing nuts with a frictional force sufficient to roll the nuts about their end to end axes and thereby properly orient the nuts in the nut transport elements.
