  • Patent number: 11893690
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for 3D reconstruction including obtaining 2D images and, for each 2D image, camera parameters which define a perspective projection. The 2D images all represent a same real object. The real object is fixed. The method also includes obtaining, for each 2D image, a smooth map. The smooth map has pixel values, and each pixel value represents a measurement of contour presence. The method also includes determining a 3D modeled object that represents the real object. The determining iteratively optimizes energy. The energy rewards, for each smooth map, projections of silhouette vertices of the 3D modeled object having pixel values representing a high measurement of contour presence. This forms an improved solution for 3D reconstruction.

  • Patent number: 11865020
Abstract: A stent incorporating flexible, preferably polymeric, connecting elements into the stent wherein these elements connect adjacent, spaced-apart stent elements. Preferably the spaced-apart adjacent stent elements are the result of forming the stent from a helically wound serpentine wire having space provided between adjacent windings. Other stent forms such as multiple, individual spaced-apart ring-shaped or interconnected stent elements may also be used. The connecting elements are typically web-shaped and result from creating slits or apertures in a covering of graft material applied to the stent and then, for example, applying heat to cause the slits or apertures to enlarge. The remaining graft material forms the interconnecting webs between the adjacent stent elements.

  • Patent number: 11868287
Abstract: The memory sub-systems of the present disclosure discloses a just-in-time (JIT) scheduling system and method. In one embodiment, a system receives a request to perform a memory operation using a hardware resource associated with a memory device. The system identifies a traffic class corresponding to the memory operation. The system determines a number of available quality of service (QoS) credits for the traffic class during a current scheduling time frame. The system determines a number of QoS credits associated with a type of the memory operation. Responsive to determining the number of QoS credits associated with the type of the memory operation is less than the number of available QoS credits, the system submits the memory operation to be processed at a memory device.

  • Patent number: 11861195
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to improving programming to data storage devices, such as solid state drives (SSDs). A first memory device has a first XOR element and a second memory device has a second XOR element. The ratio of the first XOR element to the capacity of the first memory device is substantially smaller than the ratio of the second XOR element to the capacity of the second memory device. A read verify operation to find program failures is executed on either a wordline to wordline basis, an erase block to erase block basis, or both a wordline to wordline basis and an erase block to erase block basis. Because the program failures are found and fixed prior to programming to the second memory device, the second XOR element may be decreased substantially.
